Ttc #1 and cycle 1. Anyone else?

As title says ttc #1, cycle 1, 30 yo. I got my 1st flashing smiley this morning on the CB test.

Thought it would be nice to hear from other ladies in a similar position.

I’m confused what CD this is for me. I have another full thread on this so won’t rewrite it here but if anyone can help me on that thread (title: my first ever flashing smiley please help) I’d be grateful as I’m very confused. This may be CD10 for me or may be CD5

It was a BFN which I expected. I'm going to just wait now to see if AF arrives.

Just tested again and it's low on both the clear blue and strip🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ will try again later tonight , will keep my water and brew intake down 🤣

@RMS0209 yeah I did, so bloody expensive!! Will have to ration them tests out and hide them 😂😂

Love the positivity @Pops100! And the OPK progression. My peak test was about 11am but I actually think I peaked in the very early morning looking at my test from around midnight the night before.

Sorry @lakejupiter that you feel AF is on the way. February will be it! And @SMD16, it’s still early days and lots of time to get that BFP this month 🤞🏼✨

This is what I have to do lol! All the annoying flashing faces I get. I ended up with 3 machines in cycle 1 🤦‍♀️ so for cycle 2 I used line opks and then the CB later in my cycle.

I'm tempted to try the pink clear blue next cycle instead... what do you think? Rather than the purple can't decide.

@RMS0209 I was thinking about that too because the flashing days don’t help me. I understand how they help if you only get a couple of days as it’s still in your fertile window but 9 days is too long to be in my fertile window and If I start dtd when I get my first flashing day I’d be knackered 😂

I have seen people have had success with the pink one too.

@Newbiemg my friend got success on her first try with it after serval months!
I'm tempted... I think I want to buy pre seed too, and maybe the fertility cup to try, I need to stay offline 😂
But I think I might give it a try next month.. I still have a few of the purple sticks left but this month it just went straight to static so be aswell!
You might not need next month though... so wait & see 💕

CD1 for me today...I bought a two pack of FRERs to give it one more try this month and immediately started incredibly heavy AF on my walk home from the shops 🤪 had a bit of a cry when I got home. Coparent seems unphased but I guess he's not been quite having the same TWW as me. Gonna eat my feelings and curl up with the cat tonight and then start getting organised for Feb inseminations.

I'm giggling to myself writing this but bare with😂🤭 is a symptom of ovulation everything being a bit what's the word.. almost sore / sensitive down there ? Had bd this evening and everything felt a bit sore , had lower belly pain too. Tried to explain to my oh he wasn't hurting me it just felt a tad uncomfortable , or is it just me and too much dtd this week 🤣🤣🤣

Ooh I can’t say I notice that @Pops100. Maybe OH has worn you out…literally! 😂 Sometimes I get the lower belly pain, but normally close to AF when everything is getting a little funky down there 🤣 Careful not to break your foof before ov!

So the TWW… anyone notice a difference in CM? Like…more than usual…?

@Pickles91 after ovulation is when I always notice the most cm but I don’t think it’s more than I normally have this cycle. I think from reading other threads it’s a good sign if you do though
