It’s been thirteen million years & Minster & the good time crew are still here…its September, autumn in full swing and we haven’t done too bad so far this month compared to previous months but I still think we are owed ladies.

@Minster2012 yes I especially don't get them ooopsie babies after 4 months of having a baby. We definitely doubled up on contraception after DD as we were so terrified of getting pregnant 🙈

AIBU good cheese is life? (Or a life enhancer certainly!)

YABU : cheese is the devil or something to be tolerated

YANBU : a good cheese is a wonderful thing to be savoured

Obviously I think good cheese is life, preferably with a good wine, some charcuterie & good crackers 🧀🙌🏻❤️but I even like the plastic cheese thins (you know for a cheap burger?)

YANBU and like @Minster2012 I’m equal opportunities when it comes to cheese, from gourmet cheese board to burger cheese and dairylea it’s all fair game! I recommend the Cheese Society based in Lincoln but they do mail order as well which is how I get my Vacherousse fix!

Can I go somewhere in the middle?! I wouldn't choose cheese and crackers for example! 🤭 But cheese on toast is great, as is cheese in dishes ie pizza...

@Haiyaa we're just at a wee caravan park at the North of Scotland. Had a lovely sunrise this morning but today it has poured with rain non stop, we still went out but now soaked to the skin so think we'll just be chilling in the caravan tonight trying to warm up again 🥶

I'm with @Catherinettc, cheese I can take or leave. I mean I'll have some on pizza or a bit of cheese on toast (just plain Jane chedder) but I wouldn't thank anyone if they gave me a cheeseboard as a treat ......the wine yes im down with that part just not the accompanying cheese I've never understood the whole cheese hype 🤔

With my pregnancy this time last year all I ate was cheese. Cheese on toast for breakfast everyday, cheese sandwiches, cheese on crackers, cheese by itself. I wonder why I put on 4kg 🤔

We’ve been building our lovely new bed, and of course I stabbed my toe, building it? no, in an unrelated piece of furniture when I went to the loo🤦🏼‍♀️ but it’s done now

Oh god. I couldn't do a cheese board! Not my thing at all! Cheese sandwich, cheese on toast, on burgers, love stilton sauce on steak, grilled halloumi, cheese on chips- all great. I'll even much a bit of cheddar out of the fridge at times. But cheeseboard definitely not. And I don't want to eat crackers either. 🤣
@DKDK123 oh no. Typical. It's been lovely here! Like summer. But then there's something cosy about snuggling up in caravans when it's bad weather.

Yesterday we had a school club family party, and I was talking to the supervisor, and she said casually, he’s no longer a fuzzy eater, he eats whatever we serve and even ask for specific meals, they now have a curry night

We won a family photo shoot on Facebook last week and went for it yesterday. Alice refused to open her eyes 🤣 I had a bad day emotionally yesterday I was so bad and down in the dumps. Turned out I'd forgotten to take my medication...

Hope the photo shoot went well @Kirky658 I remember having one and the woman photographer was the most irritating person I've ever met, DD assumed the same opinion and gave her a baby death stare the whole time. That's a positive though that the meds are having some impact right?

Anyone have exciting plans today? We're driving over to see FIL and SMIL - yayyyy 🥳 then onto MILs - nayyyyyyyy 😩 we usually try and do it the other way round so we have something to look forward too but couldn't today 🙈

@bez91 she was OK, but she asked me at the end 'how was the birth?' and it was so hard not to cry... Yeah I'm hopeful the meds are starting to adjust now. Had fun at the in laws, think we are going for a walk today that's about it!

@DKDK123 I have to admit, all those years putting in the work thinking if he’ll ever be independent, finish school, have a partner, friends even....the am I kidding myself? And then one day things start to click, and then another and another, and there he is, doing great and improving, only yesterday his music teacher was telling me how he has exceeded everyone’s expectations, I know I go on about it, but the last two years he’s grown so much and at such at hard time for everyone
