I'm on a 7-7.30 slot for takeaway and really grumpy it's not here yet despite it not being late. I'm having a chicken and siracha bao and CHIPS. Come on!

@larrythelizard no one with any sense will be sending any messages. 🤣 Takeaway shouldn't be busy on a Monday night surely? I hate it when you are hungry. I got home and moaned DH to too long to start cooking because I'm grumpy and have a headache. I hope to god it isn't drugs related already......
Also I keep forgetting to say but acupuncture has given me headaches most times too. And last week I had a migraine, my vision started going before I even got home. So I'm not sure I'm looking forwards to this week.

What an absolute pain in the arse @Juno231 so is that a long term thing using your own laptop!? Like wtf? It doesn't sound like you day got any better either 😩 hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

My freezer which is 1 year and 2 bloody days old has given up and everything has defrosted. Loads of meat and meal prep I'd done🤦🏼‍♀️ my hairdresser whose an old friend who comes to my house kept banging on about how my hair is much thicker (can't say I've noticed) she asked me about 4 times if I'm sure I'm not pregnant in front of DH. Told her definitely not, I can't bring myself to say it 🤔

Hi everyone, sorry I've been AWOL. Life is very stressful here.

I thought I'd ovulated like 2 weeks ago so did a pregnancy test which was negative but did an ov test which was a blazing positive. So maybe I've now ovulated?! Honestly who knows. I give up! Day 74 or something..

I had an appointment with RMC which was actually really reassuring though she wants to do tests for PCOS including a scan which she said she'd schedule but not heard anything yet and this was two weeks ago 🤔 should I chase?!

@kaylsd how many days was your last cycle? Do you know how long you can stay on metformin?

@Minster2012 sounds like a massive rollercoaster you've been on but so glad it's got a positive outcome 🎉🎉

I've just had a shopping delivery (3rd week now as can't actually go to the supermarket at the minute due to how ill I am) and I've added things to help me go 🤣 I just need to be able to actually eat/drink them. I had some figs yesterday (yummy...) and did the smallest rabbit sized poops 💩 gonna seek advice Thursday when I see MW as I need to clear out properly it's been weeks... and I keep getting terrible cramps! 8+2... ❤️

@2020mission I'm not taking any extra iron specifically, unless it's in the proceive? I've not checked. It's a horrible feeling 😬

Woken up this morning feeling nothing. 7 weeks today according to the scan from last week. Feeling nothing but scared. Should be grateful for no symptoms. Keep telling myself that 😬

I don't blame you @Justanothercyster - I finished earlier than I planned with DS as everyone was very annoying and I just needed to go! You've done well getting this far!

@Minster2012 massive hugs, it's so hard. Lack of symptoms doesn't mean anything but it's so hard not to read into it. My sister is pregnant at the moment (something like 15/16 weeks) and other than tired and a bit squeamish she hasn't had any other symptoms and all was fine at her last appt.

@Minster2012 @paintfairy I had my first 5 guys in the summer at a nearby bigger town and it was nice but pricey!

I take a tonne of drugs for pcos😂 Metformin and supplements so I rattle when I walk 🤪
Having blood tests on 18th to see if I'm ovulating 💉🩸😊 fun times !😂

Welcome Mrs Biddy. I'm on metformin too for PCOS and take a couple of supplements too.

I know a few women here do acupuncture. Can anyone tell me if it's helped? I'm going to try it I think but just wanted to hear some of your experiences too before I fork out.

@MrsBiddy heyyyyyy welcome! Lots of us have weirdness here 🤣I did SMEP basically, (along with vitamins, ferti-lili cup) and worked twice for me (BFP in April then MC) then got BFP in Sep now 7 weeks

@bez91 we'll definitely have to make it work but unfortunately we won't be able to move together if we have to go elsewhere, we can't rent because we have 2 dogs, can't all go to my mums because my mum has 2 dogs and her eldest one hates one of mine, can't all go to OH's mums because his stepdad has his leg amputated and is still living downstairs so there isn't really the room and I don't wanna burden them, so OH would have to go to his mums with the dogs because they go to work with him everyday and I'd have to go to my mums, which obviously is shit for TTC, so I'm hoping that doesn't have to happen!!

@Minster2012 how're you getting on?? Saw so many rainbows over the weekend and was thinking of you!!

@gcat16 definitely chase it up! How frustrating for you, keep going! Still actively TTC, he hasn't had his SA yet, it's on the 18th, we had to cancel the original date because it was 3 days after his assault!

So not much of a TTC update from me apart from we've realised OH's SA is booked at 8:45am on the 18th and his follow up appointment for his head and eye is at 10am and at a hospital an hour away!!! Just typical!! He's trying to change his head appointment bless him even though I said that's more important, so hopefully they can fit him in a little later or a few days after! He's doing the north coast 500 next week in a camper van with a few of his friends and my parents are away in Greece so I offered to stay at theirs and look after their dogs, then OH sprung on me a few days later "oh I'm doing the north coast 500 you'll be fine having the dogs whilst I'm away won't you" obviously I couldn't let my mum down so our eldest dog is going to OH's mums and our other one is going to OH's aunties kennels, he'll hate us being there on his own, but I couldn't watch 3 of them, all with different energy levels and ages, I already have to walk my mums 2 dogs separately, so I'll be doing 5 dog walks a day next week!!

I do worry that it might put pressure on my husband to 'perform' as he works long shifts /gets up really early
I suppose all we can do is try to follow the concept as much as possible and hope for the best!

@Minster2012 definitely need the thicker hair mine is sooo thin 😔 I'm with you... symptoms, no symptoms, somewhere in between symptoms = breeds anxiety! The EPU just called me actually and the consultant has said they want to rescan me at 9 weeks (next week) so booked that. I had my private one booked next Friday in case they didn't want to see me again so hopefully I can move it 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Somatronic acupuncture didn't really help me but I know plenty of ladies it has. My acupuncturist I'm not sure was about expert in fertility mind.

That's frustrating @Vil10 for the right home I'm sure you'll make it happen. Ahhh I hope they manage to change the appointment, you wait forever for an appointment then they're on the same damn day! You'll be fit next week 😳

@Somatronic I went to acupuncture and I still am now, I went weekly then every other week and at the moment I go monthly, I can't say if it helped or not but I did get pregnant; the main thing I found was it helped keep me grounded and manage anxiety etc x

I got my maternity notes book through with my booking in appointment & I'm scared stiff. I've never made it to that appointment. Can't bring myself to fill it in

@bez91 wow that's great they want to see you again. I wish mine would. I might have to book that scan for the end of next week I'm sat here weeping with worry /anxiety

@MrsBiddy yes it's quite a lot of pressure, the first time in Easter we did it exactly as they said plus an extra bonk on the peak day, last time we also did 2 bonks on peak day but then actually couldn't do any after that, which probs was OV day so we didn't actually DTD on OV day or day after. Still worked. I'm a firm believer that the ones before are more important

@Vil10 is it a drop off SA? Or is he doing it there? If you are dropping it off then he'll literally be there 5 seconds. DH was only there like 3 minutes though when he did it there. 🤣
