Hi everyone, it’s my first post on mumsnet, I spent a LOT of time reading through these threads when ttc my son and they helped so much.

Now I’m back ttc my second and it is only our second cycle and I am already much more desperate for it to happen than I was the first time around with my son 3 years a go.

I think it’s because it took us 10 cycles to conceive my son and I’m already heartbroken over it potentially taking that long (or longer) this time around.

Anybody else out there ttc their second baby and feeling the same anxiety? I swear I drove myself mad last cycle, it’s no wonder it happened really, I was borderline insane with googling, symptom spotting and even poas as early as 4dpo

@WingingIt101 haha yes it is. It's a cheapo one from Tesco 2 for a pound. I didn't want to waste a digital, but when I saw the two lines I had to do a digital as I didn't trust the cheap ones!

@Borolass84 yes it was. 2-3 weeks as well I was quite shocked. Good luck all for your journeys. Only thing I can say is this time round I had zero pregnancy symptoms, so I guess don't feel too disheartened if you don't get any (I know I did haha) thank you for being a supportive group.

So I’m cycle day 14 and today was my third day of having positive OPKs. Has this happened to anybody else before? I’m so confused now as to when I’ve ovulated? 😂

@L0ts it's so confusing. Do you do BBT? If so just keep BDing until your temp goes up.

@kmbegs I do yeah, I’ll wait and see what that says! I’ve had (sorry tmi) tons of ewcm the last 2/3 days too! I’m trying not to get too hopefully 😂

I’m awful at reading bbt charts! When would you ladies say I likely ovulated?

@L0ts maybe 12DPO but I would keep BDing and wait for more data. BBT charts are so hard

@kmbegs Did you mean 2dpo? Only because 12dpo would take me back to being on my period 😂 I had another rise today so I think I’m about 3dpo 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I really hope this is the month, I don’t think I can bare the disappointment much longer 😩

How is everybody else and where are you all at in your cycles? What month ttc are you on? I can’t keep up 😂

@L0ts tell me about it - this is cycle 10 for me! 10! I can't believe it. We are just about to entire the fertile period. I am hoping this month will be more relaxed since Christmas will be a big focus and I could really do with a break from it all, but can't actually bear not trying. Fingers crossed for everyone this month.

When is your next fertile window ?

8dpo tomorrow and suddenly tonight really achy around my pelvis, hips and thighs. Feeling a little like when I had my CP a couple cycles a go! Trying not to get my hopes up though!

@Kiaa now so dtd every other day since Friday to date to give it our best shot
