Hi everyone, it’s my first post on mumsnet, I spent a LOT of time reading through these threads when ttc my son and they helped so much.

Now I’m back ttc my second and it is only our second cycle and I am already much more desperate for it to happen than I was the first time around with my son 3 years a go.

I think it’s because it took us 10 cycles to conceive my son and I’m already heartbroken over it potentially taking that long (or longer) this time around.

Anybody else out there ttc their second baby and feeling the same anxiety? I swear I drove myself mad last cycle, it’s no wonder it happened really, I was borderline insane with googling, symptom spotting and even poas as early as 4dpo

Sorry about TMI but I've got yellow discharge, I'm talking like mustard yellow! Doesn't smell, no signs of infection. Any one any ideas haha?? How's everyone doing?

This could be group b strep, you need to go get a swap at the doctors.

@Kiaa 6dpo for me. Nothing to report here either apart from my yellow discharge haha! I think I'll book a gp appointment after everyone's advice thank you all!

@Kiaa thank you, fingers crossed for you as well. Please let November be our month!! Re testing, honestly it's hard to imagine AF won't come on Monday (or spotting before which lets me know it's coming) so hard to even imagine I'll get to testing, but fingers (and everything else) crossed.

@Kiaa I was due AF yesterday. Still no sign so I’m testing end of the week if still no show.

@Kiaa I'm due AF on Sunday so will be testing at some point. To be honest not feeling very optimistic have no symptoms... how are you?

@has30 yes same now I only have headaches and having to wee more Af is due Thursday so I will just wait I think

Pretty much the same @Kiaa and @has30 apart from needing to wee more often but not sure if that’s true as I have an overactive bladder anyway! Also got sore nipples which is a new thing for me. good luck to you both

@Kiaa sorry to hear that. I bet you're like me where you'll be due AF right around Christmas Day next month!!
I'm due AF Sunday, I've no symptoms whatsoever so I've not been tempted to test early. If I get to Monday without AF showing then I'll do a test.

@has30 it's ok I think I'm used to it now it gotta be when we least expect it right
Yes next month af near Xmas week only thing is my partner is going away for work next fertile week not feeling lucky

@has30 AF came yesterday Read about hot tubs and fertility. We stopped using ours beginning of October and won’t be using over winter so see if we can rule that out. Going for last lot of bloods at 1.30pm and still waiting on OH SA results too.

I've actually heard the hot tub thing before hopefully not using it for a while will help x

@kiaa Yeah says any damage can be rectified in 6 months so hoping this helps
