It’s been twelve million years & Minster & the good time crew are still here…it’s almost September and we basically missed out August for BFPs so we are owed.

Lots of people have got new jobs, had time off, gone on holiday, moved house, but what we haven’t had is the BFP to go with it- what’s with that??

So we’re owed a bumper bus ride right? That’s how it goes surely? If you are looking for a community of lovely ladies who know how frustrating it is when your doctor tells you “all women ovulate on day 14” errrr nope, we know a bus load of women who don’t thanks very much 🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😆🤔then here’s the bus for you. Oh and we don’t just talk TTC, we’ll chat about anything. In fact that’s positively encouraged cos TTC can be bloody boring sometimes!

I’m going in for surgery shortly, nearly 2litres of blood lost, 1 bagful put back in, but they can’t stop the bleeding. See you all on the other side!

Jelly of all these quickies, my sex life seems to have tanked with the BFP - not easy to time it to the approximately 30 minutes a day I don’t feel like puking 😂

Can I take a seat? TTC # 3 - have a 2 and 5 yo both whom took over a year to conceive so think we are in it for the long run again! These posts have made me chuckle and hope to take away from the mind crippling symptom watch that is TTC!

DH accused of nagging this morning. Funny that, he said he was going to do the one useful thing I've asked him to do and then sat there for 45 mins! Of course I'm going to nag!

@larrythelizard my fellah doesn't understand that taking hours to do the thing he's asked to do takes the good out of it. He's mostly good though so I shouldn't complain.

I'm having a really sore and heavy period now. This is unusual so may be due to the jab. Cried myself to sleep last night because I'm so fed up of TTC. A friend of mine had a baby yesterday and another is due in a week so probably just too much baby news at the moment for me.

Have to drag myself out to a lunch now with all my friends from home who are either mothers to babies or pregnant. I wish I could stay in bed!

@larrythelizard Mr Lizard 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know the feeling, I have Tuesday off to do all the things DH said he'd do months ago!

DH has taken a sudden weird vested interest in all things TTC this weekend, my cramps what BBT is, hormones, wanting to see my chart 🙈 etc 😳 he said he's really deflated and defeated about the ups and downs for the last 2 months and getting impatient 🙄 hello? 🙋🏼‍♀️

So anyone who remembers my rambles about our old twatty neighbours at the old house may remember they were ridiculously noisy, had to involve the council, etc. Since we've moved, our neighbours have been lovely and considerate, no loud music, going in at a reasonable hour, friendly... apart from one house 😐 they're back garden is diagonally opposite ours, and our bedroom is above our garden. They're not overly noisy with music, but they seem to entertain in their garden ALL the time, which is fine, but unlike others they stay out until the early hours being super noisy, chatty, laughing etc which makes it hard to get to sleep. We've been pretty good about it but last night dh did something so embarrassing I'm scared to leave the house 🙈 it got to past midnight and into the early hours and he'd clearly had enough of the noise so went into the back garden and yelled at them to go inside as they were keeping us awake 😳 I was like... you could've gone round and had a quiet word instead of waking everyone else up! (though they probably were kept awake too by the noise they were making). So impulsive! But hey, they got the point as they went in a few minutes after and we didn't hear a peep 😂 hopefully they get the hint now...
Safe to say, im not leaving the house today...

Jealous of the quickies too, sex life has plummeted as I just feel so insecure with my belly, logistically ruins the "spark" now ☹️

@Minster2012 bloody hell - I could only dream of garden sex! I can't O without my vibrator though so although all these spontaneous sessions sound fun I keep thinking it sounds like OH ends up with the most fun!

Went to a friend's house for dinner on Friday (her garden + views attached) and stayed the night. Dinner was tuna steak, mango salsa, veg and coconut rice and I can't stop thinking about how yummy it was! OH then buggered off to Wales with his mates for a good weekend and I've just been entertaining myself. Went to Borough market yesterday, going to Wimbledon for some shopping today etc.

Whilst in Kent I got to cuddle my friend's baby and toddler. It's always bittersweet as her baby is 9 months old and they started TTC after we did...

And also something I've done, for (old next doors dogs) though we had had quiet words before I was out in the garden once & they were just "bark, bark....bark bark....bark....bark" and I just went "OH FOR FUCKS SAKE SHUT THOSE DOGS UP" 😬we actually have a really good relationship with them & later I went round & said "I'm really sorry but you know when you've had a sleepless night & something just PINGS in you?" (Maybe DH could blame pregnant wife?) and it got better then & still good relationship!

On the birthdays close thing, my lovely neighbour has 3 kids all October birthdays, she jokes that He's very romantic at valentines!
