Thanks @kirky685 let's hope it's not too long before it's our turn. The positive from this is I ovulated so at least my body is trying to do something 👍🏻 and we've ordered an Indian take away.

@2020mission it's really rubbish isn't it. I understand the struggle with pregnancy stuff. I love hearing updates from the girls who got pregnant in the summer but on bad days (like today) it's hard not to compare and think I should be nearly 32 weeks with them not back at the start again. Honestly i didnt anticipate the impact of baby loss to be so far reaching, but now I've experienced it I realise how nieve I was not to realise.

@larrythelizard and thats it isn't it, sometimes it is easy and that's such a blessing, and other times it's hard which sucks. There's often no rhyme or reason to it. And yes loss definitely does fuck with your body & brain and yes they are fuckboys @vil10.

I'm feeling more settled now thankfully, I did have a little cry but I'm okay now. I'm glad I have you girls. 💕💐

@gem176 thank you hun. I know it's strange to find friends on an anonymous online forum but it's so lovely too... As I've said I'm feeling better now it's sunk in. I think for me the sad/upset feeling was huge, much bigger than I had when ttc last time so I think its all mixed up in grief too. A nice reminder of what is no longer and the journey I've been on. I'm just going to roll with the emotions because it's part of the process I think. And if I could hug you back too I would 💕

Well I have in and wore my new chemise last night and was rewarded with 🍆🤣 good job I ordered a new babydoll to wear for Valentine's hahah I swear half my wardrobe is full of babydolls and stockings

Did the Valentine's emkfit hiit workout and managed to plow through the whole thing today... exhausted now but pleased I did it.

@minster2012 I'm not hopeful about the buns - they didn't rise much at all after the first proving! Despite having three types of rising agents in... On the other hand, I've got my radish and cucumber slices pickled since this afternoon and my pork belly looks amazeballs so worst case scenario I'll just swap buns for jasmine rice and it'll still be yum!

@paintfairy although I had a scan in Sep so not sure what they'd spot now! I get that blood tests/SAs can differ but if there was nothing wrong with my womb 5 months ago? Whatever - after the dye it'll be a pleasant experience!

@Minster2012 I'm not sure. They are pretty similar. I think they maybe have a slightly different after feel but they are both watery and thin. I use them for my bullet too at that point of month and I think maybe conceive plus lasts slightly longer before I need more. Its not ideal for that but I don't like to use normal lube, in case.

It's frustrating because you know you can get pregnant and despite doing everything needed it didn't happen this time. Such massively complex emotions involved with the loss of a baby, don't rush your feelings 😘 xx

@Minster2012 @2020mission it's such a hard one, we build these support bubbles/friendships with everyone on this thread, probably more so than with our irl friends as on here we share the struggles of ttc but that doesn't stop our instant reaction/feeling of envy when someone posts a bfp. We are obviously happy for them but because it's something we desperately want it's hard to suppress that initial envy. Then going forward it's the same envy fighting with happiness for them at different milestones. I can only imagine that is 1000 times worse when someone talks of being so many weeks and you know you would be at that stage too if it wasn't for a loss 💔

@Missgoldilocks I'm assuming I'll be in for a surprise as I'm sure that ultrasounds have advanced in the last 8 years 🤷🏻‍♀️ interesting how advanced your wee bean is 🥰 although through a course at work I found out that babies are pretty much fully formed from about16 weeks and spend the rest of the time fattening up and growing!

@Gem176 yeah, you can find out the sex privately at 16 weeks I think so that makes sense. Yeah it was pretty hilarious, when he showed us the genitals it was like, should it be that big already? 🤣🤣 Even with my son at the 20 week scan I didn't see much of a willy just balls 🤣😅. I think they can guess earlier on but it may not be correct but I think the sonographer will tell you how sure they are on the sex either way. He also said that it's easier to make a mistake when they say "girl" as in it could still be a boy but boys are harder to get wrong, if that makes sense. Exciting though! I was impatient too, I don't know how some people don't find out at all!!
