We’ve got the fastest TTC 🚌in the UK & we aren’t afraid of a modification or 2 as we have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat where there is wine & snacks a plenty for those that need a bit of a breather from our race car but still hang on to our ride! 🌞

We are heading into February ladies & let’s be honest most of us thought we’ve have cute little babies by now, but instead we’ve got lockdown bellies, fishy burps 🐠from bloody omega 3 supplements & the BIGGEST STASH OF TTC drugs in the planet on this bus including IVF, TTC, vitamins, headaches, anti sickness for pregnancy & some other ones we won’t talk about. We also LOVE a good snack, a pet, a dildo and clit sucker but badly behaved BOSSES are NOT welcome.

So grab your crotchless panties and not much else for Valentine’s Day 💓and invite your men (or women folk) to dinner cos they are being treated like a REAL LADY. Forget January blues. February is where it’s at and we say UP YOURS TTC, we are cumming to get you 🙌🏻🥰

@2020mission do you always have random people knocking on your door in the middle of the night?! Weird. And yeah it probably did happen quickly. Always bloody seems to for everyone else! 🙄 Doesn't make it easier at all. And men do not get it. Nope.
@Justanothercyster it was over years. I was single for like 7 years. So trolled dating sites on and off over that time, when I had the energy. It was painful, let me tell you. 🤣
@Minster2012 I definitely needed to marry some kind of workman. Would have been useful with the house stuff. Mine can barely do DIY. He can make you a website though. 🤣🤣🤣🙄 A mechanic would also be useful. I use a lot of those.

So trying to just rest as much as I can.

@Vil10 that sounds like a good plan, think maybe me and my hubby have high libidos so DTD has never been an issue but I’m still yet for the perfect swimmer to grab hold of that perfect egg. Fingers crossed February is the month for us all.

I've been reading lots about progesterone for early miscarriages, wondering if this is what the recurrent MC clinic do? I want to try it now!

@Minster2012 no i didn't. I actually joke with him that had we met online, he'd have not got past the first date. 🤣 We met through friends. He'd been around a while but he was with someone else. So only after they split did it become a possibility.

I found online hard. First date exciting/ nervous and some people you clicked with and met again. But after like 3 dates you hit a weird point. You've chatted about everything. And it's like you have to make a decision and its just hard to know. So I rarely got past 3. One guy I did and I really liked but it got complicated with his ex and kid and he just freaked and buggered off. 🤣 Most people on dating things are crackers. My DH actually was with his ex 3 years and she was from one of those sites. She was a psycho. No word of a lie. I've 2 friends though that both met their DHs online. So it can work! 🤣 I'm just really picky i think.

@Lucyrp Oh god yes – it was your MC that caused your messed up cycles. I must keep this in mind & remind myself it can still happen when I’m losing my mind (because you’re right, staying sane is that hard part lol) how are you feeling lovely? Sickness improving at all yet?

@minster2012 yeah I think the Feb buys was the 1st once but it fully took hold in March with all the tricks and techniques. I definitely remember Adrianoska @ltay2 and her bird poo smoke inhalation. She arrived, created chaos & drama with her bird poo and shortly after disappeared with her BFP. @June231 yeah she must be due very soon if not already delivered by now. I hope she’s doing well, she was a very memorable character.

@clairey844 I think you’ve just come up with a contender for a bus title if I’ve ever heard one “the bus where AF is about as unwelcome as Covid” haha brilliant. I’m glad you’re doing well and gosh 14 weeks! That feels like it’s flown by.

And yes I think you’re right @clairey844 - you do need to feel the things in order to feel better. I’m feeling so much better today @florence13, especially after all of your support ladies. Many threads ago someone talked about the ball in the box analogy to grief and using that analogy I would say that yesterday the ball hit the grief button. It felt hard but today I’m doing better (look it up if you haven’t before because it’s a great analogy). Also my migraine has gone so although I’ve got a muzzy head / migraine hangover I’m feeling much more myself 

@hopeful110 I’m glad your GP is being supportive & proactive. We’ve heard so many horror stories with GPs so it’s good to hear they’re not all like that.

@larrythelizard Ohh that’s really helpful to know and reassuring too that it’s quite normal to take time. Was it 3-4 months for your cycles to come back or 3-4cycles for it to normalise?

@2020mission argh another announcement really sucks. And yeah when you have no context it just feels like everyone has an easy time of it which makes you feel even more shit. Sending lots of love.

@paintfairy Definitely some characters on dating sites! A while back, my DH and I went there and just looked at some profiles, we found some real case studies there! But then again, few of our friends have been in long term Tinder relationships, so who knows. That being said, I met my DH on Skype almost 15 years ago 🤣

@Minster2012 Oh, this group is most definitely weird, no question about that! Though I think most newbies feel overwhelmed by the amount of blah blah here and trying to catch up with everything. And then probably feel too awkward to post about their cervix colour out of the blue 🤣

@Sausage1990 bless her she used to freak and cry with every TWW and AF after her FIRST cycle didn't result in a BFP. She was on another thread with me where the OP had been trying for a year (and still is now!) and I could feeeeel the eye rolls each time Adrianoska had another meltdown.

@Juno231 god i remember. i dont know how she would have coped with TTC for any longer, she stressed me out a bit tbh. it was those ealy buses that got me worying about taking all the supplements and stuff to sort my cycles out when really the answer was to deal with my anxiety & my cycles settled. I think although so many of us still take our pre-pregancny supplements & do some things to help like @Minster2012 wiht the pom juuice etc, we definetley have a more chilled vibe about it all now. I much prefer it :) Hope youre doing okay lovely.

@larrythelizard That's a really interesing observation about why newbies maybe don't engage wiht us so much. It's hard enough to keep up when you've been here forever so coming into a big group of nutters who all seem to know eachother must be alot. I've never thought of it like that. @Sausage1990 agreed - I take my prenatals, EPO and omega 3 (partly because the tub is still going!) but dropped so much of the stuff I was obsessing with in the earlier stages. Couldn't be arsed with the ubiquinol, dropped the vit Bs, forgot about the pineapples, grapefruits and pomegranates... It's all me giving up really ha!

Yup I must say I'd struggle to join this bus as a newbie now. I'd feel like an outsider and would struggle to get into the swing of things when everyone seems to be in pre existing conversations, having insider jokes etc. Not that it's necessarily true - I just know I'd get put off by it before even giving a proper chance! So please stay newbies, talk at us and before you know it you'll never be able to let us go

Mmmmm salty something @blackcurrantqueen 😂🤣but yes the theory is mc Ds! I don't know about the MC clinic but certainly we get extra progesterone from the week before transfer, & I have my progesterone levels checked 2 days before transfer so it's important but I guess it just had to be a certain level in general because when you don't ovulate your progesterone doesn't rise so mine naturally wouldn't & in ivf they are also stopping ovulation for me so they have to do that synthetically. You know, up the foof pessaries. Nice!

Interesting how warm the house stays tho when heating is on. Plumber came out @juno231 it was a pressure issue he turned the valve and away it went! Showed me how to do it. Said there could be a fault with it so keep an eye on it for now.
