We’ve got the fastest TTC 🚌in the UK & we aren’t afraid of a modification or 2 as we have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat where there is wine & snacks a plenty for those that need a bit of a breather from our race car but still hang on to our ride! 🌞

We are heading into February ladies & let’s be honest most of us thought we’ve have cute little babies by now, but instead we’ve got lockdown bellies, fishy burps 🐠from bloody omega 3 supplements & the BIGGEST STASH OF TTC drugs in the planet on this bus including IVF, TTC, vitamins, headaches, anti sickness for pregnancy & some other ones we won’t talk about. We also LOVE a good snack, a pet, a dildo and clit sucker but badly behaved BOSSES are NOT welcome.

So grab your crotchless panties and not much else for Valentine’s Day 💓and invite your men (or women folk) to dinner cos they are being treated like a REAL LADY. Forget January blues. February is where it’s at and we say UP YOURS TTC, we are cumming to get you 🙌🏻🥰

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

@Clairey844 @Minster2012 you can see why some of them are messed up but jeez? There is no way some of them would get through without counselling? Most normal people would struggle with an experiment like that, never mind the kinds of people they throw in. Most women are crackers anyway. We know this. But they make me look normal! 🤣 And some men are clearly never going to be adult about relationships.

I can honestly say I have a lot of dating experience. I must have met over 40 people on match.com, plenty of fish, tinder etc. And found no one. 🤣

Ltay2 · 26/01/2021 09:52

@Minster2012 I'm sure more bird poo rituals would have been involved 😂

2020mission · 26/01/2021 10:03

😢 team video call at work this morning and a guy announced him and his wife are expecting. I'm now the only person in the team to not have a family. I managed to say congratulations and keep a straight face but feeling crap now!

Someone was knocking our flat door at 3am last night... I refused to get out of bed and answer at that time of the morning haha all I could think about was how they've probably screwed up my BBT temp as I now had a disrupted sleep 😅

Hope you're all having a good morning.

Juno231 · 26/01/2021 10:08

@2020mission aah I feel you! We're a team of 5 and I'm the only one child less - the most recent baby was born in Feb and funnily enough everyone on the team has girls only! 9 girls between 4 people

@Kirky658 ah that's a good friend to have! We'd have waited ages for a plumber and paid hundreds of pounds probably.

@ltay2 @Minster2012 I think she got her BFP in April - so might be due any day now??

2020mission · 26/01/2021 10:16

@Juno231 I keep telling myself they probably didn't conceive instantly themselves and could have also been struggling for months/years but because it's always announced with nothing but positivity and no back story you can't help but feel jealous and like it's not fair it's never you! Thanks for replying just needed to vent to someone. Even my husband doesn't understand why it upsets me so much. It doesn't help that I've been wanting to leave this job due to bad management and low holidays/pay cuts but have been sticking around for over a year as I wanted to stay until after maternity leave and kept thinking I might be pregnant next month. I've been there 3 years and would get a good maternity package and then my plan would be to look for a new job nearing the end of the leave. I hope it happens soon 😂

Juno231 · 26/01/2021 10:29

@2020mission haha are you me?? I've been here 3,5 years but dying to leave the last 18 months. I kinda assumed I'd be on mat leave by now! It's a mixed bag on my team. Two of the women fell at the drop of a hat. The most recent baby took 5 months to conceive and it was the DH that did all the tracking cause he was more keen than his Mrs. Then I know my boss has recurrent miscarriages - all boy foetuses apparently!

Kirky658 · 26/01/2021 10:31

@2020mission totally get it.. I dislike my job, only entitled to SMP, but I will now be sticking around for at least 9 months... Keeping everything crossed for you my love. My team are weird, 3 girls, 3 guys, the guys are the ones with kids, the other girls just don't want kids (late 30s early 40s) so I'm just bringing up the rear at 27 next month bringing in my youth..

Tornado2Inc · 26/01/2021 10:46

Hey all, hope you don't mind me joining. This looks like a good place to share all about my bodily fluids.

A bit about me: TTC no2, on cycle whatever since June-ish 2020. Got my first BFP a couple of days ago (at 10dpo), which got fainter yesterday, to completely gone this morning, so I'm counting myself out this month. AF due in 2 days. Bummed AF (different AF), but at least it's good to know things down there still work. Predicted ovulation around Feb 10.

Justanothercyster · 26/01/2021 10:47

@Haiyaa omg snickers porridge sounds lush! Sorry about af x

@Hopeful110 thanks for that lovely. Glad they're getting some tests done for you x

@paintfairy woah! That's a lot! I don't have the patience haha

@2020mission ahhh that's shit sorry x

@Tornado2Inc so sorry about the chemical :( welcome, we'll guide you through x

Ltay2 · 26/01/2021 10:50

@Juno231 Yeah it was definitely in my first few weeks of being on the bus I think she got her BFP and I joined early April so she can't be far off!

Tornado2Inc · 26/01/2021 10:51

@Justanothercyster Thank you :)
Eh, it's fine. At least I know I still have ovaries and DH is not shooting dust.

Minster2012 · 26/01/2021 10:59

@Florence13 since when are we not crazy eh??!! Mehhhh don't worry bout it (also the worst statement to say as we can't do that!) 🖕🏻

@Kirky658 @Juno231 @paintfairy
what I've learnt in life is that we need to make friends with the following ppl...a plumber, a builder, a vet, a lawyer, a pharmacist, a doctor/ nurse (though they resent it when you say look at this 🙄😬) any more??

@paintfairy me too, more on that on the blog soon if I can get round to it!

@2020mission another??? Oh god. I also like to think everyone has been trying ages, DH says "have they?" I do t know it just makes me feel better

@Juno231 yeah round now & rituals for sure totally get you wanting that mat leave as opposed to leaving

Hey @Tornado2Inc welcome!! You'll fit in! Sorry about the disappearing BFP, plenty of them here I'm afraid but great attitude 😘

Kirky658 · 26/01/2021 11:06

@tornado2inc sorry about the disappearing BFP, welcome to the madhouse!

@minster2012 hmmm.. Someone who's good with IT perhaps? A roofer?

BlondePotter · 26/01/2021 11:11

@Minster2012 I've just had my uncle replaster half the ceilings in our house so I would have to add plasterer, and also a mechanic!

@tornado2inc we love a good bodily fluid chat in here! Think every kind has been covered

Tornado2Inc · 26/01/2021 11:12

@Kirky658 @minster2012 The receptionist. They know s*. Hope they don't die out.

Tornado2Inc · 26/01/2021 11:13

@BlondePotter Nice! I love this place already Grin

blackcurrantqueen · 26/01/2021 11:15

@Dollybird89 love the colouring 😂 excellent photo too! I've got a rude sweary nurses colouring book which I love too 😂 need to find some me time to do some! And the puppy helps. What a cutie !!
@InkyPaper I lurked for MONTHS too like watched thread after thread!!
@Clairey844 that is EXACTLY what it tastes like! School dinners!
@Hopeful110 glad your GP sounds useful!!
@Florence13 bloody freezing here, carpenters have door open and closed all day and my lounge radiators decided to stop working 😩
@Minster2012 I got a McDonald's breakfast this morning! Dropped DD off at my Mums for some informal childcare, house is too manic and cold! Have also been drinking my Pom juice!
@2020mission ugh fuck sake on the work announcement and also how weird your 3am phone call!

notyetamumbuttrying · 26/01/2021 11:17

Hey just place marking then will catch up later. Just wanted to say those with male factor watch rhod Gilbert on Sunday talking about his struggle with it.

Heading for 💓day with fishy burps & wombs as fluffy as a 70’s bush we say UP YOURS TTC Bus 30
DKDK123 · 26/01/2021 11:19

Glad to hear you have a helpful GP @hopeful110, hearing some of the other stories it sounds like helpful GPs when ttc are a rarity. At least you can feel like something's being done now.

It's hard @2020mission and if they knew how much it'd hurt you they probably wouldn't have announced the way they did it must have been hard for you to keep a neutral face on while saying congratulations knowing the cameras in your face. We're our own worst enemies with the quietness of ttc troubles (not just us, society in general) I think its good that more and more celebs seem to be opening up to talk about troubles hopefully one day that'll just be the norm. Despite it taking a year with my first I was still so blissfully unaware of the pain others could be going thru and remember announcing my pregnancy with joy to anyone that would listen. This time round (If it happens) I think I'll share my journey first to give hope to those that I dont know are trying and are struggling in silence.

@tornado2Inc sorry to hear about this month but you're in good hands on this bus journey. @kirky658 I'm actually going to steal your phrase disappearing bfp as it sounds so much nicer than chemical pregnancy! I FINALLY stopped bleeding yesterday after my disappearing bfp, it was only just over a week of bleeding but felt like forever so hopefully that's my body going to get back on track and ovulate in the next week or so 🤞

Kirky658 · 26/01/2021 11:29

@dkdk123 you got this girl ❤️

I can't stop feeling like I'm going to throw up today. That combined with the lack of heating and hot water I'm seriously questioning my life choices right now 😂
DH is teaching lessons (thankfully not on zoom etc) wearing his dressing gown and a blanket, can't even

2020mission · 26/01/2021 11:36

@notyetamumbuttrying oh I'll definitely watch Rhod Gilbert's program thanks for sharing! I'm always sad to hear about others struggles but I do like when celebrities share as more people will be aware of it.

If I do get pregnant I think I'd be tempted to tell my manager/HR not to bother announcing the pregnancy the way they do with others at the company wide video calls. People who work with me would find out when they are in touch with me or see me so I don't think it needs to be announced to the whole company, who it really doesn't concern and then I also won't be rubbing it in the faces of anyone struggling. Do you think that's reasonable? If I was closer with my manager I would probably tell them about the struggles but he's just not a nice guy and someone I could open up to.

@Juno231 hopefully we will both be on maternity soon and not in these jobs for too much longer 😆

@blackcurrantqueen the door knocks at 3am we're bizarre. I live in modern apartments with 2 secure entries and most residents are working professionals so can't imagine it being anyone who doesn't live here, someone old and confused or a drunk given everything is shut! My first guess was someone maybe had a leak in a flat below and thought it might be us causing it but no one has been back knocking since 😕 had an early work call today too and was knackered as it ruined my sleep.

Minster2012 · 26/01/2021 11:37

Oooo IT def @Kirky658 and love that you are questioning your life choices right now, errrr tough 😜🤪

And @BlondePotter has added mechanic that's a very good point too, and someone handy with DIY house stuff too as my DH rubbish!

@Tornado2Inc yes receptionists, but only good ones def, we've had some really bad ones being very unhelpful and mean on here I'm afraid but good ones are gold

@blackcurrantqueen a maccas breakfast mmmmmm actually is you type in IVF and Mac Donald's it's meant to be a "thing" after transfer to have salty chips so I should add that to my list of "things I need to do to conceive" surely medicinal???!!!

@notyetamumbuttrying I think I sill watch that big of DH watches it he will think I'm being mean no doubt. Bloody men

@DKDK123 yes to stoping bleeding & moving on!! Whoop whoop

Good (late) morning. Just place marking really. I have nothing to say really, boring old CD5. Need to catch up. I always struggle with the start of a new bus. It seems to fill up really quickly and new people join all together 🙈 big welcome to the newbies but I'm I'm easily confused so it will take me a little while to suss out who's who 😂
Whoever it was that mentioned snickers porridge definitely needs to share thst recipe!

Florence13 · 26/01/2021 11:42

@Minster2012 this is true. Sounds like you have got quite a busy day to keep you occupied so that’s good.

@Tornado2Inc sorry to hear about the disappearing BFP but great attitude.

@blackcurrantqueen oh no sorry to hear your freezing hope it’s not for to long and your downstairs radiators are sorted and working soon.

@DKDK123 keeping my fingers crossed you ovulate soon hun and good on you for getting back on the horse so to speak. Glad the bleeding has settled but agree it does seem like it takes forever.

2020mission · 26/01/2021 11:49

@Minster2012 I showed my husband the program and said we should watch this. His reply "that looks depressing" and then eyes straight back to his work 😂 typical man. He will watch though. I do feel a bit bad as the things we watch seem to always be focused on male fertility... the last one was that 'Me, My Brother and Our Balls'.
