@Luan82 oh wow I only had one period which was 24 hours with my ectopic.. I think I am earlier than my lmp anyway... seem to be getting more symptoms boobs are killing today and I could sleep for England... back Friday let's hope we get to what the sac like structure is praying it's an actual sac... how you feeling lovely?? What's the plans with ivf?? Xx

@Sweetbabydust1989 that's good that the cramps have subsided now, though I suspect they will come and go!! Once you see everything is where it should be hopefully you should be able to relax a little 😌 7 dpo today, and this may well be the last cycle I try naturally before starting meds, first appointment with the nursing team is 9th May so really not long!! I'm not putting pressure on myself this cycle, my Ava chart has registered signs that I actually ovulated which is good, we did the sperm meets egg method and my OH was knackered bless him!!! So we've done all we can to try and make it happen this month, I've also had a day 21 blood test today just to check my progesterone levels are good (they were low after I came off the pill). I'm not hopeful though as this is the first month TWW where I've not got sore boobs - nothing at all, it's really weird!!! Xx

Just noticed some really dark brown discharge should I worry?? X

@Sweetbabydust1989 - that must be worrying for you. Is your next scan on Friday? If so, you don’t have long to wait to get this checked out. Generally brown blood isn’t too worrisome because it means it’s old blood. I would call epu if you start to have red bleeding but otherwise I would hang on until Friday.
I know brown discharge can be an ectopic sign but the earlier scan does suggest that the tubes are clear so that’s really good.

@ActonBell thanks lovely yes 2 days time... it's pretty much gone now I just checked my panty liner a there was a tiny dot on it when I wiped after peeing there was nothing on it... no pain at all I was a little shocked as my discharge had been normal well until the brutal internal scan yesterday.. my mum said it looks like old blood and not to worry until it's bright red when I had my ectopic the blood was more of a red/brown so I have no idea this is more of a discharge with a very light brown in it I am exhausted from all this now xx

@Sweetbabydust1989 dark brown or pink discharge is usually from implantation so unless you start bleeding more or bright red I wouldn't worry too much x

I reckon that’s nothing to worry about. It could have been dislodged by the internal scan. I’ve had some very light brown spotting, tiny amounts, a few times so far and I’m just trying to chill about it. Once was before my scan and that showed all was fine. I’m going to book a private scan for a couple of weeks’ time for more reassurance.

Ok so... after saying I'm only 7dpo I've had a very strange light headed feeling all day today and I know it's waaaaaaaaaay too early to test but I had some cheapys so I gave in - I've got a very very faint line..... eeeeeeeeeeek!!!! Now it might just be a dodgy test but tentatively hopeful?!!! Can I get some fresh eyes on this ladies? Isn't it a bit early for a faint BFP? 😬

Wow! I definitely see something there. Can you bear to wait a couple of days and then try a frer?

@ActonBell going to have to I think though it's going to be tough!!! I felt two or three strong sharp sensations in my uterus a few hours ago and they do say implantation can cause an immediate rise in HCG then it dips again before rising at the normal rate, I've got some FRER do you think I should try one of those with FMU tomorrow or wait till Friday?

I know you’re tracking ovulation but is a possible you ovulated a bit early? Does Ava give you an exact date or a few likely days?

If it were me I’d tell myself the sensible thing was to wait until Friday and then do it tomorrow anyway.
I’m much less against testing early since my ectopic. If I hadn’t tested a couple of days early I would have thought my first bleed was a period and wouldn’t have had a clue what was going on.

Then again even if it’s a faint line on Friday you’ll need a positive the day of or day after your period is due to be really confident.

Oooh @Luan82 there’s definitely a second line there! Have you got any FRER to double check? I’m hopeful for you!!

@Sweetbabydust1989 Maybe having the probe up you yesterday caused some irritation, try not to worry, easier said than done though! Not long til the next scan and you should see more by then 🤞 how many weeks will you be on Friday?

@ActonBell oh you're absolutely right I'm the same, in fact I always take a test a week after my period just in case now!!! I will probably do the FRER first thing tomorrow and I have three in the Bathroom so can do another Friday too, I've never had even a faint line to be able to break out the big guns!!!! (Except my ectopic a week after my period and by then it was a blazing positive !!) I definitely felt something strange today and have read that implantation can give you a brief surge of HCG so maybe I caught the surge? I also had two days Peak ovulation according to the clear blue tests, so it's possible that I ovulated a day early so am 8dpo but given the OV cramps, temp and LH surge all point to either the 21 or the 20th earliest

@MrsB2019x - thankyou ! I'm tentatively hopeful, I have never had a false positive before but it's so so early part of me thinks that it's barely even possible to implant - only 7% today (if my OV date is right) and should take a few days after that for the levels to rise ... and OH is trying to keep me grounded as he's worried it's too early - it's definitely got colour but I'm conscious that it could be a dodgy test batch too x

Feel like my period is on its way (due on Friday) 😔 what thermometers do people use and apps to track temps? I've never tracked bbt before but feel like it's worth giving a go.

@luan82 wow I'm so so hopeful for you! There's definitely a line 🤞 a frer sounds like a good plan!

I've just done my first injection 💉 hopefully won't be too much longer for my bfp too!

@that90sgirl I've been using Ava - bought one second hand from eBay but that's because I wanted to confirm ovulation was happening - and I'm crap at taking my temps!! 😬

@MrsB2019x I will, though I'll probably wuss out from taking a test tomorrow in case it's a BFN !! 🥴

Well I'm not sure if it was a blip or what but stark negative on FRER this morning! So strange as I've never had a false positive before, it was definitely not an evap or indent and I didn't flood the test!! Walking away from the tests now for a few days - going to enjoy my bank holiday and not overthink it x

So sorry to hear that @Luan82 😔 ditch those tests as they must be faulty!

@MrsB2019x 🙄 they are already in the bin! It was so early I really did have my doubts. AF isn't due till Thursday! At least I can have a drink at the weekend now...😩 x

So had my scan done today and it was bad news 2nd ectopic in the same tube no idea what to do awaiting bloods as I may need surgery gutted xx
