@HereIfYouNeedMe I am not to bad I took a test this morning and it came back negative done it for my own peace of mind just awaiting this period so we can get back on the baby making train at some point shame we need to use horrible condoms for a couple of months.. did you have the injection?? X

@MumOf2LittleMinions57 do you have to use protection?
Yes I did have the injection so I'll probably be celibate for 3 months 😂

@HereIfYouNeedMe oh don’t the whole thought of using those horrible things makes me want to be celibate 🤣 well I am not entirely sure as I didn’t have the injection or surgery mine was a management job so regular bloods all they told me was to not get pregnant until after my first period so assuming I would have to be protected for the first 4-6 weeks x

@MumOf2LittleMinions57 haha I know right! Ah yes of course you were, hopefully they go quickly for you!! I'm going to try and find a new fitness from home programme to do for 3 months

@HereIfYouNeedMe I have started doing the ring fit for the Nintendo switch and dance party kids hate as I have to steal one of their switches for it but it’s a good work out for us all.. oh I hope to see my period soon I have been feeling like iam due on for the last few days but nothing yet I also want to start those ovulation sticks too so I can keep track of it all x

@HereIfYouNeedMe Very bittersweet news but that has gone really quickly! You must be kinda relieved now ☺️

Well I am out for my first month of TTC. I was actually more upset than I thought I would be. I think that my due date for my twins is in the 17 th Feb doesnt help either . Got to look at positive at least that is another month of taking the supplements getting my body baby ready. Going to eat some chocolate now x

@kayvsy - welcome to the group! You and I are twinnies as I had my ectopic last June too... 😔 will regards to the periods I had a bleed after the injection then a few weeks after that had a period, things went back to normal quite quickly for me with ovulation etc as even though we couldn't try I kept tracking my peak ovulation just to understand my cycle, I would suggest you ask the doc to refer you to a specialist if you are concerned - it might also be worth getting an AMH test as these can often pick up PCOS which is the only thing I have heard of causing very irregular periods x

@HereIfYouNeedMe - urgh those bloody condoms !! We used SKYNs though they are bloody pricey they are ultra thin and just a bit ... better 😉
@MumOf2LittleMinions57 - I think they just ask you to wait for one reg cycle in case you get pregnant straight away and they can estimate the due date correctly x

@DoctorBambino - hope your hycosy went ok today and you got some answers x

@Hlump1980 - awww bless you, I totally agree I was pretty devastated after the first unsuccessful month of trying, can I also say how super annoying it is that we seem to get every single pregnancy symptom during the 2WW? I feel like it's got worse as times gone on for me !! Currently 7dpo, cramps in abdomen, headaches, nausea, temp drop this eve, dizzy spells - the lot !! I am not falling for it this time just to be disappointed again x

@Luan82 that’s my thinking too I am cramping so much today I am worried something might be wrong it’s crazy to think I was told this time 2 weeks ago that my little one was in my tube breaks my heart x

@Hlump1980 you definitely deserve something nice - I think everyone gets the disappointment so don’t be too hard on yourself at all. Some more time to nurture your body will serve you well.

@HereIfYouNeedMe I think you’re exactly four weeks behind me. It is a bittersweet turning point, but it does allow you to look forward and start getting your body ready. I feel a lot better, four weeks on from hitting zero and I hope you will too.

@mrsB2019x glad your scan went well, must feel like a relief!

My hyfosy was ok, strong cramps when she flushed it through but the tube was clear. Unfortunately the ovary on my tube side is small and doesn't have many follicles. Because of my endo and adhesions its not likely my tube will be able to move to the other side to pick up an egg from the good ovary. I'm waiting to speak to the clinic today about next steps. I imagine they'll fob me off with more waiting. Luckily we can afford to go private for IVF so thats the most likely outcome.

Sorry to hear AF arrived @Hlump1980 get yourself on the wine! I was so gutted my first cycle back when it didn’t happen (was 2 days late and everything just to build the tension lol) but you’re right to see it as another month to prepare. I got pregnant on the second cycle so Fx you’ll be the same, it is horribly stressful though.

Good luck today @DoctorBambino hope you get some answers soon. Sounds as if you’re making progress x

@DoctorBambino that is so positive that the tube was clear though, you never know it may well have dislodged a blockage or two as well! My AFC was also low at 7 when I had a 3D scan (paid for privately) as tbh there's very little that's been done via my nhs referral so far, in two months time will make exactly one year since the GP started the process !!! We may well be IVF twinnnies as I'm waiting for my consultant to come back about the lap and if there is anything they can do in the meantime so may just have to bite the bullet and go private as private clinics seem to be operating as normal still and just can't afford to keep waiting due to my age x

@Luan82 I really hope AF comes sick of the bloating and dull cramps just need a good clear out.. I still can’t wrap my head around this ectopic as it came and went so blinking fast.. how are you getting on?? X

@MumOf2LittleMinions57 - currently 8dpo - had a very strange dizzy spell yesterday which caught me off guard, I've learned over the past few months not to get my hopes up though as my PMS is insanely similar to pregnancy symptoms!! Tbh if I'm not pregnant this month I just want AF to come on time so I can start my self care routine again!! (Castor oil packs and enzyme therapy) I'm a massive control freak and to think that my tubes are blocked but there is absolutely nothing I can do about it due to the pandemic is absolutely killing me!! 😩😩😩xx

@Luan82 omg I am the same complete control freak I literally have to control everything it’s exhausting 🙈 I literally have no idea if my tubes are blocked they won’t give me the test to find out unless I find somewhere private to get it done.. it’s disheartening as I never had issues with my other 2.. this pandemic is awful xx

@MumOf2LittleMinions57 I think as you have conceived naturally then you don't need to worry too much. I have read that ectopics can happen even by pure chance by something as simple as a mucus plug!! Unfortunately I had an incorrect diagnosis in my twenties which resulted in PID and painful OV plus infertility issues since ttc 18 months ago so pretty much everything points to blocked tubes the ectopic just confirmed it for me which is why I'm desperately trying to heal myself naturally - otherwise I'm going to have to pay either for a private HSG or IVF and start the whole consultation process again which is soul destroying xx
