Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 it’s impressive isn’t it 😍. I’ve no idea really? I might give them a call when I’m 6 weeks and see what they say. Think I was 8 weeks when I had my booking appt with my DS. OH went out to the shop so I tested then and I was gobsmacked it was positive. When he got back I showed him and he had the biggest grin on his face 😁. He couldn’t stop smiling!

@mumof23188 according to my dates its the 22nd but she said today the 19th of august 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah it was a hard watch

I had a super late lay in this morning- 10:30am, laid in bed checked my HR and it was averaging 72bpm so obviously got excited but since moving about and starting my day it’s dropped to 69bpm.
I’m wondering if the prolonged sleeping HR has caused a lower average.
Boobs still tender, frequent peeing but nothing else.
I was gonna buy some tests today but I definitely think I’m just gonna wait for Wednesday when AF should be here. I think I would just doubt and question a BFN right now. At the moment I’m thinking I’m out

It's a wonder I'm still alive! A 24bpm drop within 2 weeks 😳

Decided to take a cheapie year this morning.
Asda ones, pack says can be used 4 days before period.
My period is due in 2 days -BFN so I guess AF is round the corner for me.

@mumof23188 I'm still in isolation until midnight tonight, my scan is at 11am tomorrow. Absolutely dreading it!

@SS123456 fingers crossed for you. Really hope everything is ok with baby bean. I’m sure the drop is due to Covid and your body adjusting 🤞🤞

@mumof23188 all good, just in tww limbo! I'm 7 DPO today. RHR went up to 68 and my temp dropped nearly 0.2 today so god knows if anything is going on.

I took a supermarket test the same day I got my BFP and it was stark white. I really don't rate them at all, so you might not be out!

My weekend was alright but I’m not enjoying lockdown. I did manage to get in a 1 hour walk with dd. She was so patient. So I’m thankful for that. 😇
I try to eat foods with phytoestrogens except for soy. Flaxseed flour in my bread, blueberrys and Almond flour in my muffins, broccoli and some grapefruit for my cm. I wonder if it will make a difference at all.

I’m cd10 today, my RHR is picking up but it could be due to yet another short night. OPks are negative but I’m not due to ovulate until cd14 according to Clue. I decides to dtd once every couple of days until I get a positive OPK and then every day until OPK turns negative. Does that sound like a plan? I think it does 😁🥰

8dpo today. Temp dipped today and rhr has gone down a bpm per day for the last 2 days so not hopeful.

Have obviously (as a serial tester) been using cheapie tests since 6dpo 😬

All obviously and as expected bfn’s.
Except this mornings I don’t know if I can see a shadow of something. If it is it’s probably an evap. I’m yet to have an evap on these (easy at home tests).

Have attached chart and pic of test just for fun. Really won’t be offended if you can’t see anything, half the time I’m not even sure if I can 😂

@Moominmiss it's far too early to be out at 8DPO - most common day to implant is 9DPO so don't be silly! And I totally see something on that cheapie aaah how exciting!

@Juno231 thank you 😂 I know you’re absolutely right, I know this every month and yet still test stupidly early and still get disheartened when my 6dpo test is a bfn 🙄
