Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 that looks super promising! Is this chart different to your previous? I had a dip at 9dpo which is when I think I implanted. How’s it looking today?

@LarasMama I’m ok thank you. Just super tired! DS isn’t sleeping well and finding it difficult time wise to do home schooling. I’m finding lockdown hard too, it’s just so strange not seeing anybody. Ah good 😌, it’s nice to get some fresh air. Just a shame it’s so cold!! My HR is up and down, I’m not taking much stock In it. I got a 3+ on clear blue digital yesterday so feel happy everything is progressing as it should 🤞. That’s really interesting, I have never heard of that. I hope it helps. Looks like you’ve got the start of a nice rise there. I think your plan sounds great 🤞🤞🤞.

Then these are 2 from this morning. No change. Just as faint, barely there so I’m not holding out any hope tbh.

@Moominmiss definite lines there ❤️. Will you test with a FRER?

@Moominmiss how many Dpo are you? They look clearer on today’s!

I don’t have any frers. I’m due to have some arrive later today so might do one in the morning. I was hoping for a clearer line first, but these are so super faint I’m just not sure 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Moominmiss I can see them without even having to click on your picture ☺️. 9dpo is so early which you know and most don’t even get a line this early on. They look great. I totally understand why you aren’t holding out hope but I think you should definitely do a FRER tomorrow 🥰

@mumof23188 thank you, I know you’re right and that it’s super early, but I’ve just been here way too many times before and it never goes well so I can’t/won’t let myself think more positively at this stage.
Hopefully my frers will arrive later and I can try one tomorrow 🤞🏻

@Moominmiss that looks like a perfectly normal line for 9DPO and remember HCG doubles every two days so there's no reason why your lines would appear stronger from one night to the following morning!

@mumof23188 temp shot back up today, bpm remained same as yday on 68. The temp dips are just oestrogen surges, I get them most months albeit always at 6DPO normally! I'll attach the chart in a sec.

I’m feeling super emotional and tearful today.
Just seen another pregnancy announcement they are not even close friends or family but still feeling defeated.
This time last year I was telling people I was pregnant and feeling so much joy.

Every month I feel time is running out.
It’s my 37th birthday in 5 months and I feel sick thinking that time is slipping away from me.

@Juno231 I’m trying to stay rational and tell myself those exact things, about hcg doubling every 48 hours so not to look too much into the lines yet.
Will keep testing and what will be will be I suppose.

Your temps look great. Could that have been an implantation dip yesterday?

@Kona84 I’m sorry you’re feeling so down, I honestly know the feeling. I will turn 39 this year and while I have children from a previous relationship, I had my heart set on a final baby with my partner (would be his only child).
Everyone close to me has either had their babies or a still pregnant. My sister in law and I would have been due a week apart back in August of last year. Obviously I miscarried but she had her baby and it’s a constant remind of what I should have had too.

Our turn will come, it really will, I have to believe that!

@SS123456 aah I missed your update! That's fantastic news! Now when people will be freaking out in the months to come we can point to your 25 bpm drop and say it was still all find . Did they date you/give you a due date?

@Juno231 definitely! I mean look at that crazy drop attached!!

I'm 7 weeks 5 days (based on LMP I would be 7 weeks 4 days) so I think I'd be due the end of August 😊

So home from work, frers have arrived but can’t face doing one. Did a one step, another cheapie, and an easy at home. Plus an opk.
Still extremely faint lines. Opk is not a positive. One step line is barely there!

@moominmiss they look great to me! Exactly how I would expect a 9DPO line to look. Congratulations! Have you told OH yet?

@Juno231 no, I’ve not told him. Thing is I told him in November when I got a 1-2 weeks digital, and then mc a few days later. I swore this time I’d not tell him until I’ve seen it for myself on a scan. So going to really try to keep it in for the next few weeks (assuming I get that far). Af isn’t due til Sunday so anything could happen yet.
