Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Kona84 please try not to worry about a drop. Trust me I know how hard it is to ignore it.
I saw a drop before my miscarriages and then started seeing my rhr drop around 6 weeks (the time my mc’s all started) this time. I took the advice off here and went cold turkey and took my Fitbit off. I’m now over 9 weeks and have no clue what my rhr is up to. All I know is baby is doing well.

I have spoken to my partner about it.
I’ve taken the Hr tile of the app for now

I was definitely trolled by mine as AF has come a day early. Good luck to everyone else! @gezelligheid looks very promising!

I think I ovulated at some point between 11th-14th Feb 2021

Has anyone else experiences similar patterns to mine and gone on to get a BFP?

@Kona84 I totally understand why you are panicking, just remember what @Juno231 said, lots of people have drops and it turns out totally fine. If something does happen, there is absolutely nothing you can do, so try not to stress about it - just concentrate on taking care of yourself ❤️

@TTC2021x my normal graph is a bit similar to yours. Usually it rises 1-2bpm around ovulation then shoots up about 4-5bpm afterwards. Then dips for a few days, then back up until the day AF arrives when it starts dropping again.

I have no idea what my graph is doing this month though - 8DPO and it has just dropped a little after a very slow and steady rise. But I'm on Progesterone so that might be why it looks different to normal.

I think so! I only have one test left though so I'm really hoping that's all I need. I'm so nervous! I want it to be positive so much 🥺

@TTC2021x I don't actually know because of the progesterone. I'm currently 8DPO. Without medication I get to 10DPO and the last 2 months I got pregnant and miscarried at what would be about 15 DPO.

I have to test on Sunday morning, and if it's a BFN I stop taking the progesterone at that point. So I assume AF will show up around Monday? I don't think she can turn up before I stop the progesterone.

Ok, I'm hugely over analysing a tiny thing, but if this isn't the place to do it then I don't know what is! I can't test for a few days yet and that's fine, but just posting this for the scientific element of us analysing our RHR, and in case anyone else has a similar experience.

My RHR was up at 64 on 7DPO. Last thing at night on 7DPO it dropped down to 63. I woke up on 8DPO and it was down again to 62.... But later on 8DPO, it got revised up again to 63.

I wonder, could it be an implantation dip? It lasted less than 24 hours if it was. My HR in the afternoon and overnight (7DPO) was a few bpm lower than usual post-ov. And during the day on 8DPO it has jumped quite high by comparison. I'll wait and see what happens on 9 and 10DPO!

Hope this isn't too boring, I'm really interested to see what happens next and I know some of you love to over-analyse too! 😁

BFN this morning on a clear blue digital weeks predictor test but my RHR has risen again to 75bpm! If AF isn't here by the weekend when I go grocery shopping I'll get some more tests

Those clear blue weeks indicators aren't very sensitive especially for early testing, think it's 50- 100u/ml where as frer is 6.3 so you could just be teting too early on something not sensitive enough 😊

@gezelligheid I agree it's way too early for a CBD! Try a FRER tomorrow?

Ahh that is reassuring then. I'll order a FRER on amazon prime now for delivery tomorrow :) I'll retest either tomorrow evening or Thursday morning with fmu!

@TTC2021x today or at the latest tomorrow, but I usually start dipping a few days before AF then continues down until starts rising for ovulation. Not seen my RHR rise this high before ever 🤯

@gezelligheid it's all sounding very positive especially as AF hasn't arrived either! 🤞🏼
