Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Kona84 I testes negative and I’m sure AF will arrive today. Woke up to the worst AF cramps. I’m sure I ovulated on 29th due to peak OPK and OV pains. But who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tested not testes 😂🙈

Hey ladies! Ive been quietly watching this thread as found it super interesting. Well ive just got my BFP today! So thought i would attach my chart for you to peruse :)

@Braxos congratulations! How many dpo are you? My AF is due today and my RHR has gone up to 76bpm but I did a FRER this morning and it's negative

Im not sure, i think maybe between 9-10? But could be anything up to 14!

@TTCnum1 sorry about your BFN. My RHR likes to troll me sometimes too 🙄 still, you're not out til AF shows!

Honestly I'm so glad to have MN to be amongst other people who know what it's like. I've just had someone ask me if I'm pregnant, then when I said no they tried to backpedal and said they only asked because "literally everyone I know has got pregnant during lockdown" and it's set me off again into feeling negative and like there's something wrong with me and I've somehow failed. Not to mention having to casually say "haha well I didn't get pregnant during lockdown" when I actually did.

@lucyrp ahh a surprise would be lovely. I wanted a surprise but I already can’t stop thinking about finding out 🤣. Decided I’m going to do a balloon for my DD to pop. With my DS the lady went out the room and told my DD so when they came back in she announced it to us. Was lovely 😍. She was pointing at his Willy on the screen and said it’s a boy 🤣💕.

@Juno231 I’m sorry you aren’t feeling hopeful. I suppose that’s normal when you’ve been trying so long 😩. Just not fair how it takes some so long. I’m sorry 😢. Have you tested yet? Wow sounds as if she was straight to the point!! I’m pleased you’ve finally had your appointment and things seem to be moving now. This is good news ☺️. I’m 9+1 by the early scan and 9+3 by my own dates. Still feeling awful but if I don’t eat past 3pm I seem to be able to not throw up 🎉

@LS2020 let us know if you are able to do that! Hope so. When’s the next lot of bloods?

@LarasMama ahh poor DD 💕 molars are bloody evil. My poor DS ended up with eruption cysts when his molars started cutting. Dreading the next lot. I got so excited reading your message but then saw your newest one today!! So sorry for the BFN!! Not fair! So no spotting and a longer LP for you? Haven’t got my scan through yet. I’m 9 weeks now though so shouldn’t be to much longer ☺️

Ahh this is interesting. I only got my Fitbit when pregnant, and I’ve never really looked at the HR tab. But this is the last 3 months I was pregnant, gave birth at the end of the month, and the following 3. Quite the difference! Trying for second now so will be interesting to keep tabs. I’m 1-2dpo currently.

Also unrelated but never seen this before... guess when I had suspected Covid (ill for a week ending in one day of feeling especially rubbish and feverish) last March? 😂

@Pamparam wow that's a huge difference between preggers and non preggers! So cool to see!

@mumof23188 I started bleeding today - not full blown AF yet but any moment now I'm sure!

@LS2020 how bad has it been scan wise? I'm supposed to arrange for the HSG today but I've called 4 times and only got through to reception once - who just said "hold on a sec" - put me back on a dial tone to god knows where and then hung up on me lol. Classic NHS experience for me tbh!

@mumof23188 I'm sure when it gets closer to 20 weeks and we can actually find out we might change our mind 😂 I'm convinced its a girl now but also a boy 🤣oh that sounds lovely! DS of course wants a little brother so not sure how he'll react if they're a girl 🙈

@Pamparam blows my mind how different it is for everyone! Even my HR this pregnancy to my last is different!

@lucyrp ahh it’s hard to resist sometimes 🤣. My OH says he doesn’t mind wether we find out or not but I’m so impatient. Who was I kidding telling myself I’d have a surprise! I do think baby girl for you 😁. I think that’s standard isn’t it, my DD wanted a sister but when she found out he was a boy she was over the moon ☺️. My gut feeling is a girl because I feel so rough and I was with my DD but I’m happy with either ☺️😍

My scan date came through ..... 8th March which doesn’t feel like a million miles away. Just wanted to apologise to all and hope I’m not being insensitive xxx

@mumof23188 will be first week of March so will see! Just got to plod through now

@Juno231 so was put through referral end of Nov and told to wait 4 weeks and ring back if not heard which was basically Xmas so left til mid Jan as we had lockdown too. They said then I was 7th on the list and to ring back in 2 weeks of still not heard. Rang end of Jan and got told no to Hycosy but internal scans were still going on. Said the earliest they had (only do one day on Tuesday) was first week of March. But as I was off on annual leave the week after asked for that and got told to call back week after as they only release so many weeks. Did that last week and got booked in but then proceeded to offer me loads of earlier dates and days so god knows but I stuck with when I had off as didn’t have to worry about fitting with work etc. I’m going to look at paying for Hycosy to see if can get done private to speed up as when I get scan, that’ll be our last thing.

@mumof23188 @Juno231 Thank you 💞 Thankfully AF arrived this morning. LP was 14 days without any spotting. I can’t even remember last time I had such a long LP! I’m not even sad about the BFN tbh. Maybe my body needs a bit of time. I do have my appointment next month, curious to see what will come out of it. 🙏🏻

How are you doing?

Ovulated on 9th Feb at CD15 and my RHR hasn't dropped at all since 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have never had rhr stay the same for so long. Has anyone else had this happen? I wear a fitbit sense and I see it tracking my heart rate in real time so I know its working but my RHR is just staying consistent for so long??

@LS2020 I gave up counting cycles, I do it in years now. Unfortunately I think it’s just not meant to be for us. They can find no good reason and with covid nothing is moving forward for us. Not much hope I’m afraid.

Mine did when I was pregnant 🙂

@gezelligheid Mine did that last cycle. I wasn’t sure if I had ovulated as I had some odd mid cycle spotting as well before my actual period started early. 🤷🏻‍♀️
