Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@mumof23188 thank you! It's gone back up 2bpm today (expected ovulation day is today, had a peak OPK yesterday and I'm crampy this morning). This is a minefield Grin

Kona84 · 06/02/2021 12:00

Hi guys so I tested at 6dpo and got a stark white obv
Today 10dpo got a faint positive.
This is with 3rd wee of the day too

@Kona84 can definitely see a line! Congratulations

Kona84 · 06/02/2021 14:07

Here is my chart with O marking DTD the W indicates where we didn’t manage to finish (partners anxiety and medication) the X is the day after my peak surge.

@mumof23188 Hello dear, how are you? ❤️I am so happy that the pregnancy is going well for you! Can't wait to hear about your scan.🥰
I keep meaning to catch up too but I'm really exhausted as dd has been waking and nursing so frequently. And with Lockdown + freezing cold + feeling exhausted, I just can't find the energy. I'm also considering holding off with ttc until spring and once dd is weaned fully. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This cycle we only dtd once the evening before I ovulated. My RHR has been slightly elevated and I'm feeling slightly crampy today at 8 dpo. (Ovulation on 29/1). But I think it's just AF that's soon to arrive.

I'll attach my charts just for the fun of it, as I doubt I'm pregnant.

@Kona84 Congrats! 🥰

@lucyrp 🤣🤣 that’s like the dream every mum gets where you wake up and start frantically searching for the baby in the bed haha.

@mooloop sounds like you’ve ovulated then 😁. Good luck 🤞

@Kona84 congratulations 😄

@LarasMama hi lovely 💕. I’m ok thanks. Ahh thank you ☺️. Sounds like you have a lot to deal with at the moment, hope you are holding up ok. Must be so difficult getting constant broken sleep. Are you planning on weaning your DD or is she starting to self wean?

Only takes once 🤞🤞. Let’s hope AF doesn’t arrive!! When do you usually start spotting?

@Moominmiss how are you doing lovely?

Kona84 · 07/02/2021 09:20

I’m not so sure now, took a FMU test this morning 11dpo and it’s not much darker.
Maybe it’s a chemical
10dpo is the top strip, today is at the bottom

mumof23188 · 07/02/2021 09:27

@Kona84 definitely looks stronger! Looks great for 11dpo on a cheapie! Get a FRER for a lovely strong line. Congratulations 🥰

Kona84 · 07/02/2021 14:43

@mumof23188 thanks.
I’m finding it hard to totally believe it.

Does anyone think if I phone the doctors and ask for a reassurance blood test in 2 weeks they will entertain me. After the last miscarriage at 6 weeks I feel so anxious.
HR still a steady 72bpm

Moominmiss · 07/02/2021 15:05

@mumof23188 hey, I’m doing really well so far. Still minimal symptoms but my latest scan was today, measured exactly 7 weeks which is exactly where I thought I should be. Lovely strong heartbeat again and was the first scan that my oh has attended so that was nice. How are you doing?

@Kona84 I think your cheapie is definitely darker today than yesterday’s. And to get any line to show up on one of those is great!
If you did a frer you’d get a lovely line!
Congratulations!

Moominmiss · 07/02/2021 15:06

This is today’s scan. She did an abdominal scan which I was a little disappointed with because I know a tv scan would have given us a clearer image. But was still amazing. We got sent loads of images from the scan and a few videos where we can see the heart beat flickering away ☺️

Hi everyone, I've been following this thread for a few months now since I got an Apple Watch and started TTC.
Congrats to everyone for their BFPs, there are so many! 🥰

I also got a BFP recently, I am 5w+2 today, so still very early days.
I got a 3+ on CB digital at 4w+6 so I thought things were progressing well.
I had a miscarriage at 6w+1 in November so my anxiety levels are quite high.
Today I noticed that my resting heart rate (RHR) follows the exact same pattern as it did last time before the MC: big rise after implantation, big fall at 19DPO. The graphs are eerily similar, I'm in an absolute panic. I know there's nothing I can do but wait and see but I'm petrified.
Any advice? Am I overreacting or am I onto something here? 😞

@eloiseislost I really don't think there is much correlation with rhr in pregnancy it doesn't show you anything really. This is my rhr since I got my BFP and it was lowest the day before I went for my scan at 8 weeks and everything was absolutely fine. Got my 12 week one tomorrow. I've spoken to a few ladies who have said the same thing

Oh @lucyrp thank you so much, seeing your graph has made me feel a bit better! 🙂
Congratulations on your pregnancy, I'm so glad everything is going well! 😘

lucyrp · 07/02/2021 16:55

@eloiseislost please don't worry yourself over it🥰 I spent ages looking at mine. I'd check it many times a day and get stressed if it went down throughout the day but once I'd had a scan and saw everything was okay I did calm down a bit. So nervous for my 12 week scan tomorrow but hopefully everything will be okay ☺️

eloiseislost · 07/02/2021 17:01

@lucyrp I'm sure your scan will be fine! You'll be officially entering what they call 'the honeymoon phase' of the pregnancy! 😃
The second trimester is meant to be a wonderful, idyllic break between the anxiety of the first and the discomfort of the third! 😁

Kona84 · 08/02/2021 07:08

12dpo for me and my HR just rose a beat.
I find that more reassuring than the darker test line I just got.

I don’t know whether to get a frer or wait a few days and buy a digital one.

@Kona84 look at that line 😍. Amazing! I’d do both but I’m a poas addict 🤣

@lucyrp hope your scan goes well today. Show us a pic! I’m looking forward to having a guess!

@Moominmiss ahh wow that’s amazing. So happy for you ☺️. How lovely that your OH saw baby bean too. Glad you are feeling well! I’m ok thank you. Just feeling awful 😆.

@eloiseislost hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ as Lucy said don’t take any notice in HR. So many things influence it. Congratulations on your BFP ☺️

kirinm · 08/02/2021 09:58

I'm 12dpo and had a BFN yesterday so I now know not to trust my RHR. I'm surprised it's still so high and not dropping yet.

Juno231 · 08/02/2021 10:45

@Kona84 omg congratulations! A recap please of your TTC journey Grin (although barf at calling it a ttc journey - sorry about using that phrase!)

@kirinm I'm sorry for the BFN - any chance you ovulated later?

@lucyrp let us know how the scan goes - how exciting!

@eloiseislost we had a lady on here lose literally 25bpm in the early stages and still have a healthy pregnancy!

8DPO here. High cervix, creamy CM and RHR at 70bpm for the second day in a row. Not holding my breath as I feel less and less hopeful that it might still happen naturally but at least it's looking decent atm.

@Juno231 don't lose hope, it could be any combination of factors which has stopped you conceiving so far, which might resolve on their own for reasons we are all unaware of. And if there's something you need medical intervention with, I'm sure you will get the help you need! At the end of the day your cycles seem good and you're really in tune with your body, so that's two obstacles out of the way already! Fx for you🤞🏻 it only takes 1 egg and 1 sperm!

I am on tenterhooks for this cycle after the mc last cycle. On CD11 and putting so much hope into this month that I'm dreading the fallout if it doesn't happen!! But can't help feeling fertile af 😂

kirinm · 08/02/2021 11:34

@Juno231 I suppose there is a possibility I could have ovulated a day later but seems unlikely. My RHR has never increased like that during the TWW. I wish I hadn't read too much into it!

Alicespring · 08/02/2021 12:05

@Kona84 massive congrats! How exciting for you

@eloiseislost just to reiterate what others have said it doesn't mean much. Mine dipped and went back to almost pre pregnancy levels at about 7/8 weeks then plateaued. Only now at 16 weeks has it started to steeply rise again.

Had a scan yesterday and found out we're expecting a wee girl 💞 so excited as my partner already has two boys

lucyrp · 08/02/2021 12:19

Very awkward baby measuring at 13 weeks🥰
