Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Jess11397 I would have thought ovulation happened on the peak after the 63bpm.

I’m on the rise. 7dpo. However I looked back at last months chart and i had a similar rise.
I had some mild cramps yesterday, I’ve been feeling congested since 1DPO.
I Stupidly took a test today don’t know why I couldn’t resist esp since the test says 4 days before AF. It was of course BFN

@Jess11397 ahh no way!! I’m sorry! Your test looked positive last night 😩. Do you know when AF is due?

@mumof23188 I think 2 days but I have irregular cycles so could be anytime tbh I’m just going to stop testing now and I know I assume it was a dye run

@Jess11397 yeah that’s all you can do at this point. Maybe leave it a couple of days and test with another cheapie.

@Jess11397 I'm so sorry, that's heartbreaking! I would have guessed the day after @Kona84 suggested but I'm afraid ovulation is the toughest to pinpoint per RHR and it differs from lady to lady.

Ladies I'm 3DPO today and my RHR peaked the day before ovulation and dropped since lol. I've gone from 72 down to 69.

@mumof23188 Thank you 😔 it's really not fair at all. Thank you, I really appreciate it. They hadn't received it yet and said to call or email next week. I've got a private hycosy booked for Friday afternoon. I'm not really sure how it's work with the nhs after that. The private consultant I'm seeing is the same one I saw at the nhs so at least that's consistent! I will ask her what happens next. 😕 IVF or the thought of it seems drastic and a total minefield!! How are you feeling?

@Fran2020 hope you are doing ok? Is it this Friday for your hycosy or next Friday? Brilliant news that you got one booked 😁. Ah that’s great it’s the same consultant, maybe she can advise next steps? How do you feel about ivf? I agree it’s a minefield but it’s amazing that it’s available. Blows my mind what they can do.

@mumof23188 oh let us know how the appointment goes! I'm 5DPO today and on my second day of 68. So it's still lower than the run up to ovulation lol as that peaked at 72 the day before O.

TMI but I've been struggling with bad thrush since ovulation so I'm kind of assuming that will have messed with my chances.

Does anyone else see a rise at around 7dpo? I've had a big rise (well, relatively big) at 7dpo and it is still rising (i'm only 9dpo). What is happening in that part of the cycle? I think progesterone peaks around 8dpo?

I started rising at 7dpo it went from 69-71 then from 8dpo and today been at 72.

Mine went from 65 to 67 and now at 9dpo has gone to 69.

Hi everyone

I'm paying attention to my RHR for the first time this month and am I right in thinking it should rise up to ovulation and then keep rising afterwards?

I've attached what my Fitbit is saying. The 66bpm was the day after AF ended. I've just had a peak OPK today so seems weird that my HR has consistently risen, and dropped before ovulation? Or am I getting it wrong? Not another thing to stress about!!

My RHR has jumped again. This is definitely not what happens usually. I'm wonder NXG if I'm coming down with something?

@Juno231 well appointment was a disaster 🤣. DS was tired and kicked right off haha. Have to go back to finish my appointment in a couple of weeks 🤦🏻‍♀️. Hopefully on the system now though so I can await my 12 week scan in the post!

Ooooh interesting!! How’s your temps? God I’m crossing everything for you!! Damn about the thrush. Hope that clears up for you ASAP. Does thrush affect chances? Do hope not!!

10dpo today. Temps started to jump at 7dpo.

@mumof23188 yes it was okay thanks! My vivid dreams are getting worse tho as I woke up at 3am frantically searching around the room for my bottom retainer and not finding it only to wake up this morning with both retainers in....😂😂
