Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

CD20 for me and either 4 or 5 dpo.
Felt quite tired and teary this week and today really queasy, I know this is far too early for morning sickness.
Trying not to symptom spot and keep relaxed during the next 10 days.

HR down to 68bpm too

I'm the same 😭 midwife told me not to worry as long as I can keep fluids down majority of the time.
Finally getting away from the sickness at just about 16 weeks.
I sympathize with you it's brutal

@Alicespring yeah that's what mine said too. She said the threshold for sending to hospital is much higher at the moment because of Covid where as under normal circumstances I probably would have been admitted in the early weeks of sickness. She said if you're struggling to use diaralyte sachets. Ugh I'm just 11 weeks but can't believe how quick the last weeks have gone so hopefully the next ones will fly by too🤣

@lucyrp oh god bless you. A stone is a lot!! I weighed myself today and I’ve lost 3 pounds already. Going to contact the gp today because yesterday was horrendous.

@Jess11397 you have to wait 48 hours to be able to post a picture. There’s a paper clip icon and that’s what you use to attach a pic.

@mumof23188 gosh I can't imagine feeling that sick and having to take care of other DCs!

I'm CD16 today. I had a peak OPK yesterday and an even stronger peak this morning but my temp has also risen today so I'm not sure what to count as OD and whether I can be bothered to DTD today again. (Did it yday, Friday and Wednesday).

Was supposed to have my fertility appointment at 10.20am today but got a last minute text to say it's been moved to the 11th now.

@mumof23188 I'm sorry to hear you were sick all day yesterday. How are you feeling today?

Well yesterday I had nothing except a load of ewcm with a couple of tiny blobs of brown in. Then another load of ewcm. Today I had a tiny bit of vvv light pink/brown cm when I'm wiped earlier. Could be the start of AF but I'm not entirely sure?! But maybe it's just my wishful thinking in wanting to be pregnant so badly. 🤔 I guess time will tell. My RHR has gone down today too. Yes, it's CD30 today.

@mumof23188 sorry to hear you were poorly - we were too, and laid up in bed 😩 AF showed up last night so currently on CD1. Work is so stressful at the moment that I’m not as upset as I thought I would be, maybe low RHR helps? Pain is, got to try and get blood test moved now!!

@Juno231 yes can’t say it’s pleasant 🤣. The doctors prescribed me something now so will pick that up later snd hopefully it works! I’d count today as you had the peak OPK and temp rise? Sounds like you’ve timed dtd well though ☺️. Fingers crossed! Oh I’m sorry, that’s so frustrating!! Glad you haven’t got to long to wait again though ☺️

@Fran2020 I’m ok thank you. Feeling nauseous and a few heaving sessions but no sick yet haha.

Is this different to your usual spotting you get? If you ovulated when you got your second lot of EWCM then it sounds like the right time for implantation? 🤞🤞🤞

I'm not sure if it's the same or not?! My mind is feeling so confused right now. I've also seen some people say that their implantation bleeding was the same as how their period usually starts. Every time I am going to the toilet I'm paranoid - there was nothing at all last time. But then my spotting is always on/off before my period. Really hope it's implantation 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Thanks @mumof23188 got it moved this morning so I’m for Wednesday now :) I think it was sympathy for OH, he had a bit of bad reaction to the AstraZeneca vaccine and it’s busy season at work so wanted to just put my head in sand too!

@Fran2020 that’s all I spent yesterday googling was how do I know if I’ve got spotting or start of AF! I don’t think there is an answer sadly, especially if you don’t have a perfect 28 day cycle. Tbf mine happened on 11dpo so thought I was in but nope surprise AF! Hope she stays away for you!

@LS2020 that's good you've moved it to Wednesday! Yes, I've been doing the same! I hate how obsessive this all makes me! Nope, there really isn't as it's different for everyone! How long are your cycles usually? How many days early did AF come?

I've had a little bit more pink spotting now when I've wiped so really think AF is coming. I really hope not though. 😩

Hi I’m okay, more vivid dreams last night and still got a blocked nose.
Back ache too but near the bottom of my rib cage rather than pelvic area. Other than feeling a bit queasy I don’t feel any different
HR is still plateaued at 68bpm.
I’m cd21 and either 5 or 6dpo. I don’t know what dpo I am as I caught my surge at 5:30pm on cd14 and it was still high at 8am cd15. low test by mid day cd15. Even though premom app shows the cd15 to be darker than cd14 I’m not convinced to my eyes cd14 is darker slightly.
But I’m not an algorithm.
I’m going to test on Saturday 6th that will be 10dpo but I have already decided not to tell my partner until I am further along.
That will sound strange to some but he didn’t cope well with miscarriage last year and when covid hit it all compounded into a breakdown. He is still anxious about conceiving as he worries about the future all the time.
So I think if I get a bfp and get past 6 weeks I previously reached then I will announce it to him.

@LS2020 that’s great you managed to change it easily ☺️. Oh poor you, sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Sometimes you just need time to pick yourself back up. Hope you are feeling a bit better xx

@mumof23188 how are you feeling today? Yes, unfortunately did have more spotting yesterday. Yeah then woke up at half 5 this morning to lots of red blood. 😔 Pretty sure it's AF. Things seemed so promising this month too!

I'm going to phone the consultants secretary today to see if my AMH test happens to be back early! Plus I may book a private hycosy if nhs aren't going to be doing them for a while. In hindsight I should've got one of those and not a HSG in November. But I thought they did exactly the same thing.

@Fran2020 oh lovely I am so sorry 😣. It’s just not fair how it takes some people so long. Hope you are as ok as you can be. Sending love 💕. How did you get on with getting your results? Hope they were In. I think that’s a great idea, if you can afford it then definitely go for it. I can imagine once it finally gets going again it may take a while to get an appointment with the nhs? I don’t know anything about how it all works.

@Jess11397 wow look at your rise!! Do you have any idea when you think you ovulated? Did you get any EWCM? When will you test?!

I tested but I think it an evap

@Jess11397 how long did it take for the line to appear? Looks pink to me 🤞🤞

Photo was taken 3 minutes or so after test was taken but the line look oddly thin in real life i just don’t 100% believe it and don’t want to get my hopes up I have first response test I’m going to take either in morning or if I pee again before bed 😂

@Jess11397 definitely not an evap then if the picture was taken within the time frame. It looks good ☺️. Save your FRER for the morning. Guarantee you will have a nice strong BFP in the morning 😁🤞
