@cupcakesandglitter you could be right, I read somewhere that it takes 500 calories to create breast milk. What a weight loss program!

@KatBeCool tell me about it! Although my body didn't really get the memo - it made me very thirsty and hungry so I just ended up sort of maintaining the weight. Have just stopped feeding and focusing on losing it now which thankfully is working. And I think so! She was absolutely worth the wait, I'm thrilled for you. I'm so happy we all got there... we're all mums!! 😀

So happy to see all these updates!! ❤️ my done is now 16 months, and is an absolute delight - so worth the wait! I'm now about to try letrozole for number 2 - hoping to not have to go through ivf again 😆 so so happy to hear of all this lovely news, congratulations all!

@MotherOfShihTzus awesome, good luck on your second! We're obviously still in the "ugh newborns are hard, having a second is crazy" stage 😂. But I was told I can get to that in a year. All the csection battle wounds look great.

Hey @KatBeCool @FlapJackered how are you both getting on?

@cupcakesandglitter Doing OK. Learning all the baby behaviors is no joke. She's grown so much already. Can't believe she's almost two months old already. She's now fully on formula though, it was upsetting for me to stop BF but the inflammation got really bad and it was unsafe to feed her any longer.

@KatBeCool two months already!! Wow. It really does fly by - please don't feel upset about the feeding, you did your best with it but your health is just as important. And honestly in a year or so she'll be picking up anything off the floor and putting it in her mouth if she can 😅 as long as she's fed and happy, and you're healthy too. You're doing great x

@cupcakesandglitter doing well thanks! The sickness has just started getting better which is a relief.
We had a scan and found out we are having another boy! Very excited! It all feels very real now!

@KatBeCool two months! That seems to have gone so quickly! Well done on getting through those early days it is so tough.

Ahh @FlapJackered how wonderful!! How far along are you now? Do you have an EDD? Thrilled for you x

@KatBeCool I am actually not too worried about having a girl. I always wanted boys! Saying that I am not sure I would survive 3 boys!! 🙈

@cupcakesandglitter yes he has! Born at 37 weeks so took me by surprise, I hadn't even packed the hospital bag. 🙈 All well and just adjusting to the logistics of 2 now!

@cupcakesandglitter doing well. May or may not be teething. Still no teeth out yet, waiting and waiting. Deciding on whether to have a second baby. We still have three more embryos. How have you been?

@KatBeCool ahh how old is she now? I'm sure they can start teething a while before any come out, they move around first in the gums 😓 poor things. How're you feeling about it? Would you be doing it sooner or later down the line? I'm okay thanks!

@cupcakesandglitter she's almost 8 months. Big big girl. She's in the 95th percentile for both height and weight. And we aren't even feeding her that much. As for the second one... If we're doing it, it's this year. I'm in my 40s, time of our the essence. Are you done having kids? Or more in the planning?

@KatBeCool ahh lovely - 8 months!!! That's flown by! Do you feel ready to be pregnant again?
As for me, I'm not sure. So so grateful for the two we have - I would love another but I think three would really stretch us financially and would need a bigger house and car etc. plus I just don't think I could cope with any more losses? Pp for me second time round was a lot, I don't know if I could emotionally handle that again either? So I think this is us for now. Two feels right I think! (But never say never)😂

@cupcakesandglitter pregnancy itself doesn't bother me. It was fine until maybe the last ten days but now I know to react sooner. It's having to take care of two babies at once, that's what scares me. My girl decided she now sleeps on her side and I just spend all night long making sure she doesn't flop face down.

Ahh yes @KatBeCool I remember doing that with mine when they were little - my youngest loves sleeping on his front now, he didn't really grow out of it! Two is wild, but it's definitely manageable - as cliche as it sounds, we're mums, we just find a way to make it work! Plus as they're getting older I'm definitely finding it easier slowly but surely, and also more rewarding. Watching them interact is my favourite thing!
