Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@LarasMama thank you lovely 🤞. Feel so unbelievably nervous. Ohh I don’t know, I don’t know what to do. I might just wait it out because like before I’m sure AF will show?!! Everyone says the lines by this many Dpo should be really strong?

I'm 3DPO now and you know how my FP heart rate was weirdly high and didn't drop post AF? Well it's dropping now in my LP lol! Today's RHR of 69 is the lowest its e been this cycle so far!

@Juno231 🤣🤣 yep!! Oh I so hope so. I’m praying it’s a sticky!! With OH now working away during the weekdays it’s going to make TTC really tricky from now on.

@mumof23188 wow that’s exciting, hopefully just a slightly later implantation and it will all go well, huge increase in rhr! I know what you mean though, I’m sure you are feeling super stressed out.
@Juno231 that sounds v strange... no idea what’s going in there sorry!
I’m feeling ok, rhr dropped by one today so hoping it will go back up but if not probably on the way to af... fitbit thinks I have another 6 days but that seems u likely if I ov’d when I did. Unless the vit b is working already and my lp lengthens!

@MissBPotter thanks! I am absolutely terrified and trying my best to take my mind off it all. Fully expecting AF to appear. It’s a shit feeling. Not telling OH about it.

Glad you are feeling ok, fingers crossed it rises again for you. How long is your LP?

@mumof23188 I did! Was bedtime though so wonder if it was too late but at least I squeezed it in! Hit O and O-2 so got a chance :)

@mumof23188 you poor thing!! I think I’d need to stay busy to keep my mind off it! Any chance of that?

I don’t really know my lp but my entire cycle last month was only 22 days!! I think maybe it’s usually around 10 or 11 but I don’t track properly.

@MissBPotter yes I’ve kept myself super busy. Busy with a toddler running about all day long 🤣. Plus OH working away so got lots to keep me busy. I refrained from buying more tests today. What will be will be!

Wow super short! But with a LP of 10/11 days there is always a chance ☺️🤞

@mumof23188 you get these light lines often don't you. Are you trying the aspirin this time?

@SarahTTC2020 yes I do seem to. Starting to think there’s something wrong with me! I am yes, I started taking it after my peak OPK.

I'm good, thank you for asking, I'm 14+3 now, it seems to go a lot quicker after the scan although it could also be because December is flying by anyway!

@SarahTTC2020 congratulations to you! @mumof23188 how’s your rhr looking? I’m 9dpo (I think) now and getting my hopes up due to an increase in rhr. However It’s way too early to be all excited!

The lines all depend on implantation. If you implanted late, the lines will be fainter around the time of your missed period. @mumof23188

@MissBPotter That rise looks promising! When are you planning on testing?

@lucyrp That does look quite interesting but as long as the trend is upwards, it's good I think. Which watch are you using?

I'm CD3 and this period has been quite strong again with some clotting (Sorry TMI). Not sure why? Maybe it was a missee implantation after all, who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

@LarasMama I know that's why I'm scared! 🤣 I use the Apple Watch its not great for the rhr compared to the Fitbit but its what I use for Everutning else so

@LarasMama aww that’s not good, I hope it wasn’t and it’s just a heavy period showing you had a nice cozy lining. Thanks, I feel pretty tired and a bit like I’m getting a cold today.... I would ideally wait til 12 dpo (if I get there!) which is Monday... I only have one free in the house.

@lucyrp your temps look really promising, I can’t make head or tail of the rhr but like you said must be the Apple Watch doing things differently! Will you test?

@MissBPotter oh really ? I suppose it's because you're used to a simpler lay out but to me my rhr is quite obvious 🙉 ovulation is the huge dip you can see on the chart and then the second dip was at 7dpo! I don't really do testing I used to keep tests in the house but this being 16 months in of ttc I've gone past that now 🤣 il probably wait to see if af arrives first as I had a CP back in may so wouldn't want to test early really
