Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@lucyrp I have to put another congratulations on here too! Now try and not worry about your rhr from now, because it varies quite a lot anyway. Mine dipped back to my lowest at around 6 weeks and 9 weeks and I was really worried but didn't need to be 💛

Hi ladies! Am I ok to join you on here? 😊. I'm on cycle 15 of ttc! I'm currently 8dpo and my rhe chart is attached. The red dot is when I fell pregnant in Oct but sadly mc'd at 5 weeks. I'm hoping that my current rhr at 8dpo is on the right track 🤞🏻

@mumof23188 thank you so much! Its definitely been a long journey! 16 months to be in fact! I did an FRER aswell and it was very pretty 🥰😳🙈

So long one from me ........... woke up yesterday morning and took temp as usual, was buzzing because it was 36.99 so had risen! Got up out of bed to find bloody trickling down my legs!! It even dropped onto the carpet. So put a pad on but nothing was really coming out. Just blood yesterday when wiping. Today the same, just spotting. Went out to do the food shop so put a tampax in and got home and it was dry!! So now I’m wearing nothing. Put white knickers on to see if anything comes out. I’m so confused. Never had this happen before. Anyone ever experienced a period like this?

@mumof23188 how weird, I’ve never had that! Do you think it could have been some kind of implantation bleeding? Hope it was that as opposed the start of af. My chart is looking good isn’t it I’m not going to test yet though just in case it all goes wrong.

@MissBPotter I’ve never experienced this either! I don’t know what to think. I’m worrying something is wrong with me! Had a little bit more spotting earlier. Usually AF is heavy for me and lasts 5 days. Your chart is looking very good 🥰. When are you planning on testing? Good luck ☺️

@mumof23188 that is odd! Had a lady on another thread today though that had a bleed thinking it was AF but wondering why her bbt hadn't dropped - turns out it was a BFP! So I hope yours is a positive bleed too!

5DPO and 72bpm. Can't wait to see what it looks like next month. BBT looks good so far :)

Ladies I think I’m out, the down one this morning and I caved and took a sainsburys test which was a bfn. I was actually feeling like I was actuality going to get a bfp yesterday so I’m a bit sad.... but I guess it wasn’t meant to be. How are you all doing?

@Juno231 it is very odd! Bit of spotting yesterday afternoon but absolutely nothing today! So strange. So effectively it was a one day light bleed. So confused! Ohh your chart is looking fabulous so far lovely 🤞🤞. When is AF due?

@mumof23188 thanks, I think I’m 11 dpo so I think I probably am awaiting af... will keep you updated if anything else happens but not looking too good.

Have you tested again? How many dpo are you now?!

😱 got this at 9dpo this morning! I'm super scared as I mc'd at 5 weeks in Oct and these are the only 2 times i've fallen in 15 months of trying. My rhr has dropped 2 bpm this morning too which has put me on edge

@ss123456 oh fantastic! Hopefully it's a sticky one this time then 🤞

@MissBPotter I took a supermarket test when I got my BFP with clear blue and it was stark white. I know a lot of people like them but I don't. Your not out till AF arrives!

@SS123456 my rhr went down before I got my BFP so I wouldn't worry too much! Hopefully it's a sticky one for you
