Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 I was certain there was a faint line on my frer on friday morning. Looked at it this morning and the 2nd line is quite clearly there and is pink 😔

I think I’m 5dpo and have a massive spot 🤨 but otherwise it’s that time when nothing much is happening...

@MissBPotter it’s 64bpm still! It’s literally flatlined for five days. Just to wait for AF now. Hope the TWW goes quickly for you. I swear it’s the longest two weeks ever isn’t it!

HR has gone up to 66 today after 5 days of flatlining!

@mumof23188 how strange! How many dpo is that? Mine has been flatlining for a few days at 63 and has now risen to 64 at around 6dpo.

@MissBPotter yes it is so strange! 13dpo today. Ah brilliant ☺️ It’s always nice to see it rising. 🤞🤞

@LarasMama ahh no 😩. How many Dpo are you today? I’ve not tested again! Don’t want to see another BFN!!

@mumof23188 Maybe it's worth testing tomorrow if AF isn't there then. I'm 11 DPO, but I've always wondered how long my LP really is if I start spotting a few days before AF even arrives. This cycle I started spotting at 9 DPO, so I think my LP was only 8 days long. Or do I go by when the real flow starts?

@LarasMama yes I might pick up some FRER later. I have felt really different this cycle, I’ve not had the same symptoms as before but again that could all be in my head!

Definitely count it as first full day of bleeding. CD1 would be classed as a proper flow. What’s your HR doing?

@lucyrp yours is quite erratic, it's hard to tell! I usually only have 2-3 BPM variance in mine and yours goes from low 60s to 80?!
Do you wear it 24/7?

@SarahTTC2020 yes I wear it to bed too although the resting heart rate function doesn't take into account your heart rate whilst sleeping, the first big dip is ovulation then the second is at 7dpo 🤷🏼‍♀️

@mumof23188 Maybe it’ll be a BFP for you after all! 🙏🏻
My RHR is down to 59, dropping as low as 48 at night. So I’m definitely out. Just waiting for the next cycle to start. 😇😂

@lucyrp looks crazy 😱 I see what you mean about the dips though 🤞🤞. When are you testing? I don’t understand how the apple watches work it all out.

@LarasMama they only had clear blue ones 😩. Will see! Ahhh boooo, sorry 😣. Are you still spotting? My HR is crazy! The lowest it went last night when I was asleep was 64 and my average was 70bpm! It’s never done that before! Always between 58-60 in LP and 54-58 in FP.

I think the dips are promising @lucyrp I had a implantation dip clearly on mine! And it's staying in the high end of yours now so if it stays up there a couple more days I'd definitely be tempted to test!

@mumof23188 I don't think il test. I don't do the whole keeping pregnancy tests in the house anymore. Used to buy them religiously to keep in but I stopped that a few months in. We've now been ttc for 16 months so that's stopped 🤣I may test if af doesn't arrive on Sunday but only maybe 🙉

@SarahTTC2020 I thought I'd have the same pattern as last time after ovulation as it went to 80/81/82 last cycle but it hadn't this time ! So odd 😳

@mumof23188 That looks promising! Are you now 14 DPO? I'm now CD1. I am so happy to be done with this weird cycle of nausea, spotting and short luteal phase of 11 days...

Have you tested yet?

Morning @LarasMama yes 14dpo today. Had an evap on clear blue yesterday and a BFN this morning. So clearly not pregnant!

Ahh I’m so sorry AF showed up 😩. Hope you are ok.

@mumof23188 ah how rubbish!! I know what you mean about it being cruel, getting your hopes up with that big increase then a bfn

@LarasMama I suppose cd1 is quite refreshing in some ways. You sound really positive which is good.

7dpo today, rhr same as yesterday at 64.
