Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@mrswilso yes so interesting isn’t it! Ahhh yeah we were, good old premium making us more obsessed 🤣.

I also want to join if I may. I was monitoring ny RHR closely when I got pregnant with DD in 2018. I think I am about 9dpo but I think I am out this month. Have had cramping, sensitive nipples since ovulation (6.10.) and spotting around 6 dpo but nothing since. RHR is slowly dropping.

@mumof23188 ok now I want to cry. My boobs were so sore I’ve had to change bras as couldn’t stand anything touching them and then gone to eat some salted popcorn for a snack and it tastes soo weird in my mouth and ask OH and he said they’re fine. This is exactly what I had with my BFP and I just know AF is on their way. It’s sooo annoying. Every month my AF would arrive to spoil my day and I want to see it and where is that stupid witch 😩 please can we quit today and go to bed haha?

@mrswilso sorry to hear about your bleeding and scan. Hopefully it will be a false alarm but we are here for you either way. ❤️

Thanks for the tag in the new thread. I am now cd14 and still no sign of ovulation. Starting to fear that last month's positive OPK (my first ever) might have been a fluke. RHR is lower than ever and showing no signs of picking up.

@mrswilso I’m so sorry you’re going through that and have another week to wait! Wish I could make this coming week easier for you. You got this 💪🏼

A story that might help... a friend of mine bled lightly, as did her sister, throughout the first trimester! Both babies now born and fine.

My HR is still on the rise. Went up to 68 today from 66 (was always 61 pre 4dpo). I’m now 9 dpo and have had a faint line but I’m too scared to believe it because it happened last month too (as did the Heart rate increase). At 14 dpo the HR dropped and the line disappeared.

So still no AF here. I thought a few time’s it had started but went to the loo and it was just CM! My cervix is really soft high and closed!! Surely AF will come tomorrow!

Quick question to all: Is there really an implantation dip in the RHR? With DD I never had one it seems. After ovulation the RHR just kept rising.
Now my RHR has dropped from 62 to 60. I think AF will come early tho. Even had like a drop of blood when I wiped.

@mumof23188 nope nothing from me! Had similar felt a bit wet and went to wipe but nothing, not a smidge! I’ve had some sharp pains on my left side and my nipples have definitely darkened so think something is happening but no idea what. Going to watch RHR for next two days and then test this weekend if no sign

@LarasMama I had a clear implantation dip, can see it near the start as the clear U shape

Well good morning all. I was weak and tested again. The line is so strong now, I have to believe it 🙈Still petrified it won’t stick though!

I really think you are onto something with the heart rate. It’s so high! All the while my temperature has been low at 36.5. Very odd.

I’m 10dpo. I think I had an implantation dip at 7dpo (cramps also started the ), but my temps have been quite low throughout so who knows.
I’ve been trying for 5 months so very happy :)

10 dpo here...I‘m still cramping (dull cramps), RHR keeps going between 60-61, no spike unfortunately and another drop of blood when wiping. I think my progesterone may be low that‘s why my RHR never went up much after ovulation and that’s probably why I’m spotting...🤔

@LarasMama do you usually spot? I’ve no idea about progesterone. Have read that it can cause spotting.

@mumof23188 If you play a bit with the contrast/brightness there is the faintest of lines. 😍 Not sure if it could be an evap line. Maybe try again in the morning? What are your symptoms today?
