Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@MissBPotter from Jan. I had a miscarriage in December so basically tried as soon as I could after that 🙂

My boyfriend has just bought me the new versa 3 for Xmas too 🙈 maybe once I'm more out the danger zone I'll put it back on!

I took another first response rapid detection (not the early one) and they both came back positive. I did the other morrisons one I had (which is supposed to be more sensitive) with the same cup of pee and it came back negative?! Anyone else had issues with them?

@Alicespring I wouldn’t worry, probably a false negative if you’re getting such lovely lines on a CB and FRER! For my CP, I was getting digital positive results but couldn’t get anything on an ic, they were complete duds so ended up just throwing out. Congratulations ☺️

@Alicespring I'm super excited for you! I started TTC in Jan so you're giving me hope as well :)

RHR has jumped 3bpm to 70 today so I think today might be OD!

@mumof23188 in a mood as 10dpo and absolutely nothing interesting to report! RHR is pretty flat, had some intense nipple pain yesterday watching bake off but that was it - maybe I just liked desserts week 😂 how are you getting on?

@LS2020 ahh no 😩 it’s horrible isn’t it. What’s your HR stuck on? That made me laugh 😂 maybe you did! When’s AF due?

I’m annoyed aswell. Nothing going on here really. No BFP for me. HR clearly trolling me!

Thanks so much guys! Being cautiously optimistic for the moment, can't wait until I can relax and enjoy it a bit.

@mumof23188 stuck at 60 at the moment been sort of floating round 61 mark last couple of days though, they go up and down over day. If I have a 14 day LP it’s due Sunday but if I go back to normal cycle length it’s Friday. I feel nothing though so don’t think it’ll be friday. When are you due? Oh my gosh that’s an amazing rise!! It could still be a bit early to test?

@Alicespring that’s more than understandable after a mc - make sure you get lots of rest and relaxation ☺️

13dpo here. Had my first vv faint frer 11dpo. Cheapies are still barely there so remaining extremely cautious after so many chemicals. Af was either due yesterday or is due tomorrow.
Temp dropped slightly today, as did rhr.

Hi, just catching up after a little break. When calculating your LP length, do you include ov day? Mine is quite short so 1 day of difference could be v important!

@GlassLily I’ve always counted from the day after ovulation. So o is 0, then 1dpo etc

That’s how ff counts etc too

@Moominmiss I would call that a BFP and it’s getting stronger on your FRER 🤞🏻 Just keep testing each morning with FMU that’s all you can do I think. Hope it’s lovely and stick for you

@GlassLily as moonminmiss says, it starts the day after O I think

@GlassLily how short are yours as on another thread someone got put on progesterone to lengthen their LP so could be worth speaking to doctor about?

CD8 and my rhr has shot up🤯 any ideas ?

@LS2020 still a lovely rise for you 🤞. Frustrating though because you just want to see it go up! Yes your cycle may of changed after your chemical?

I’m 13dpo today though so I think something should of shown? I’ve just done an IC and I swear there is a line?

Here’s my FRER from this morning! I don’t think this is anything at all. I went to the supermarket and can you believe the tests were all sold out😱 only had own brand and I’ve read awful things about them on here so didn’t bother!

Yeah for 13dpo I would think something a bit more obvious but you never know! Are you due AF tomorrow? Any normal af feels?
I think it’s lengthened my cycles but I got a positive OPK so pretty confident of when I ovulated this time but yeah 2 days longer than pre CP
