Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@LS2020 🤣🤣 I thought that! Crazy!! First time I’ve ever seen it empty. I know, that’s the awful part. Not due AF til Sunday. I have a really long LP! I’ve been cramping on and off for days but that’s about it.

It’s good you know when you ovulated! Will have to see what happens this time but hopefully AF is a no show!!

@lucyrp hahahaha 😂 hmm that is a massive jump - maybe see how it goes for next couple of days, you might have just slept poorly or something?

@mumof23188 I have no science to back this up but thought you physically couldn’t have an LP longer than like 15 days? We’re due AF same time though and I didn’t get my BFP til the equivalent of Friday last time so we’ve got loads of time 🤞🏻

@LS2020 it went down to 81bpm but now back up to 84bpm... it wasn't even this high after I ovulated 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also thought it wasn't possible to have an LP longer than 16 days

I’ve just tested again after going on a FRER hunt! Please tell me you see it and I’m not mad?! Edited one pic to pull it through more!

@LS2020 @lucyrp think the max is 17 days. More common to have 14 though. Mine has been long since I’ve started trying for DC3! It’s annoying!

Congratulations @Moominmiss! @mumof23188 it looks promising. I think I can see something. Could you have maybe ovulated later than you thought?

I was sure I had ovulated yesterday but my rhr has stayed flat at 59, revised up to 60 but then back down

@LS2020 its gone from 86bpm to 84bpm to now 76bpm today so definitely better this evening 😂

@LS2020 so annoying! It’s darker on the bottom then light on the top. No I don’t 😩 will have to go find some FRER again today 🤣

Also i am deffo out - 11dpo today 😔

@mumof23188 see if you just had the bottom bit I would have said it’s the frer equivalent of a dye run. I’ve never seen it where it still has something in the line above - yes deffo try get another! What’s your RHR and BBT like?

I’m 12 DPO, light cramping, RHR is stuck at 61. AF is still mia.

Here’s another pic taken out of time frame but the line was already there. Do you think it’s clearer? I’m going to buy some more tests this morning. Feel sick from nerves!!

That's so odd I've never seen anything like that before and I've taken about 6 million tests 😂 but the fact it has colour would make me lean towards positive! Tentative congrats 💖

What were your symptoms in tww?

My luteal phase is generally only 10-11 days long. So AF was due yesterday or today. Let’s see! I can definitely feel she’s coming.

@LarasMama I tested again. It’s there but vv faint! I don’t know what to think 😩
