TWW - anyone want to join?

Hey guys

Is anyone else in the TWW and want to join me in desperately trying not to test 😂

Currently 4DPO in cycle 9 of TTC, and frantically googling when is the absolute earliest I can test, driving myself insane!

How's everyone else finding the TWW at the min? Lockdown is making it harder cause I'm home all day with all my tests 🤦‍♀️

I'll join. Currently 2DPO of first cycle ttc baby no 2.
AF due 14th July so going to try and wait until 12/13th to test but I'm not sure I'll manage 🤣
With DD no 1 I began testing 7DPO and only got the faintest positive (barely visible) on 12DPO so didn't want to put myself through that again haha! Will this be your first baby?

I'm 7/8 dpo also trying not to test as I know it's way too early... fingers crossed for us all!

@SCIAGx hi! My AF is also due 14th! I want to hold off testing but in all other cycles I always cave at 6/7dpo and start testing then 😂. Yeah this will be first baby, we did have a miscarriage 9 months ago unfortunately so it's every TWW is an anxious time! How quickly did you convince 1st DC if you don't mind me asking?

@lilfaith2020 you have so much will power to not have tested already hahaha I always cave around then!

I'll join 😊 My AF is due on the 17th. Looks like I ovulated yesterday as I had a positive OPK on Thursday and a temperature rise today. This is my first cycle of TTC #2.

Aw I'm sorry to hear that. I also had a miscarriage before DD. It does make you more anxious about it all and you know how fragile it all can be. We have been so lucky in that we conceived first cycle with both my previous pregnancy's but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much as you just don't know what's in store. Fingers crossed for a positive for us both this month ✨

Hey I’m 10 DPO (I think - very irregular cycles, currently day 65) and trying to hold off another 2 days to test... driving myself crazy!

Hi guys, can I join please? positive OPK midday yesterday so expecting to ovulate today or tomorrow at the latest. Really hope this month is our month (7 months TTC). It's so hard to stay positive/hopeful, and we've not even been trying that long! How's everyone else feeling?

@Jurassiclover it's soo tempting! But I've got test strips coming Monday so I'm holding off buying any until then...maybe can't wait to hear everyone's progress!

@Caaat this month was the first month I used OV tests, I felt so excited when I got my positive hahah! When you planning on testing?

@SCIAGx so sorry to hear you've experienced MC too. It's horrible isn't it! I conceived first month with that pregnancy but for some reason after the MC we've now been trying 9 months and nothing! I'm hopeful for this month though 🤞

@Eppy123 ahhh you've done so well to hold off so far haha! I would've caved! You planning on testing at 12DPO then? You'll have to keep us updated! I also have wild cycles I ovulated on CD42 this month so I know your pain! Fingers crossed for us both!

@bibs124 it's hard to stay positive isn't it! Every month feels like a lifetime! I've been really down recently but for some reason I feel more hopeful this month. Tried some Pre-seed this month too so hopefully that will help! How are you feeling?

@lilfaith2020 I used an OV test today just to satisfy the urge to pee on something, I'm officially going mad hahahah! I'm planning on testing Tuesday next week I think, that'll be 7DPO but I know I'll probably cave and test Monday first 🤦‍♀️

👋🏻 I'm in the 2WW at 6 DPO in cycle 5 of TTC my first. I think I'll be testing next Friday at 12 DPO. Definitely finding the 2WW harder while at home! Peed on more ovulation tests than usual during my fertile week because of being here 😆 I'm trying not to symptom spot, but had sore boobs for the last couple of days and felt dizzy yesterday once when I got up. Probably nothing though as PMS can cause those.

@Caaat She's 26 months. Toddler age is so full on isn't it but super cute or we wouldn't be hoping to do it again lol!

@Jurassiclover I feel like times moved backwards since my period finished 🤣. I take my hat off to all you ladies that have been at it a while. It will happen for you, I'm sure. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a BFP for you this month.

@Jurassiclover yep if I can wait another 2 days haha I just have the fear of disappointment and because cycles are so irregular no idea when to expect AF either! Are you TTC your first baby? :) x

@2020mission oooh you'll have to keep us updated! Yeah it's definitely been harder for me too! I'm trying my best not to symptom spot too but it's just impossible isn't it!

Hi! Joining in as I’m 4dpo, we started ‘trying’ in January but not actively and I was always crazy symptom spotting. We decided to have a break so I’m counting this as month 1 of trying properly and using OPKs. Trying to be more relaxed but I’ve been getting the odd cramp here and there so here I am, back on here symptom spotting!!

@Jurassiclover I’m the same, also feeling more positive this month! Not sure why think it’s because I’ve started OPKs this month so actually know when I’m ovulating and know we have tried a lot harder than usual..

@Sdoo4 I’m awful for symptom spotting! Think when you want it so bad you can’t help but obsess over it!

@Jurassiclover one part of my brain is telling me to wait until I'm late to test. The other part is trying to figure out the earliest I can test 🙈 I'm due on the 17th but want to wait until the 19th at least.

I'll join in too! This is my first cycle TTC#2 and I'm on CD17. I'm not tracking ovulation in any particularly reliable way so I'll just be testing when my period is due (16th July). My cycles average out at 28 days but sometimes a little shorter, sometimes a little longer. It's nice to have people to share the wait with!

@bibs124 I'm the same! Started using OPKs and used pre seed and timed DTD well so I think that's making me feel a lot more positive!

@helia hi! It is nice to share the TWW with people isn't it, DP just doesn't understand hahaha, he doesn't understand why I want to test at 5dpo 🤦‍♀️😂 I'm due AF on the 14th but will probably cave and start testing from the 7th! You'll have to keep us updated when you do test!

So I went out to a few shops this morning and bought 3 different brands of tests to try in the next few days ... am I mad?! Is this normal? 😂

@Eppy123 definitely normal hahahah! I bought a bulk of 25 dip tests of Amazon and I'm now contemplating getting DP to use his prime to order me some FRERs juuuuust incase hahahahah

@Jurassiclover that’s a better idea than me, I trawled Asda and Home bargains first thing haha!

When is everyone due to test? I will do it tomorrow but feel like either way I won’t believe it

@Eppy123 I'm probably gonna test tomorrow which I'll only be 6DPO so I'm not expecting anything tbh. Then plan on testing again at 7DPO mainly as I have a doctor's app about my irregular periods so want to see if there's any hint of a positive and I'm at a funeral that day too so gauging if I can drink or not. How many DPO will you be tomorrow?
