Getting my hopes up again.. ttc sucks!!

Morning, I'm now 11dpo, been trying to conceive for 15 months now.. I feel like It's never going to happen. On the waiting list for a lap and dye for endometriosis and possible pcos. I've taken a frer this morning and a cheapie. I'm sure there's a hint of a second line on the frer and the cheapie has been left for a while so counting it as an evap line. I don't know how many more months I can feel like this. I thought this month was it. Anyone see a line on my frer??

I'm so sorry @Mich2020, mine always seemed to arrive just when I was ruled out too. All I can say is that it sounds like something happened this month, and even though its not the outcome you wanted it might be that it was a step forward still.
These are my lines this afternoon, I finally got a dark result after faint ones til today and I think last time they weren't this dark so hoping it means it's more likely to stick X

Sorry @Sammyclaire22 I've just seen this. Was having a bit of a break from MN but I've chilled and came back on. I've started taking Agnus cactus now, I also had the weirdest period ever. Heavy for one day and stopped literally the day after. Was only a bit of brown. Had drinks last night and I never have a hangover and woke up with the most terrible headache, feeling sick and everything. This evening I've had some pink spotting. So strange. I'm not going to test because I know the period was right on time. But this has never happened before. Just hoping my body sorts its self out. Will start taking my ovulation tests soon and hopefully this will be my time 🤞🏻 how are you getting on? Xx

That's OK, I've had breaks myself a few times esp around AF as that's the only point in your cycle you know there isn't any additional thinking or stuff you have to do.
It does sound like something happened this month of your AF was different. If you still feel odd in a week or so maybe speak to your gp just to make sure you are ok. Plus you did have a line, so even a chemical is an early miscarriage and it's worth having on your records if ever you want referring in future.
Do you track your bbt too? I didn't first time ttc and this time round I found I was ovulating earlier than I thought. I still used opks too but I do wonder if that might have been a reason. I also planned the bd nights in advance according to smep so we fit more in than normal--not sexy but something worked!
I'm OK, feeling tired and have a little nausea but no real symptoms yet. Still testing lots to make sure its sticking. I've got my scan week after next to check where it is so trying not to get too nervous.

Just a quick question. How many times a day did you take the Agnus cactus? It says twice a day on the box but I've only just read it.xx

I don't track my bbt but I do take the ovulation tests. I think I may start tomorrow morning with my clearblue ones as last time I peaked quite early. Although I do feel myself ovulate and this month just gone we managed to BD for the whole 5 days before I had a blazing positive opk. Just wasn't meant to be. Eeek I'll keep my fingers crossed for you at your scan. How exciting xx

I took it just the once a day at night, I think that's what my box said but I'm not 100%.
I followed the smep plan this month so we did it alternate days until I ovulated then the day of ov and the day after. By then we had had enough lol good luck for this month!

Okay perfect thank you 😊 keep me updated with your scan etc looking forward to hearing some positive news. Hope this month is it, still feeling very strange. Had some weird cm yesterday, like brown/pinky. It's stopped again today though so hoping that's completely the end of my cycle. Weird though as only bleed for a day or two usually this went on for ages x

Ahh thanks, hopefully it will be good news. Have you done another test recently? If AF wasnt normal maybe it's worth just being super sure it's not anything still going on? Not that I'm trying to get your hopes up, more ruling out any problems so you know any lines this month are new? Xx

My partner actually said this to me as was reading someone's post on here about finding out she's pregnant and she last had sex in November. She's only just found out and she's had periods etc too. Maybe I'll have to pee on a stick to double/triple/quadruple check that there's no line. Was very weird with having lines on every test then coming on. Maybe it was a chemical and the period is just a bit longer because of that xx

I guess I'm saying too as my first pregnancy wasn't normal and there were problems, I had a totally normal period though but since then I like to make double sure it's all done with before trying again... AF isn't always AF lol x

Defo no line on the frer I've just taken. So I can rule out a surprise baby in there after my period lol. Going to start with my clearblue ovulation tests tomorrow morning 🤞🏻 I believe it could have been a chemical pregnancy, with lines on tests like those and for frer to be stark white today just seems odd. But have read on some forums that after a chemical that people get their true bfp the month after so here's hoping xx

Yeh you def had lines on the pictures you posted. At least you now know where you stand too. I was told you are more fertile after a loss, it worked for me with my first anyway! How long until you expect to ovulate? Really hoping it's a lucky month for you x

Hi OP, didn’t want to read and run. I’m so sorry to be saying this but think it was fairly clear all along there wasn’t a line. Other posters please be careful what you’re saying to someone when they’re this desperate to conceive, it isn’t fair to lead someone down the garden path like OP has been on this thread. I actually felt really sad reading. Good luck for the future OP, I hope you get your positive one day

@rosskemp you are entitled to your opinion but I can see faint lines on the photos, which the op said were clearer in person. I know what's its like to get faint lines and want to understand the cause of them so fair enough you didn't see them, but no one has led anyone anywhere. I've given my honest opinion. If you are referring to what we have discussed today then as I said in my pp, I've had weird months that I later got a positive after af and it wasn't a normal pregnancy, and as the op said even her partner was wondering if it was worth checking again. The last thing I would want is to not say anything when there might be a chance she was in a similar situation to what I was in.

@rossKemp thanks. But irl there were defo obvious lines on my tests and people on here seen the lines too. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be for me this month but am keeping positive for this month. It's been a long old journey so far and I do already have two DC from a previous relationship. So I know I can carry. It's just harder this time around.
@Sammyclaire22 I have started my clearblue ovulation tests today but today shown a blank circle. I usually ovulate around cd13-14 and currently on CD7 so hoping that my test tomorrow morning will read high. Going to keep DTD every other day until high is read anyway then everyday until peak and the day after. Have been taking my Agnus cactus and started using fertily check lube last night so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 xx

@mich2020 sounds like you have all bases covered.... Really hope this month is a lucky one for you. Last month is the first time we tried a rough smep plan and the theory seems to make a lot of sense.

@Sammyclaire22 I have read up about the smep as I have read up a lot of things 🙈 just going to see what happens. I have everything logged on my app anyway so when my gynaecologist sees me again I can show him everything. The spotting has stopped now so hopefully will have no more of that. Would love to get caught anytime but I think this month would be great.. especially for children's birthdays haha. Ones July and ones October so if I did get caught it would be March time. Perfectly spaced out 😂 x

Got a 'high' fertility reading this morning on my clearblue on cd9. Think I will get my peak in the next couple days. I have those cramps that indicate it's gearing up ready now. When's your scan @Sammyclaire22 xx

I've got a scan a week tomorrow, and I've managed to get under the trust I prefer. Once I've had the scan and if all is OK then i can tell work and my doulas... I'm hoping by January they will be able to attend births again 🤞🏻

Yes the tww is the worst isn't it. I'm going to try the clearblue again in the morning and then tomorrow evening. One cycle I got my static smiley face at 10pm. Wow I hope it all goes okay for you. How are you feeling? Xx

Yeh I think my app says to test lh every 4 hours once you get a high to catch the peak. I never did though!
I'm not too bad, a bit tired and feeling a bit sick on and off. Already starting to get a small bump which is freaking me out as i was about 12 weeks last time before I was showing! I'm only 5 weeks tomorrow so no idea how I will hide it later on if all goes OK

I have tested again and still a high reading.. managed to dtd again this evening but im in so much pain 😩 good old endometriosis!!
Glad your feeling ok, sick is not good though I had it bad with DD.
Eeek.. you'll have to wear some flowy tops or dresses until you get to the point you want to let everyone know. Exciting though. Happy for you xx

The only downfall is we only managed to BD yesterday and on the 28th obviously will dtd today and tomorrow. But do you think this is enough??xx
