Had BFN at 9dpo and again tonight with an amazon cheapie but having bad cramping in lower belly between my legs and lower/middle back feeling bloated and very sore nipples to touch I have never had cramps before AF! AF due on 21st am I out this month? Had no implantation bleeding so l presumed I was out would love any advice please! Thanks in advance!

Morning ladies, well that's me out this month the ugly witch is here 😭 depressing but at least now I know I can stop guessing. I'll be watching out for all your bfps 🤞🏻and be stuffing my face with chocolate for the next few days whilst planning which way to tackle the next cycle 😆

Nmew · 16/01/2020 10:21

Aww sorry @dizzy85 fingers crossed for next cycle, enjoy your chocolate!

NicoleR14 · 16/01/2020 10:25

@dizzy85 sorry to hear that hun! I don't think any of us got our bfp last month so fingers crossed there's at least 1 this month!

Hoping so much for you both @ArjaD and @Bbutterfly So you don’t have to wait!

ArjaD · 16/01/2020 11:34

Aw sorry @dizzy85. Mother nature plays by her rules 😞 8dpo now and desperately resisting testing!!!

dizzy85 · 16/01/2020 14:47

Thankyou all, not nice but I'll be ok onwards and upwards, I'm gonna enjoy the chocolate some wine and some peace of not thinking about it for about 5 days lol then back to it. I'm buying the pregnacare his and hers today as I conceived the month I took them so ya never know 😆. Lots of bfp baby dust to everyone x

Nmew · 16/01/2020 16:32

Worth a try @dizzy85! I started some vitamins this time, folic and vitamin D. But if I have no luck this cycle I may get the his and hers too!

dizzy85 · 16/01/2020 20:31

@Nmew I'll try anything at this point 🤣 I've just been looking at preseed stuff too i might give that a go aswell.

ArjaD · 16/01/2020 21:44

At the risk of tmi, my hubby is trying vitamin c as this is supposed to boost sperm count. But it makes it a bit rubbery 🤣🤣🤣

dizzy85 · 16/01/2020 22:18

@ArjaD oh I wonder why it does that? Maybe it helps the sperm get stronger so they can swim faster 😁

NicoleR14 · 16/01/2020 22:47

I bought the his and hers pregnancare vitamins for me and dh have been taking pregnancare pre conception since October but dh started 31st of December in fact I think it's made him want to dtd less than usual! Haven't had a positive opk yet but boobs still been extremely sore even my bra rubbing against them is so painful! Can't get rid of it at all having one of those nights I think! How's everyone else getting on x

ArjaD · 17/01/2020 08:51

@dizzy85 maybe a larger concentration of sperm? No idea... We'll see what happens! Still trying to resist testing, 9dpo today and feeling a bit crampy. Hoping it's not af.
@NicoleR14 that's so odd about the boobs. Maybe it's a stress thing?

ArjaD · 17/01/2020 08:51

@Bbutterfly how are you feeling?

Bbutterfly · 17/01/2020 09:03

Morning ladies
@Nmew join the non existent symptom spotting club me and @ArjaD are pros lol
I'm feeling nothing just completely normal no symptoms what so ever I can't even make one up out of something that barely exists lol. I'm going to wait until af due to test... I 🤔. when was you thinking of testing? @dizzy85 yes enjoy your weekend with lots of wine and start again next month... after mall it is valentines month! Xxx

Nmew · 17/01/2020 11:11

@Bbutterfly Well I’m 6dpo today so you can bet I’ll be on the symptom spotting train from here on out 😅
I’ve heard some good reviews of the preseed stuff @dizzy85 can’t do any harm trying it!

ArjaD · 17/01/2020 11:53

Once again I crumbled last night and tested at 8dpo. Bfn of course. WHYYYYYY

NicoleR14 · 17/01/2020 11:57

We always cave around the 8/9dpo and test at least we know there's still hope @ArjaD!

Trying93 · 17/01/2020 12:36

Testing at 9dpo is far too early. Very small percentage of women get a BFP that early, you just need to read posts on this site to see this. Alot of people need to wait till AF is late to get a BFP

Wait till the day AF is due otherwise your just waiting money and getting disappointed.

ArjaD · 17/01/2020 12:51

You're right. Just wish I could convince my brain of this. 🤣🤣 No more wasting tests, that's it. Af shows or not. That's that.

ArjaD · 17/01/2020 12:52

@Bbutterfly i had not a single symptom my first pregnancy. It was a total surprise to me then to get a bfp. So no symptoms could be great news!

Bbutterfly · 17/01/2020 14:41

@Trying93 trust us we know that 😂we are just lunatics who like to throw away money.
@ArjaD I hope you are right. It will be my first so I've got no idea what to expect at all xxxx

Nmew · 17/01/2020 18:01

I don’t blame you ladies for testing, it’s so hard not to. I still have 8days until AF is due and I’m not sure I’ll make it that long lol

NicoleR14 · 17/01/2020 22:33

Starting to get a bit worried now on cycle day 22 have had no cm or positive opk is there something wrong with me? Has anyone had this problem before 😢?

Hi guys, SmileBear
I was on this thread in December and then fell pregnant when I least expected it with stress at work and stuff but I didn't obsess that much about getting pregnant in December. I still thought of getting pregnant but I didn't constantly do ovulation tests. I only did them once I though I am ovulating and that is all.

So I just wanted to tell you why I think I got pregnant. This is crazy but I don't know if this has anything to do with me getting pregnant.

First of all that month in December

  1. I stopped obsessing but didn't stop thinking of course that is impossible
  2. Me and DH started eating Manuka honey the strongest ( I know there r rumours it doesn't work but my mum told me to try it anyways)
  3. I did acupuncture and she told me that my lower back was locked. And that I might be able to get pregnant this month. I laughed and said yeah sure, what ever if I get pregnant I will let u know. But I could feel difference when I left the acupuncture. I could feel some kind of uterus cramps just like the blood was rushing down just minutes after I left, I thought I was imaging it to be honest. And I did the acupuncture one day before ovulation.
  1. I did some massage ... and she said ur lower back is very tense. I thought that couldn't be a coincidence..

So honestly of all three I think all of them worked. I can't tell what exactly did the magic.. but if I have to choose I would probably say that Manuka honey worked for my husband and acupuncture for me. Because my husband was feeling full of energy that month.

Nmew · 18/01/2020 10:14

I have only been doing opks for 2 cycles @NicoleR14 so I don’t have much experience. Though both cycles were totally different results on opks for me. Hopefully it’s just a fluke cycle or bad opk batch or something xx

@Sunshinexx95 huge congratulations on your bfp! And thank you for the tips, I have been thinking of trying acupuncture if this cycle is a bfn. Wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy x

7dpo here and symptom spotting is slowly creeping it’s way in lol heartburn, which let’s be honest was due to something I ate, but a gal can hope lol
