11DPO and still getting BFN :( is there still a chance this cycle?

I’ve been testing since 8DPO and have had consistent BFN and a couple of evap lines. Since we BD I’ve had consistent cramping - particularly bad around the time implantation would be happening but I’m worried I’m looking for symptoms! Has anyone else got their BFP after 11DPO? I feel like I’m going mad!

@HalfPenny28 Sometimes it is good to have a hope because you never know what will happen.

Yes I am still feeling the same - just cramping but I just assumed that is ovulation acting up or period might come early. I got bad back from stupid mattress haha

@Bestronger I think no matter what I tell myself I'll still hope every month I'll get a late positive until af finally shows up!

If it doesn't work this month I think I'm going to try those fertility tablets and see if that helps.

Would af turn up early for you normally? It might be a good sign you've got cramping!

Haha I second the crappy mattress back pain! I've been away with work for 2 nights and I'm officially exhausted after two nights sleeping in a holiday inn express!

I know it is hopefully but yet it is heartbreaking to see bloody af to show up 🙈. I might try fertility tablets too!

I have to tell you the truth I rely on my conception pills to know when my period is due but now I am off them I am not entirely sure if my af normally show up early or not. But with pills they always show up after 2-3 days after I stopped taking them so my period will come. I am terrible with dates! But now I am keeping the track of it

It just feels like I'm never going to see a positive result at the moment. 9/10dpo today and got a bfn.

Next month, and I really mean it this time 😂 I'm not testing until day before af is due and I'm just going to put it out my mind. I'll be in Paris so that will be a nice distraction.

@Bestronger oh really! How're you feeling today? My cramps have all stopped now and I feel pretty normal really.

I have caved in and tested - BFN (daaaaamn!). Me too Penny, I am not going to test myself if my period haven't arrived next time too lol! Oooo Paris that'll be lovely! Enjoy

Have you heard of Clomid by any chance?

Hi ladies how many dpo are you both now? You may be testing to early. Your not out until aunt flo arrives. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

The tablets I use is fertility smart. I dont know if they are making a difference yet but time will tell.

Dtd every other day so hopefully catch the big o xx

I'm 9/10 dpo today, still get bfn. I have ordered some frer tests though as I'm using ic at the moment.

Clomid is the one which induces ovulation right? I think twins are quite comment with it 😅 although I'm willing to try anything!

I think you can buy clomid online but better with a prescription. A friend of mine was on it conceived her first and then had a surprise 10 months later. After 6 years of trying

Yes that is right however I didn't know about twin omg! 😂 I was thinking to order them from online but from what rosie said maybe I should try ask doctor about it... he probably won't let if I have very good reason I'm sure.

I caved and used one of my frer tests - so annoying because I knew when I was doing it that it was going to be a waste!

I'll be 10/11 dpo tomorrow so don't know whether to test again or wait until Saturday now 😔 ugh it's all so mind consuming! I'm half tempted to not check ovulation next month and just dtd every other day through the month.

@Bestronger hmm yeah I did wonder if the gp would even prescribe them to me at this stage 😅 my biggest fear is that it's going to take years! It's so annoying you can't tell.

My period is due about 12th december (roughly 35 day cycle)

I have bad cramps today so I think today may be the day. Poor partner has had a hard day at work and is already asleep 🙈

I think we all worry it wont happen for us and I know myself this is a hard experiance but it will happen I am sure.

@rosie990 oh you think your af is coming?? Would it come that early? Or could it be implantation cramping?

I know you're right, the chances are we will be fine and it'll just happen eventually but it's so hard every month.

This is our 1st 🙂 partly why I think I'm more concerned because I just want to know we can actually get pregnant.

I have promised myself not to test until the day before af is due. But I'll be in Paris and just a bit concerned it may affect implantation happening or something 😩

I just had a inkling feeling for years that I won't get pregnant straight and I was right...

This will be first for me too. Trying not to worry much too, my DP is proper chill about it and I'm wish I'm like that! 😂 He kept saying our time will come (I WANT TO BE NOWWWW)

I don't know why I worry myself because I know it can take up to 3-6 months on average but I can't wait 😭

Its hard isnt it to be over thinking this and worrying why isnt it happening for me.

I know that's how I feel right now however I am already blessed with a little boy.

But now I worry I wont be able to conceive and give him a sibling.

I think the more we worry theharder it becomes and yea everyone around me is pregnant too.

How are you both feeling? My period is due on the 12th so I am 99% I have passed ovulation. Omg I am sore. We dtd multiple times a day some days. 🤣

Fertile days are exhausting. But may have another go just for luck but I think I am now officially in the 2 ww.

Sorry to hear that penny. How early are we taking, could it be inplantation?

That's okay, I had thought it would be lucky if I were this month as I literally have had no symptoms. I'm due on in 3 days so not mental early.

I did think it might be implantation but I don't know if it would be too late and I've not had any spotting.

Think I'm just convincing myself it might be more than it is 😅😩 ready for Decembers cycle though!

It could be implantation I have heard it can happen late.

When I fell with my son I didnt realise I was pregnant as I was bleeding. When i started to feel abit off i took a test. Had an emergency scan and he was perfect.

So your not out yet. Until she comes 😊

The SMEP 'sperm meet egg plan' 😅 is where you dtd every other day starting from day 8 of your cycle. It's meant to make sure you get a 1 in 4 chance.

I am currently waiting for AF to come but I think she is coming late. I never heard of SMEP but I might give that a go!

TWW is the annoying part but try get yourself busy and try take your mind off the waiting game!

Hiya 🙂 I'm in the same boat! Just waiting now, due tomorrow but usually I'll get some spotting the day before but none yet so I wonder if she'll turn up Wednesday! Still getting bfn so I think it's just late which is super annoying because I'm so ready to give it another go this month!

Yeah the theory is that you cover all bases if your late or early to ovulate and you give DH time to gain strength in the sperm again. We dtd every day for a week last month and I think by the time I ovulated it might not have been strong enough!

I have a hidden cervix too, which although I'm told won't affect baby making, feels like they'll need to strong!

Ahhh I see what you mean, I will do that to make sure to cover all bases. I do have suspect my ovulation do come by very early by cramping and CM.
Really? Tbh I can't really can tell where my cervix is or how it should feel like.

So the sperm meets egg method sounds good. May try that next month although I dont want to use ovulation tests as I will obsess over them. I know what I am like.

I know I ovulated some time last week based on previous cycle lengths with Thursday likely to be the latest date.

So I am at worst 4 dpo. I have cramps today but is it in my mind.

We are picking up a kitten today so I hope that takes my mind off it.
