Anyone starting their TTC journey in July 2019?

Anyone in the same boat? I'm 33 and from next week DH and I will be actively trying for #1. I'm excited, nervous, trying to be chill about it all but also imagining myself with a bump celebrating Xmas this year

I started taking SS 'trying for a baby' supplements 4 weeks ago, not sure if it was their effects or not but this month my cycle was 20 days. Otherwise i'm 27 days always. Anyways, let's see what happens.

@AAJJ83 hey! Great news, you input ovulation test, is static flashing or solid sorry? Lol if it's a solid face you input peak and if its flashing put in high xx

Thanks @Ellsbells112 it was static so I’ve put in peak but how will I know when to actually put in ovulation?! Or is it just a guess of tomorrow as the static is 12/36 hours before ovulation I think?!

@AAJJ83 don't put in ovulation because you don't actually know and it will change all of your cycles in the future to what you've put in. What I would say is Check your cm and the last day you have ewcm is probably the day you ovulate or its the day after. The only way to really know is by temping along side it

@Wearenotyourkind how are you doing? I feel like I’m in the same boat as you a little. Came off pill end of May and strange cycle lengths that don’t seem to be sorting out. I’ve been taking Pregnacare this last month and a bit and my last cycle was a normal 27 day cycle. I’m on CD6 today and hoping for another normal cycle. I’ve had advice before that Pregnacare can extend your cycle. Not sure about Agnus Castus but I’ve also heard it can help cycle length. Fingers crossed, 10 day LP is ok for conception though so sounding good.
I started testing today so the hard work has just began this month for me but still hoping for a Xmas miracle.

@Positivity2019 thanks chick, that makese excited lol but I can't help but think nope it's not going to happen. Honestly it's the only way I get through it every month otherwise I'll be so upset if I work myself up.
You should try agnus castus if they don't naturally get longer x

@Ellsbells112 I’m now at the stage where I’m pretty much not getting my hopes up overly much either. I mean I’m keeping doing what we are doing and being positive and hopeful but clearly this is not going to be a quick process for us and I’m coming to terms with that. I had so many things happening through Sept/Oct/Nov and I was so convinced that I would be expecting by then and no. I was also so convinced I would surely be expecting by Xmas so I could tell everyone as an Xmas surprise, but again it’s a no and I think I had a few days last week where I had to just come to terms with that and the disappointment.
I’ve decided now that I’m not thinking months ahead to all the things we have planned through 2020 and the possibility of being preggars or not, it’s too heart breaking when those months arrive and you’re not yet.
However, saying all that I will try to be optimistic each month and I have to say reading both of your posts, yours and @AAJJ83 I got a really good feeling about your chances for this month. I’m excited for some news in the coming weeks.

@Positivity2019 it will happen for you and you’re doing amazing, don’t forget it takes an average of 12 months for under 35s just horrible having to wait.
Well here’s something amusing, Oh is going out tonight and we needed to dtd as we got the static yesterday. Had to keep the kids away and my poor Oh was under sooo much pressure could just about perform the pressure we put ourselves under is ridiculous! It’s supposed to be enjoyable! I’ve not worked that hard in a very long time haha!

@AAJJ83 that’s a good effort though, well done for squeezing it in!! You’re right about hard work. I turned to my partner on weds night to tell him tomorrow was the start of testing and the next month of hard work begins. He laughed, we both did, but it’s true to an extent. But it will all pay off one day.
I’m in the process of getting ready for my Xmas night out. Silver lining of still trying, can have a beverage or two tonight!! 😁

Trying not to get my hopes up too! Due on tomorrow so will see what happens! At least if it arrives I won’t have to pretend to be drinking over Christmas! X

Hey gang. How is everyone doing? I'm CD6 today. AF finished yesterday and she was brutal this month, so I'm glad to see the back of her. Now trying to look towards next fertile period, which should be in about 12 days. I think I'll see what this cycle is like on terms of length if LP and then invest in done Agnus Castus next month if needed.

@Wearenotyourkind hey! Sounds like a plan! I'm 7dpo, been crampy today and extremely hungry. I'm hoping it's a good thing and not that I'm just bloody fat! Literally just had dinner and I'm starving? So scared to get my hopes up though. Going Oz Wednesday morning so I just need to get through tomorrow lol

@Han1213 love a wee silver lining and enjoying a boozy Xmas is definitely one of them. However I’ve my fingers crossed it’s a BFP.
I’m CD11 and I’m on my fourth day of a flashing smiley face on clear blue digital and I’ve had EWCM today so fingers crossed that’s a good sign for ovulation. Happily DTD over the next few days.

Fingers crossed everyone! I thought I had my period yday. Seems it was just spotting. Nothing again today. Going to see how the next few days pan as my cycles had seemed to get to 28 or 29 days. Have not stopped peeing today too. Thinking it’s more still my cycles regulating but hoping it’s not in the best way! X

@Positivity2019 thanks! I can't sleep, me and my son are up lol we have to leave at 5.30. I've been constipated too not usual for me and had loads of creamy cm today (sorry tmi) but I feel normal so 🤷‍♀️ we will see. Glad you're dtd at the right time whoop whoop! Xx

Hey girls! I'm just stopped in Doha waiting to board our flight to Sydney. @Positivity2019 I hope you are a witch how I think you are a witch! Today I am 9dpo and I had orange stain on my tissue today not a lot at all and when I wiped again nothing. Left it, went back after walking around a while a little more on the tissue but that's it not heavy and it's orange/pink! My belly was hurting on the airplane too lol and all I could think was please implant please please please!!! So fingers crossed this is it?!! I never spot so early on and my spotting is normally brown not this colour, though I know our bodies like to switch it up sometimes. Hope everyone is well?? X

So over here there’s nothing going on, due on some time between next Thurs and Monday, not going to test as can’t face a bfn. I don’t think I’ve had any symptoms different to any other month, usual cramps etc the only thing slightly different is I’ve had lot of creamy/yellow cm (apologies tmi!) I usually get this a couple of days before af. So I think it’s not my month, up side as @han1213 said I won’t have to fake drink over xmas!

My Ava bracelet has logged an ovulation and I have a temperature rise to back that up. Been doing the deed so fingers crossed we’ve covered the time scale. Now 2DPO and keeping up the positivity and looking forward to Christmas in Iceland. Hope you’re fine and in the midst of a fertile period.
