Well I haven’t taken it yet todaynd have had no stomach pain. So my theory seems to be correct.

SparrowSG · 20/06/2019 15:38

That's weird, does it have any other ingredients maybe that are causing the upset? Does the packaging list the full details of what's in it?

I take mine every morning with breakfast and never had any issues (except for the spots and greasy hair!!)

Ooh @MaryShelley1818 sod them all, in the nicest way. Don't put more pressure on yourself, if you are heavily preg or feeding a new born they will all have to fall in line with the hormonal lady....
you can't put life on hold or ttc on hold either.. what will be will be and it won't be the end of the world... plans always change.

sheshootssheimplores · 20/06/2019 17:00

I have no idea as it’s specially formulated. Doesn’t say on the bottle anything about ingredients bar DHEA.

Now I’m having my doubts it’s that as my stomach is starting to hurt again and I haven’t taken it yet today. I did have an iron infusion about a month ago and have felt pretty awful ever since. I’m now wondering if it might be due to that. Iron can cause stomach issues and I had a hell of a lot infused in one go.

Just saw this on one of my FB groups and thought it was quite a useful reminder

Hope everyone ok and enjoying the sun at last after so much rain
😎

MaryShelley1818 · 22/06/2019 21:14

That sounds really positive Boosey!! 😊
Thank you Chatbash...I’m just having anxious jitters! I guess if I’m lucky enough to have that problem then I’ll be very lucky indeed.

What’s everyone doing this weekend? I’ve done 7hrs of gardening and got all new pots and baskets planted, cleaned the patio and yard, trimmed trees, weeded etc while 18mth old DS flew around like a loon and played with a large colony of snails 🐌
Tomorrow we’re off to the local soft play to meet the infernal Peppa Pig...then might go and feed the swans at the park x

Cleozeta · 22/06/2019 21:21

Does anyone else get headaches before AF? This is a new thing for me, wondering if its something hormonal

Rose68 · 22/06/2019 22:30

@Cleo, yes I always get headaches, usually at the time of AF, but sometimes before. It’s definitely hormonal for me.

@MaryShelley1818 we went to Ascot on yesterday, and I have spent today nursing a hangover x

Chatbash72 · 22/06/2019 22:33

Busy day today, shopping, washing v dull but was at eldest daughters graduation yesterday and managed to not bump in the ex once.. so absolute bonus.. today older daughter no 2 got artsy with me.... government legislation has written off 2.5 billion outstanding csa payments that are overdue.. my delightful ex being one of those... 8 years I have waited for back dated arrears.. and he's not happy about it having been cut in half.. he feels that as they are grown he has nothing to pay.. but whist they were aged 8,10 to 18 he has contributed zero... doesn't feel like I am entitled to anything and she feels that she should get the money!!! Well as it works out at £6.80 per child per month over that period of time.. I have informed her that she was being financially supported well beyond that sum.. 🤦‍♀️ good god he's a piece of work and she lives with him so has started being alienated against me.., so much fun... soz rant over x

Chatbash72 · 22/06/2019 22:35

@Cleozeta I get migraines around af and ov... think hormones too

Kimm123 · 22/06/2019 22:39

Im toooo feeling like im ovulating.....pain in the hips...cramps....excessive discharge....but its wierd cuz when i did the 21 day blood test...it came out i wasnt ovulating...how does that work??

MaryShelley1818 · 23/06/2019 08:35

Well I woke up this morning and vomited everywhere....threw up again 15mins after that so took a test which was positive!
Unfortunately I’ve also woken up to bleeding so doesn’t look like it’s sticking unfortunately 😪

Cleozeta · 23/06/2019 08:47

Maryshelley - what a rollercoaster! Are you fully bleeding or just spotting? And how dark was your bfp? What dpo are you?

MaryShelley1818 · 23/06/2019 09:01

I’m about 14dpo, blood is bright red but atm just when wiping. Just been throwing up again, I feel so ill. Will try and post picture of test....

MaryShelley1818 · 23/06/2019 09:02

Test...not super strong but definitely there.

MaryShelley1818 · 23/06/2019 09:12

DH has taken DS to meet Peppa Pig and I’m lying in bed crying because I was so excited and looking forward to taking him but can’t stop being sick long enough to get ready 😢

Rose68 · 23/06/2019 09:17

@Maryshelly oh god that sounds horrendous, it’s very early for MS tho, were you that ill that early last time? How bad is the bleeding? xxx

Rose68 · 23/06/2019 09:22

I have been thinking about dhea, I have 2 tablets left. Before I took dhea I always conceived within 5 months, but since taking it, absolutely nothing.

MaryShelley1818 · 23/06/2019 09:26

Rose no, I never threw up with DS once...maybe just a bug then?
It’s rubbish because I’d never have tested if I hadn’t been sick and would have just had my period in blissful ignorance.

Rose68 · 23/06/2019 09:46

Maryshelley, I think it’s good to know, even if it does end up as a cp. Plus cp’s count as mc’s and nhs won’t look at you until you have had 3 in a row. Fingers crossed it’s just a bit of implantation bleeding tho, let us know how you get on x

Cleozeta · 23/06/2019 12:28

Mary - does seem extreme sickness for 14dpo. I would wait it out and see what happens with the bleeding, plus test again tomorrow. Fingers crossed for you.

Rose - it's probably not the DHEA. I conceived twice last year, 2nd time about 5 months after 1st mc. Now it's been 8 months since last mc. I think the only thing I can blame it on is that I'm a year older Sad
I think my chances are up now, so it's either IVF or nothing. Even half contemplating DE which I never thought I would. Not sure DH would be up for that.
Stupid mouldy saggy eggs

Rose68 · 23/06/2019 14:28

Cleo, my chances are up too, I know it. I was 44 a couple of weeks ago. We are in the process of moving, so that is where my focus is for now, after that, who knows what I shall do with myself.
Getting old sucks big time.

Catconfusion · 23/06/2019 14:32

Hi @MaryShelley1818 I just wanted to chip in with I was sick with both my pregnancies from 10 dpo onwards. I have a very strong reaction to the hcg. Both ended in mc unfortunately later on but your sickness could be pregnancy related. I really hope this one sticks for you and it's just implantation bleeding! Xx

Catconfusion · 23/06/2019 14:36

Hello ladies. After a very horrible 43 day anovulatory cycle it's looking like I'll be ttc into my 40th year after all. I'm 40 in 7 days time and now awaiting a fertility appointment after a missed miscarriage in February and a mc in March. I have very mild pcos but the last two cycles have been worse than usual. Just hoping we can have our first baby before it's too late! Xx
