Hello!
I know there are a few threads on this already but can’t find any recent ones.
There’s a theory that your resting heart rate goes up before you can get a bfp so a sudden spike/increase could be indicative of an upcoming bfp.
I’ve been tracking mine for months and have noticed that both times I was pregnant (both unsuccessful) this was true re heart rate.

For reference, it seems that a lot of people have a dip before ovulation followed by a spike around ovulation then it drops a bit and starts to climb a little, dropping again when af arrives. If it keeps climbing, it’s usually a good sign.

I think I’m out this month as mine is dropping steadily but I’ve had a weird cycle and am
Not sure I ovulated because I got multiple
Positive opks spread out over two weeks and didn’t see a heart rate spike as usual. I apparently ovulated around 23-27 (big window due to confusing tests) and AF is due in 4 days so I would normally see my heart rate climbing at this point - who knows what’s going on!

Anyone else symptom spotting and got a Fitbit so can share their heart rate chart?

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 09:14

Mines gone back up to 67 today 🤷‍♀️

6dpo.... It's going slow......

waitingforbaby2 · 27/06/2019 10:51

Mine has also gone back up today and I feel a little crampy today so feeling slightly hopeful again

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 10:57

I don't actually know how I feel today. I had minor cramping last night and the night before. I also had a bit of nausea yesterday. The tender patch I usually get in my right boob is starting today but unless it progresses to full boob it won't be anything other than af 🤷‍♀️

waitingforbaby2 · 27/06/2019 11:44

It's so hard to tell between AF and pregnancy symptoms I just wish it was more obvious

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 11:56

I think af will show for me. I’m so done with all this now. It’s been 5 long months since my mc and I’m really not hopeful of it happening again 🤷‍♀️💔

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 12:22

I take it back. My rhr hasn't gone up again. It's still at 66...

waitingforbaby2 · 27/06/2019 13:08

Your not out intil AF shows sorry to hear about your mc

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 13:19

@waitingforbaby2 Thank you. Can love in hope I guess. When are you testing?

waitingforbaby2 · 27/06/2019 13:32

I'm not sure yet I want to wait intil 2nd July but I do have a FRER at home that I'm tempted to use either Saturday or Sunday

mommato3 · 27/06/2019 13:41

@waitingforbaby2 For best proper results I think I'd try wait it out. When is af due?

waitingforbaby2 · 27/06/2019 13:59

AF is due anytime between 1st to the 3rd July as cycle changes a little between 29-31 days

Treaclepie19 · 27/06/2019 14:10

Mine has stayed high.
No clue whats going on. Still got a possible squinter on a test. Guessing af will arrive.

I don't feel right but maybe it's all in my head.

That looks good @Treaclepie19 when is AF due fingers crossed for u

Treaclepie19 · 27/06/2019 14:58

@waitingforbaby2 thanks, I'm not sure :(
I've had 23 day cycles the past two months so I thought it was settling back to that after pregnancy but I'm now on CD26 so who knows.

@ttc19 looks encouraging, fingers crossed!

I am feeling totally miserable looking at my Fitbit chart. I miscarried just over five weeks ago and it's been down, down, down ever since. Can anyone offer anything encouraging based on your own experience? I'm desperately hoping to ovulate but looks super unlikely based on this!

Treaclepie19 · 29/06/2019 06:48

@Avocuddles I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage lovely.
I haven't been tracking it long enough to offer any advice I'm afraid Flowers

waitingforbaby2 · 29/06/2019 07:19

It's still going up I'm about 10/11DPO today but took a test BFN this morning but I'm hoping it's just to early

@Avocuddles sorry to hear about your mc I've not had personal experience but I've heard you may have to give your body 2-3 months to re adjust again I hope it's sooner rather than later for you

@waitingforbaby2 fingers crossed for you!
Mine is still rising... no clue how many dpo as I was trying to be chilled.
My last 2 cycles were 23 days and I'm now on day 28... swear I saw a faint line this morning again. Must be making it up.

Bloodylegoeverywhere · 29/06/2019 08:46

That's a very good rise still @Treaclepie19
My af has been and gone.

Treaclepie19 · 29/06/2019 10:01

I think it's just an indent :(
I'm going to have to stop testing and just see what happens. Driving myself nuts.

mommato3 · 29/06/2019 10:57

Mines stayed high so far. Not holding my breath with it though....
