Anybody want a new Fitbit/resting heart rate &TTC thread? (Hr indicating bfp before tests)

I know there are a few threads on this already but can’t find any recent ones.
There’s a theory that your resting heart rate goes up before you can get a bfp so a sudden spike/increase could be indicative of an upcoming bfp.
I’ve been tracking mine for months and have noticed that both times I was pregnant (both unsuccessful) this was true re heart rate.

For reference, it seems that a lot of people have a dip before ovulation followed by a spike around ovulation then it drops a bit and starts to climb a little, dropping again when af arrives. If it keeps climbing, it’s usually a good sign.

Positive opks spread out over two weeks and didn’t see a heart rate spike as usual. I apparently ovulated around 23-27 (big window due to confusing tests) and AF is due in 4 days so I would normally see my heart rate climbing at this point - who knows what’s going on!

Anyone else symptom spotting and got a Fitbit so can share their heart rate chart?

We're using pre-seed. Its always worked well before. I'll be glad to know either way though, driving myself nuts!

Mine has dropped by 2 today. What with one thing and another going wrong I won't be holding my breath

"Just for fun" Anybody want to comment on my chart? Ovulation is any day now.. maybe even today? I've been having low pressure/cramping today & some light cramping on my right side over the last week. I'm really interested in all this heart rate stuff!

Orange line on the chart marks ovulation say (could of been the day after when it drops) its been rising steadily over the last few days. Resting heart rate is usually around 76, it's 80 today.

Jumped up by 3 today. Af due tomorrow.

@treaclepie19 loving your rhr chart....that is a good rise, fingers crossed for you.
My proestrogen does not want to crash yet... I'm due today but had a slight rise again...

How does your chart look today @ttc19?

How about you @MrsChicken89? I'm sure I read that it can drop after ovulation then goes back up!? Sometimes these rhr are hard to read but give an idea on our cycles?

Very much @treaclepie19 it was 2 days late a few months ago. In theory it shouldn't be late as I'm sure ovulation was on the 7th June..... anyway. Good luck tmrw

I haven't updated my fitbit today, we're in Wales for a week and I forgot my charger 🙈 so trying to keep updating to a minimum.
I'm cd20 today so AF is due in 5-6 days.

Gone up 1 more to 81.

@Bloodylegoeverywhere A bit strange, it was back down to 63 last night but back up at 64 today... definitely reading too much into it 😂 All if the apps are saying this is ovulation time though.

I think there may be a ridiculously hard to see squinter of a line. I reckon I'm making it up tbh. No way would a camera get it, I pretty much have to do a headstand under the light to see anything 😂

It's been the same with my two other pregnancies but I honestly think I've made this one up.

Whoo hooo @treaclepie19 that's a good rise and a squinter too. Yes some cameras can pick them up. Put a ring over the lines and the phone should catch the lines. Fingers crossed for a healthy sticky bean. Mine dropped by one.

Bloodylegoeverywhere I'm struggling to even see it now. Maybe I made it up.
Certain angles I can see something but I think I just seeing what I want to see.
I can't get a picture at all.
It's going to be a long wait for the morning!

Well my rhr has been 67 for the past 3 days. Now 4dpo 🤷‍♀️

I find this fascinating! I wanted to share my graph this month in case it’s helpful. I found out I was pregnant a few days ago and the Fitbit hr has been pretty accurate! Circle one is around ovulation, then the next I think is implantation dip and then the last is around when I got the positive test.

Did you do any more tests @Treaclepie19

Does this look good so far red circle is CD1 and yellow is ovulation so I'm about 6/7 DPO today

Hi! I've just stumbled upon this thread and was intrigued by the theory. I have been ttc for over a year. I got my first and only BFP at the start of May, then sadly miscarried at the end of the month. I haven't had AF since the MC and am wondering if I've ovulated yet - what do you think from my chart? I've also attached my charts from the past three months - in retrospect I think it's fairly clear to see where I conceived, and when the pregnancy probably failed (about five days before I actually miscarried). I had no idea that the Fitbit data could reveal so much! The months are in the bottom right.

Did another test this morning. Looks negative. RHR gone up again.
Maybe I'm just having a longer cycle this month.
