Hello there,

Currently on cycle #5, trying to conveive baby number two (many years after first), and realising ttc is one of the most frustrating tasks I have embarked on.

I had a chemical pregnancy in january which has completely taken all joy out of trying because even if that BFP appears, I do not think I could bring myself to be excited about it.

That being said, there is only one way this is going to happen so on I go with the 'ahem' BD and peeing on ovulation sticks and then pregnacy tests at any given moment.

AF due 15 April, let the obsessing begin..

Oh, and is anybody else actually sick of doing the deed yet (sorry husband)?

Can I jump in on the tww? I'm a long time lurker on mn and feel the need for some like-minded company...

I'm 10dpo and AF due 19th. No symptoms so feel like this month is probably a write off. Also just come down with the mother of all colds Sad

RLI1105 Congratulations and glad the clear blue worked for you. How are you feeling? I have just been feeling bloated the past few days. Like really bloated!

No more spotting for rest of today. But every time I felt something I went to check and it was clear CM. I had the same w my first (the CM) and always checking.

I really did think I was out this month. I brought packs of pads and tampons on this trip! As I have heavy periods so wanted to be prepared and not having to go find supplies while on holiday. But luckily I brought some cheap pregnancy tests w me. I left the clear blue home bc didn’t think I would need it. I would say most early pregnancy symptoms are just like period is coming. It was exactly what I thought. I told my dh a few days ago we were out this month so lugged his vitamins and mine on holiday too.

Hoping we get some more positives on this thread. It does seem like a very lucky one!

@RLI1105 Thank you. I'm not actually sure when/if I ovulated, as not got very used to tracking, but my last period started 18/3 so this one should be any day round now if it's coming. Is tracking a good system? I can be quite OCD (not using that as a throwaway term, had a diagnosis when a lot younger) so a bit cautious about starting things I can become OCD about, ifyswim?

I am so excited for you. Just saw your Christmas babies thread too.

@Mamabear12 where are you on holiday? We're going to Finland and Russia next month, so I am hoping that will be a distraction. Wondering whether to pack PTs if nothing happens this month, or to try and forget it for eleven days.

Portugal. So lots of sunshine and beach. Perfect family holiday. Feel like getting sun (vitamin d) helps w fertility. If you go on holidays def bring some tests. That way you know if you need to stop drinking and caffeine etc. Also, annoying to try and find tests. If you need to.

Sleepyhead11 Btw my last period was 18th of March too!! I have a 26/27 day cycle. And never more then 28 days. How long is your cycle?

Still feeling bloated and no more spotting.

Update here - day 31 of a normally 28 day cycle. No sign of AF, apart from the niggly cramps I’ve been getting for the last few days. Used my last FRER this morning and- surprise, surprise, BFN. Driving me mad!

I got very faint lines on the ones I did yday morning
Think they are just indent lines
Got quite excited when it appeared on the FRER but it’s barely visible

I actually only did the FRER as thought something was appearing on the IC . But I always get an evap on ICs

I am sat here trying to concentrate on work... AF due today/tomorrow. Woke up with nausea and rush to toilet, not to be sick if you get me. Dizzy again today with spots in vision. Pelvic pain. Watery CM. Googling everything. Scared to test. Scared generally!

I got smiley face and positive opk on the 3rd
I came off the mini pill 22feb and only had a slight bleed 20march
It doesn’t feel real

Hi I'm still waiting Ovia says I'm on day 24 period due in 6 days but I reckon it's more like 7-8 based on when I think I ovulated.

Still no news either way here. AF is trolling me 😂 I’m a teacher and go back to work after the holidays on Wednesday - I’m certain she’s going to turn up then just to make it all a misery!

@Novella12 I'm so sorry. Mine was really weird in Jan just after I went off contraception, could that be it? Or maybe you're still in the running.

I might leap onto a May bus if/when there is one. Think my next period should be about 13th May
