2WW... The longest wait

Hi, I was just feeling a bit down in my 2ww and wanted to share a bit. I'm trying so hard not to symptom spot but it's impossible.

Im around 7 or 8dpo, I couldn't pinpoint the actual day as LH tests were inconclusive, CM got very watery one day and the next seem thicker so I'm hoping that's when I ovulate. I have sore boobs, slight backache, weird ache very low down in my abdomen, almost like an internal bruise. If I stand, sit or bend then I feel it ache.

Cervix is high and soft, creamy CM, little bit of nausea but that's probably because I'm working myself up... I stupidly did a test this morning which was a bfn so feeling even worse now!

I know everyone else feels the same way but I wish I just knew one way or another... I'm 35 so worried that's affecting my fertility too.

As the time goes on, I think its best not to pay too much attention during the 2 ww. Of course easier said then done! It is so frustrating. Especially how our mind plays tricks on us. The first two pregnancies, I did not pay one bit attention during the 2 ww. For some reason, when trying for a third, maybe bc I am older, I am paying attention and counting the days (where as before I did not notice the days really!). Im on like cycle 6 (not sure exactly give or take a cycle, as some cycles we skipped trying do to circumstance. Good luck! Try to distract yourself.

I guess I just want it so badly I can't help but feel every tiny thing and jump to conclusions.

Today is about the same as yesterday, weird pressure/bruised feeling low abdomen, seems to be more than usual CM. Cervix still high and soft, slight raise in bbt this morning. My lunch tasted gross today but that might be because it was just gross! 😂 Xx

Haha I'm the same as u. my boobs have been achy too and my sound strange but they feel like they hot on the inside lol. I did break and do tests lol xx

These are mine but I been told that blue dyes are not to be trusted and the the pink one is from Asda and my friend told me that they are giving false positives 😏. Now I think I can see one on my frer one but only if u squint or tweak it in photo lol xx

I am in the exact same boat as you all! I am on 9dpo and have really sore heavy boobs that don’t usually last this long after ovulating, although took me a year to get my cycle normal after pill and only had 3 regular so I don’t know. So hard not to test! I think they look faint positives! Maybe try in a day or so? X

Wishing u luck @helensss I am only 7 days since the deed I didn't know I was ovulating as I missed last months period but all these symptoms have been the past 2/3 days for me. Wouldn't it be so much easier if straight after the deed you could just find out and stop all this stressing for us lol. Bit of a personal question but where are your boobs hurting? Xx

I know what you mean about boobs, mine are usually OK again by now. It's this weird stomach sensation that's getting me most though, I never used to get feelings in my stomach with AF it was all focused on my back with really bad cramps that usually were manageable one day and horrendous the next. To have these ongoing very dull sensations is odd for me x

@autismfamily mine hurt all the way around, if I take my bra off then ooowww if I brush against them then ooowww lol x

Haha I'm getting that too @guinicorn but I thought it was my fibo playing up lol but now u said that it might not be. One of the feelings I'm getting when I take off my bra is like my boobs are being pulled down lol xx

@autismfamily kind of on the sides and bottom and yes really sore when I take my bra off! I also cried when A client was rude to me today and I’m not normally sensitive to that, but could be bloody af coming, who knows it’s hard work isn’t it, so you did that test 7 days after Ov? X

That's exactly how mine feel too lol like they're pulling me towards the floor when I take my bra off... I just had a shower and it was a big comfort to just hold them up with my hands for a minute 😂

My AF is due on the 17th March but I had an implant removed after Xmas so my cycles are still a bit confusing. I think I'm 7dpo but could be wrong... I got a FRER this afternoon that I know I won't be able to stop myself using in the morning lol

Has anyone noticed an increase in CM as well? I've read it's supposed to dry up before AF but mines definitely more rather than less x

like creamy. I am glad I found this conversation,’driving my husband mad I think haha. I have a clear blue weeks indicator I bought before I came on last month but trying not to use it yet, haaaard! X

I know! Hardest time waiting, sends me a little crazy.. I think it’s the waiting and wondering, how long have you been TTC if you don’t mind me asking guinicorn? X

@helensss I'm guessing so as that was the only day we DTD and before that it was first week in January.
Lol I know what you mean I had moment my new white top has been put in the dark load I went mental like someone has stole all my money, my eldest daughter turns to me and says it's ok mum I will buy you new one and me like a tit burst into tears.
@guinicorn I just done the same but unfortunately it didn't help the sides keep getting in the way of my arms. My friend had loads of test left from when she fell a few months back and gave them to me so I could do them and "save" money (so what do I do I do them all today just to see 🤦. All have faint lines but have got a bit darker after time frame but surely they can't all be evaporation lines.
My cm is very lotion like only way to say its thick and white. Xx

Please keep updating, may help keep me sane haha going to try and wait till Sunday to test but not sure I’ll be able to, scares me even doing them now! @autismfamily I would have done the same, I told my husband last month I was going to buy some and his words ‘as long as I don’t keep tripping over them!’ 🙈

@autismfamily that sounds really good, I'd be beside myself with even the faintest line! Fingers crossed for your bfp very soon... I would have used all the tests too lol my stash consists of cheap one step ones, cheap boots ones, a couple of clearblue digital (which I'm saving for when I get an actual line on one of the others and will be the one I take to the fella when I 'announce' it to him) and as of tonight I have 2 frer tests 😂 is it crazy that I've even planned the tests I'm going to use!

@helensss my CM is creamy/lotion like aswell and sorry for tmi but is enough to leave wet patches in my underwear, I'm sure it should be much drier by now. Morning ritual of bbt check, cervix position check and possible frer in about 8 hours time! 😂

I think you might be just testing too early? I know how hard it is not to though! I felt sick on morning dog walk and sore boobs still, also having vivid dreams and not sleeping as well! Symptom spotting is a nightmare 😂😂

@helensss I'm pretty sure nausea is an elevation in one of the hormones but will have too google again to check... Also had a vivid dream last night and I'm not a big dreamer so maybe another positive, fingers crossed for you 🤞
