TTC after coming off Cerazette

Hi everyone!

Me and my boyfriend have decided to try for a baby. I’ve been on Cerazette for about 8 years with one break a few years back. I stopped taking the mini pill 16 days ago and still no bleed. Usually if I miss 1 day I’ll bleed the following week. I’ve taken a test which came back negative but wondering if it’s too early?
Can anyone else share their experience with coming off cerazette and their first bleed and/or conception please?! I’m desperate to get pregnant!

I can't remember what mine were like before, I had only had periods for less than a year before I started the pill for my acne and I've been on it ever since. It did get lighter while I was on it used to be 5 days, but dr said pill can do that. Not sure why it's still like it unless it's not out of my system (didn't even have the withdrawal bleed when I stopped)
Same here definitely not complaining, I don't even have to use anything! Just hope it doesn't have any other effects.

Yeah I was saying that yesterday @Abi58, I could almost get away without using anything, though when I go to the loo it all comes out (TMI) Still get the worst period pains to go with it though!

I had that the first day but the rest was minimal. Same here, I didn't get cramps on the pill, this time they weren't awful but a lot worse that I'm used to.

@Roo3125 how many days PO will you be by Thursday? Is it test day?! 😬 I've just got my midwife booking in appointment, 24th May which is my birthday! But never mind, nice to get things more sorted!

I honestly feel like af is coming today but I'm not due on till next Wednesday! Here's hoping these are all good signs, eh?!

@Roo3125 my first (and only) symptom was that feeling like I was about to get AF so hopefully a good sign!!! Been feeling like it for a week now, it's like it wants to me to have a constant reminder that something's going on in there!

Sold my car tonight, so can start looking for 5 door efforts now! Woohoo! Can't decide what to get though. Need something good for babies and for dogs! 🙄😂

A few more days and I'll know haha! I keep telling myself that over and over lol.

Tried to eat a cake there during my break and started to feel really sick half way through. I always finish cake! Strange! 🤔

Bloody hell. DP has been to the doctors as he's been a bit achy below, he's on medication now to reduce swelling in the tube from his balls. I feel like this is going to write this cycle off Sad

He's okay @Roo3125 but the inflammation might mean stuff isn't getting through and the antibiotics he's on might well affect sperm count and motility (in 2-3 months I guess)

Just not great timing. It's well narked me today.

Still having weird twinges and cannot stop burping. Couldn't eat my lunch today as I keep feeling sick when anything's in my mouth. Now I've got a headache and have been really thirsty all day! 🤦‍♀️ I really hope that I'm not going crazy!

@Roo3125 thirst was a big one for me and still is, just constantly have a dry mouth and need a drink! And the cramps and weird twinges are deffo a good sign, that's the thing I noticed the most. It was like nothing I've had before? I'm so excited for you, can't wait to find out if it's your month!! 🤞🏽

Anyways I came off the mini pill 12 days ago

I have a son 10 and daughter 7 son will be 11 in July

I have a new partner been with him just over a year he has a daughter who will be 11 in June and desperately wants a boy 🙄😂

I am 28, when I last TTC #2 I came off the combine pill in the April had no af or withdrawal at all and conceived in the June.

I have had a withdrawal bleed 3 days after I came off the pill but no sign of af or anything just yet.

@xoxhayleyxox So, I’ve had a dry mouth ALL day. Been burping at least twice every few minutes. Shattered, but can’t sleep and now my boobs really hurt! If I’m not preggers then I need some serious help haha! 🤦‍♀️😂

Just bought myself a new car to help the wait go quicker! 🙄 Because that definitely makes so much sense haha! 🙄😂

Hi girls, I introduced myself a few weeks ago now but I've just been lurking and reading....I'm a lurker 🤷🏽‍♀️😂(friends joke sorry!!)
Anyway....is anyone having trouble sleeping?? I'm due af on Saturday around 12dpo (I think!) and can I hell sleep on a night!!! Which then makes me nap during the day and it's a vicious circle. I work silly shifts anyway and a lot being until 1 or 3am but I've never had a problem like this before!
