TTC after coming off Cerazette

Hi everyone!

Me and my boyfriend have decided to try for a baby. I’ve been on Cerazette for about 8 years with one break a few years back. I stopped taking the mini pill 16 days ago and still no bleed. Usually if I miss 1 day I’ll bleed the following week. I’ve taken a test which came back negative but wondering if it’s too early?
Can anyone else share their experience with coming off cerazette and their first bleed and/or conception please?! I’m desperate to get pregnant!

Well I’m steering well clear of preg tests until after the date Flo has for next AF as I just took one and it had a very faint coloured line. Which I’ve seen on numerous occasions now and they are just bollocks in my case.

@Comps83 The ics are awful! Although, I have seen posts where they go on to be positive but I wouldn't trust them at all :(

I've been sleeping on and off all day. Absolutely exhausted!

I’ve felt pretty ropey the last few days. Which is apparently a symptom of ovulation

Has anyone been to their gp about it ? I’ve an appointment on Monday and I’m even unsure of what to say to her , wish I had of never taken cerazette

I called my GP but missed their call back. I'm off work this week so if there's no more development I'll be going in. They take 2 weeks to give you an appointment though 🙄

I actually feel god awful tonight 🤦‍♀️ I've broken out in spots all around my mouth today too.

I'll never go back on the pill again! It's awful!

@Comps83 That's exactly what I said to my DP earlier. Keep getting a weird acidic taste at the back of my throat and retching 🤢

Well god knows how long it’s been since I ovulated . And I’m sure I wasn’t looking out for any symptoms when I did . Didn’t realise it was such a ball ache Grin

I've shown my nurse friend the test and she can see the line and says things sound hopeful 🤞 Have the NHS test to take tomorrow.

This is such a confusing time! Hate the pill!

So, yeah, the line is most definitely darker this morning!! The GP ones are a much weaker level than the frer (hcg 25) but still show something too! Eek!

And of course it won't let me upload a pic as I've uploaded too many yesterday! What is that all about?!
