Our new year's resolution is to get a BFP!

I fell off the December bus today after a 34 day cycle. AF turned up this afternoon. I will be ovulating on Christmas Day by the looks of things! Hoping this means I can enjoy mulled wine etc this Christmas.

So here we go again.

I've not accurately charted yet but based off my 28 day cycle and AF due this weekend, Christmas is my fertile week too!
Ages: 29/ 30

Will be Cycle#1
Currently CD24 but couldn't be pregnant this cycle

HJWT ooh that's pretty close to Christmas! Any chance of conceiving this side of the New Year? Or do you need your cycles to fix themselves? I don't really know much about implants, I've never been on hormonal contraception.

@PaintingOwls Last time I had it removed end of Nov, had a period 12th Dec and was pregnant by the 9th JAN! I told DH he is not aloud near me till Iv had a period 😂

I'm on the other Jan thread and I'll like to join this one too! As I remember you @PaintingOwls from the Dec thread!

TTC after a TFMR at 13 weeks in August. We don't have any other children. This is our second month of trying since the TFMR.

Currently on CD3 and due to ovulate during Christmas week. I'm deffo going to conceive on Christmas Day, I've decided!!!

Ha just noticed @PaintingOwls and @thosethreewords both ovulating over Christmas week too! I'm hoping for a bit of Christmas magic for us all!

I was really upset because I thought I had family staying from the 22nd onwards in my small house 😱 but it turns out I had the wrong end of the stick and they're coming on the 27th (end of my FW) phew!!!!! One less thing to worry about...!

@WildFlower2018 I'm just so overly excited it ridiculous we have just had a few days away and I was pointing out all the nice prams to DH 😂 he hates me so much he's like you can have what ever you want just shut up about it till it happens 🤭🤪

@waitingforbaby2 yay another potential Christmas baby! This should mean we'll all be (roughly) doing the 2WW together. Fab.

@thosethreewords we thought we'd have to sneak around too before our plans changed. We'd spoken about it quite a lot, even had a few silly jokes about it .... but no need now, thankfully. I was so worried about creaking beds and parents being in the house we were going to devise a "method" for doing it super quietly and practise it on the run up to FW 😂🤣

@HJWT I'm insufferable. We've just moved house and everything for me is baby baby baby. Found a new cafe within walking distance? I'll take future baby there. Oh look, there's a village hall. I wonder if they run a mother and baby group there? Etc etc!

@thosethreewords your so lucky! My DH said I'm not aloud to buy anything big till I'm
30 weeks then we will pick a day and buy everything 😂 to be fair though I did buy a momaroo steriliser bouncer etc the second after our 12 week scan with DD and we were falling over the box's for the rest of the pregnancy haha so I know what he means xx

Hello @WildFlower2018! I remember you too, I think we were in sync last month. Looks like we might be this time round as well!

I've been ill all week and AF is still here so I'm not sure if that will affect ovulation?

Hi, would like to tentatively join - having my implant taken out on 7th Jan. I’m 29, we will be ttc baby 1 😀 after 5.5 years having an implant I have no idea of cycles yet!

Hi girls I'm also jumping on, due to ovulate tomorrow. Tonight I had the darkest OPK I've ever seen, tried SMEP this month. Don't know what's going to happen but if it's not my lucky month then I'll be on the Jan bus with you all too AF due 29th Dec

It's a Mirena coil, so hormonal paintingowls. DC#1 is 2.5... It feels like he's gone from being a baby to being an actual boy in the last few weeks!!

Thankfully things happened quite quickly after my coil came out last time, so fingers crossed for the same this time!
