Hi all, I have just turned 39, and have 2 daughters from my previous marriage, aged 6 and 9. I am in a very happy long term relationship with my partner who is 32. We have just started TTC'ing for a baby. My third, his first. Anyone else in a similar situation?
I believe I should be ovulating today or tomorrow (On CD17 of a 32/33 day cycle) but no positive OPK yet. Worried my eggs have dried up! Wink

@Bloodylegoeverywhere Hmm, I could convince myself there's a line on your test.... so frustrating! AF due today and so far nothing. Just took an eBay cheapie pig test and think I've got line eyes.... I can see a faint line but can't get a good pic of it for you girls to study!! I bet it's just my eyes x

I'm not sure and I can't enlarge the pig test on my phone. Try again tomorrow morning with fmu! Guess it didn't turn up today?

It's so faint it doesn't really come up in the pics. I'll test again tomorrow but I really don't think I'll get a positive. No AF today so I'm sure she'll turn up tomorrow xx

But that's good, I saw on one website that you are best testing after you are due your period. At least you can see it in real life. My squinty was only after you took a picture, still nothing on the test! You never know 're tmrw am!

I'll let you know! Got a delivery of 15 cheap pig tests today so I'll keep testing til AF comes 😂

I am 39 conceived #1 in three months (although ended in miscarriage sadly) conceived #2 8 weeks later which ended in my beautifu boy being stillborn (not age related) and conceived #3 three months later (after first proper cycle) and currently 8 weeks pregnant (first scan today!). So proof that the Daily Mail's 'everyone is barren after 35' is a load of nonsense. Yes, egg quality is lower but with good timing and a healthy lifestyle it does happen! Good luck to you all x

@Bloodylegoeverywhere A few more squinties but mainly BFN's but still no AF! Argh! 3 days late now (have been 31/32 days every month for 6 months since been off the pill) Am now on CD35. I'm def not preggers as it would have shown on a test by now. Sigh. Just want AF to arrive so we can get in with next month. Any other news? X

Sliding in - we are about to start TTC number 4. I am 40 and conceived our 5, 4 and 2 year olds very quickly but aware this may not be the case this time

That's annoying/unfair. I'd stop testing now and just wait for af. Put on some white jeans and go for a super long walk GrinGrinGrin is the boozy weekend this weekend?
For me God knows, cm is on a mission this month so can't tell if I did ovulate last week or yesterday?
I'm not sure how many cycles we will try for, for number 3.
