So I'm starting another two week wait, a bit sooner than anticipated. It seems I either ovulated CD 10 or 11 this cycle, which is very early for me.

Not sure if I'm 1 or 2dpo? Got a positive ovulation strip on Wednesday, by Thursday it was negative, but had lots of EWCM and CP was high soft and open. Would I get a negative OPK on the day or within hours of ovulation? Any advice would be much appreciated .

I swear there will be a ceremonial burning of the clearblue monitor after I get the static smiley. I have had a big temp drop this morning so I am really hoping that means something positive!
DH in the meantime has decided the last few days he is not in the mood, either too tired or too hot. So if I had got the static smiley I would have been in a bit of a panic to Dtd!

@Triskaidekaphilia - when are you off on holiday? Are you going abroad? Hopefully it will be a celebration for you 🤞🏻but as Momma said if not you can really relax and enjoy the perks of the holiday it is a good way to forget about it all if it is a bfn too.
I am off on Saturday for too weeks, I really hope I ov by then as I don't think I will bother with the opks on hol.

Yes I definitely think we are listening even more to our body at the moment and feel every little twinge!
I realise I've got a concert in December so if I'm pg I would be 5 months pg by then, hope it's OK to go lol. If I'm not then at least it would be safer . It's a hatsune miku concert!

7dpo today and I've had a tiny bit of CM this morning. Hard to identify it though, seemed more watery, which is odd as that usually comes before O. Also getting some dull achy like cramps today so AF may be approaching. I usually have a 10 day LP with some spotting from 7/8dpo so time will tell I guess. Just really hope this is our month for a BFP. Not sure how much more of this TTC I can take!!

@FlapJackered those flashing smilies quickly become irritating don't they! Are you doing opk's as well?

I'm a little concerned as my temp doesn't seem to have shifted, I have pcos so always a chance I haven't ovulated, guess I'll just have to wait and see!

It's so hard to not look ahead and plan what you'll be doing if you are/aren't pregnant isn't it. I just hope the wait goes quickly for everyone!

I 'think' I'm in the 2ww! Haven't got a positive OPK... but one looked close to positive a good week ago so thinking I just actually missed it but we were b'ding anyway!

Had cramps last night and this morning slightly. Been peeing a lot. Sooo tired. Had an orange tinge to CM a couple of days ago and over the last few days also some brown discharge so fingers crossed! 🤞🏼

I also have PCOS and I might not even be ovulating so those symptoms could be nothing. Have a cd 21 blood test on Friday to see if I've ovulated.

Will be on to month 9 of TTC if AF shows up!

Oh no @FlapJackered, I hope you get your solid smiley soon. Probably best that you don't take OPKs on holiday, you want to get it off your mind really. Yes we're going abroad at the beginning of September, so during next months 2ww!

@feerouge Ooh is it like a hologram concert? I think you'll be fine but if standing I'd get towards the back so you won't get squished! I'm going to one in October but if we get there really early we can watch from the balcony so we'll do that if I'm pregnant.

@Eminen it gets so frustrating doesn't it! At 7dpo the cramps could be AF or implantation, so hard to tell! I kno watery CM is usually before O but sometimes I do get watery mixed up with lotiony kind, had that a few days ago.

@seastargirl yes I find myself almost every month working out how many weeks I'd be at any events I have coming up and when the due date would be. Atm it would be somewhere around easter Monday

Having cramping again, and boobs have started to get heavy, not hurting yet though. I have a feeling it's going to be an early AF

@Triskaidekaphilia - yes I think I will just call it a day with the tests if I haven't ov'd by Saturday. I am thinking I might not use them next cycle as I have found this quite stressful.

@seastargirl - yes doing opks too, I feel like I am constantly poas at the moment 😂 I have had a few strong lines but like you my temp hasn't shifted and it normally does so I don't think I have ov'd yet.

@FlapJackered I've got some FRERs coming with my shopping today, going to hold off testing until Sunday if AF doesn't come by then. If I did ovulate on CD10 then a normal test would work on Monday but could be as late as Friday since I don't know for sure.

@Triskaidekaphilia I wish I could be as patient as you! I told myself I wouldn't test until atleast Saturday but I had a delivery of IC today and at 3.30pm on 7dpo I POAS!! What is wrong with me?! And I swear I can see a shadow of a line, but it must be an indent or evap. Why do I do this to myself?!

@Eminen Oh don't worry with ICs I'm just as bad, I end up testing and testing until I run out! I've banned myself this month! I'll be very, very tempted to test when they arrive, but I know anything at this stage will probably need FMU, so I'll try to forget about it, but it's a two pack so if I do cave on Fri/Sat I can do another next week! And then have a normal one in the cupboard for next Friday!

@Eminen that made me chuckle, we've all done that, even though every sane part of your body tells you not to bother the urge is just too strong!

@seastargirl @Triskaidekaphilia Tell me about it! When it comes to POAS, all logic goes out of the window. It's a serious addiction! I took a picture of it after 10 mins and I've literally spent the last 3 hours staring at it. I need help!!

@Eminen Have you got the app where you can invert it and stuff? Give you a few different versions to stare at at least? I can do it if you want to put it on here?

Hahaha I remember with DD, I was working in a college and had access to sex education teacher room and as we were ttc in summer and there were no student or staff I kept taking one test after the other in the box and went mad and emptied the box just to end up bfp with a test at home lmao... Nuts!

Well the extra "just for luck" deed didn't happen last night So here's hoping the tomwe did do in the fw will be enough. I noticed some more ewcm today which is unusual but I've stopped using opks this month. We are off on holiday Friday as well so can't wait to chill out and I hope it aids implantation! Put on ovia today that I noticed no symptoms at all today so let's see what this next week brings! Af due around the 19th

What is this app that inverts the colours of pics? I need it! I'm also a bit crazy when it comes to POAS. I got a pack of 20 ovulation tests off of amazon and thought that should be plenty. But I've none left over and I'm only cd17, I'd be a bit stuck if I hadn't have already got a positive 🙈 If I'm not pregnant this month I think I'll have to pull out the big guns and buy a pack of 50 next time. I haven't bought any IC pregnancy tests because I know I won't be able to resist the urge to constantly test!

Little update on my situation today, I am now 7dpo officially. Felt a bit away with the fairies at work, and just generally out of sorts,kept getting weird twinges in my lower abdomen, wouldn't call them cramps, more twinges. Thinking it might just be my imagination. Honestly I get to about 5dpo every cycle and my mind starts playing tricks on me. Also the egg white CM shows no sign on budging. However and this might be massively TMI, I have been using preseed this cycle and I'm wondering if this is really egg white cm or preseed that's been left behind? I actually squeezed a bit of pressed out of tube and into my hand to inspect the consistency, lol, and surprisingly for something that's suppose to 'mimic your fertile cervical fluid' it feels nothing like egg whites at all, more like a clear watery gel. So who knows?

Ah crap. These aren't FRERs, they're first response 'rapid result'- basically normal tests but with quicker results not sure I can afford to get another lot so I'll just have to wait

@Momma22 I wouldn't have thought preseed could turn that consistently? Not used it myself but I had a lot of days of EWCM too without it.
