@zarala and @DaisyMay25 I also get terrible back pain since MC. All the time!! I've also had scans etc but they can't say why.
@DaisyMay25 and @Sloeberrygin that's so frustrating that your lines aren't getting darker. Fx they do soon!!

Evening 🐧, hope you've all had a good weekend. I'm feeling positive for the future now having felt so down all through spring. Ready to get cracking. I know I'm going to be terrified when the time comes but for now just feeling good and enjoying life. Hope you're all doing ok, especially those who are still in the early days. It will get better though you will never forget. xx

@zarala I had that too! Had it quite obviously for first 2 months after ERPC but then calmed down after that.
Thanks @babynameedie I am a bit of a nervous wreck!! Woke up on Friday with very little symptoms and had a massive panic...very nearly didn’t get on our flight (weekend away). But did a test and the line was a bit darker so I just had to pull myself together! Still don’t have very strong symptoms so I am nervous!! Fingers crossed for you this month xx

@Claire138 hope you've had a fun weekend away, where did you go? I can't imagine how panicked I'll be when (if?!) I get pregnant - so I really can see where you're coming from, but I guess you've just got to find some way to trust your body with it. Oh but as I write that I realise it'll be so so hard to do! Ask @Cakelaur for suggestions!

@Boboelephant and @zarala and @DaisyMay25 my lower back is almost always painful now, and I wonder if that too is to do with MC, now you mention it?! Weird huh. Our poor bodies have been through so much

@BabyNameEdie @Boboelephant @zarala and @DaisyMay25 I am also much more aware of every twinge, back, front and sides, but mainly sore back. I don't think I've even ov'd yet this month, but still convincing myself it's a sign and must be pregnancy symptoms!

2 1/2 and have been TTC #2 since a MMC in October last year. Have had ups and downs and found various groups on mumsnet to be massively helpful. I don't always post that much but always read updates and am happy to hear good news and try and support from the wider web! 😁

@Claire138 oh bless you. It’s bloody hard isn’t it. I’m not very positive again, I’m trying to relax. I’m getting nothing symptom wise. But I’m only coming up 6 weeks so I will tell myself that it’s still early days

@Claire138 & @Primrose16 in my last pregnancy the consultant told me that a lack of pregnancy symptoms is not something to worry about and lots of women don't get them- and he said especially if it's not the first pregnancy- so I found that to be really reassuring!

I have been seeing a Chinese herbalist since my 3rd consecutive MC in March and she asked me how long my lower back had been hurting (even tho I hadn't mentioned it at all)- and she basically explained that in Chinese medicine for fertility health the kidney plays a major role- and the back pain is due to something to do with the kidneys! Not really sure what the solution is but she says stress is a major factor and that I need to chill and eat lots of ginger...
Anyway just thought I'd share!

It's so hard not to stress out though, I'm going to try my best this month. Anyone got any tips for staying mellow?

@zarala thanks for the info, sounds v sensible to me! I love ginger in hot water so will up my intake of that. Apparently fresh turmeric in hot water is also full of wonderful qualities.
