Thanks all. Still fairly convinced it's all a big mistake and I'll test again tomorrow and there'll be no line.

Littlemimosa - I'm TTC #1, 32 (33 in a week) and this is cycle 12ish (over the course of about 18 months).

Shredtheevidence · 20/08/2017 12:06

Massive congratulations Katie.

I am 11dpo today and bfn so far. Having one of those months where I feel pregnant. Am just trying to get my head to overtake my heart as I know my chances are the same this month as every month. Try to persuade myself so inam not heartbroken when af turns up!!!

littlemimosa · 20/08/2017 13:12

Shred - I'm hearing you loud and clear!

Af arrived:( Feeling really sad this time. Am starting to get really drained by the rollercoaster of it all.

Trying to look at the small positive of a regular cycle (especially at my age) and am making plans going forward. Going to give acupuncture a go. I love the reflexology but I've been going every two weeks for months so I'm wondering if my body needs something more. Something 'deeper'....

Shredtheevidence · 20/08/2017 19:39

So sorry to hear that @littlemimosa. Time for a large glass of wine and some pate and camembert!!

RhiBee29 · 20/08/2017 20:52

I'm living it up ladies, wine, pate and Brie today. Hoping for AF next Sunday which will mean my cycle back to 28 days and I'm aboard the TTC train again. Trying to focus on being more positive and relaxed this time round. Good luck everyone x

11/12 9dpo this morning and another bfn. How do I stop myself POAS xx

Shredtheevidence · 21/08/2017 10:02

The 9 in that was a typo!!!

Melodypond17 · 21/08/2017 12:52

I had an ultrasound and internal scan this morning following the doctors referral for secondary infertility.

Apparently I have a polyp in my uterus that may or may not be causing issues... I have to go back to the doctors and potentially be referred to a gynaecologist.

Has anyone else has any experiences of polyps and come through positively on the other side?

RhiBee29 · 21/08/2017 20:29

@Melodypond17 i don't have any experience of polyps. I hope the scan was ok and you can get to the bottom of the problem x

Melodypond17 · 21/08/2017 23:47

Thanks @RhiBee29 xx

lisara79 · 22/08/2017 09:50

Hi @melodypond17 I also have no experience but spotting the problem surely is the step to resolving.... my grandmother and partner both had polyps elsewhere and they seemed quite easy to remove and resolve... hoping all is sorted quickly for you x

I'm out. AF has turned up!!!!!!

RhiBee29 · 22/08/2017 19:15

@Shredtheevidence sorry AF has arrived Sad

littlemimosa · 24/08/2017 22:54

So sorry Shred. It's horrid isn't it. Especially when you are in the grip of hormones/pms.

I'm on day 5 now and feeling a bit better than 5 days ago. I've had acupuncture today so feel I'm doing something positive.

Melody no experience of polyps I'm afraid. Only ovarian cysts. What did they say they could do for you?

Rhi how's things with you?

Lisara and Katie how are things going?

Melodypond17 · 24/08/2017 23:03

@littlemimosa - won't know til I go to the doctors next week... about 8dpo and have never felt less positive right now :( x

RhiBee29 · 25/08/2017 07:00

Morning @littlemimosa currently on cd 26 and just waiting on AF to arrive. Last cycle was 37 days but that was first one after mc so hoping this will be shorter and I go on holiday next Friday so would be nice if AF has been & gone by then!

RedPanda25 · 25/08/2017 08:29

Hi everyone! TTC #2, DS is 19 months old and I'm 30. I'm due af on Monday and feel so pregnant. I had a miscarriage in June and have had the exact same symptoms this week as I before my bfp for that pregnancy so I'm feeling positive. However I bought some internet cheapies and it's a bfn today. Does anyone know if they're unreliable? I've ordered some FRER too which should arrive today. Don't want to get my hopes up but it's so hard not too!

RhiBee29 · 25/08/2017 20:36

Welcome @RedPanda25 and @InRainbows wishing you lots of baby luck x

littlemimosa · 25/08/2017 20:39

Welcome newbies!

Rhi - i'm sure your body will be back to its usual cycles in another cycle or two. Oooh a holiday...how exciting. Could be the perfect place for a conception;)

Melody - so sorry lovely. You sound really fed up. I bet you'll feel better once you've seen your gp and get some answers. The not knowing is the worst bit. Why don't you try starting a new thread to see if anyone has any experience of polyps? You'll get a much wider audience than on here x

Melodypond17 · 25/08/2017 20:53

@littlemimosa thanks Hun xx
At least I'm really busy with work right now so it's keeping me distracted - will wait and see what the gp says and then go from there

RedPanda25 · 26/08/2017 10:33

So this happened this morning - so excited but so scared after my MC this year!

2ww#3 - hope, hormones and help
lisara79 · 26/08/2017 10:44

congratulations @redpanda25 I'm still watching here but got my bfp 3 weeks ago. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage in June. I am terrified everyday... I imagine the worst, analyse every symptom and run to the bathroom every 20 mins to check I'm not bleeding. There's a really good thread in the pregnancy section about pregnancy after miscarriage. It's helping me!

RhiBee29 · 26/08/2017 10:55

Congrats @RedPanda25 you and @lisara79 are giving me hope after my mc in June x
