2ww#3 - hope, hormones and help

Af due any day - no set date as my cycles are all over the place.
Fingers crossed for everyone else x

ive resolved not to test until sat when af is due. i think im around 10dpo today. boobs a little tender but could be af gearing up. its usual for me around now.

Had a reflexology session last night and af has arrived with full force today. Getting back on track

I think I'm going to have to try it Rhibee... I'm also thinking about acupuncture...

I credit reflexology with getting me pregnant with both my children.

It's not working for me this time but I am a fair bit older. Sob.

If nothing else it is very relaxing and calming.

I'm officially into another 2ww. Ovulated today CD 12 so here we go. Am determined to stay relaxed and not symptom spot this time.....hmmmmm. !

I've already said once af arrived and it's def all over for this month I'm going to give reflexology a go...

Good luck @littlemimosa I'm also trying positive visualisation and I'm reading The Secret.

@Melodypond17 I'm a total convert to alternative therapies. Anything is worth a shot.

@lisara79 I've had acupuncture for pain relief and it worked wonders, I've heard it's really effective for fertility.

@rhibee29 i just hate my feet so concious of reflexology lol.

@lisara79 - I am so getting a pedicure first! 😂

Rhi - just looked at the Secret on Amazon. Would love to read it. How are you finding it? It's in my wish list.

Speaking of books has anyone read It Starts with the Egg? There was a thread about it and it sounded v interesting. Think I might invest in both... expensive but cheaper than fertility treatments I guess.

@littlemimosa I'm finding it quite repetitive and a bit preaching tbh but I do agree with some of the principles like visualisation and positivity.

ah well ladies im feeling decidedly un pregnant. cd 28 here and got a little bit excited as sore boobs but seems its just pms.

did a one step cheapy this morning ( tho AF isnt officially late so wasnt wasting a FRER) and got a bfn although it wasnt with fmu. dont think that will make a difference really.

just waiting for AF to arrive now. feel a bit crap for a multitude of reasons but another month down the drain.

Driving myself crazy... 12 5dpo, cd28 of a 31 day cycle... spotty, achy, tired and with wet cm... all good signs as well as a higher bbt this morning BUT I get all of these things at times without being pregnant and after miscarriage, loathed to test early as don't want to get my hopes up early only to have a chemical which I may not have known about. A negative wouldn't prove as a negative to my mind anyway.... Ahhh.... I'm going to over think until either AF shows up or Wednesday when I'm a few days late now. I also had no implantation dip or bleeding this month and I got both when I conceived and I have a sore throat which could be a cold causing the temp increase....

@lisara79 TWW is hell! If any consolation I had no symptoms with DS would not have known I was pg if I hadn't tested but last time I had implantation bleeding and every symptom you can think of and that ended in mc so you never know!

Heading for cycle 7 and more and more despondent

So I've spoken to dh and am going to go down the reflexology route and see if that helps... is there an ideal time to do it? Day before educated guess at ovulation date? Week in advance? Please help! xx

ahh... sorry Melodypond17... af is a cowbag. is like to try reflexology but know nothing else... @rhibee29 and @littlemimosa know best on this subject... x

I'm caught in the to test or not to test conundrum... my cycles vary from 28 to 31 days... today is day 29 so Tuesday will be day 31... I'm inclined to wait and see if AF turns up by Tuesday... I'm feeling positive and have a "May be" feeling but been here before and it's not been it... I have AF cramps but that means little... my temps are also still up but I have a bit of a cold that could account for that... don't want to waste a test and obvs still concerned about chemical pregnancy so hmm... just sharing!!

Not sure if there's an ideal time for reflexology. It's used to rebalance hormones and get everything in good working order rather than boost anything...well thats my understanding. Definitely have it at night if you can it's so relaxing you'll just want to sleep after it x
