Sorry all have been trying to relax a bit after my uber cycle last month. Was assuming or even hoping i would go back to my usual ov on day on CD 27. Today is day CD 21 and I just used opk as I had some ewcm and was shocked to see it was positive. Better get on with dtd!

How are the rest of Team Upduffing getting on?

ladybirdno1 · 08/08/2017 13:55

I'm due my period on 19th August. My period was 2 weeks late last month- I think due to stress as got married! So am unsure how accurate ovulation stuff will be.
Stats:
Cycle 1 TTC #1
Age 35
Ovulation prediction date was 3rd August.
I'm unsure at the moment whether to wait until 19th to test or do a bit earlier Grin

Hi can I please join?

Been TTC #1 FOR 3 1/2 years - tried for 3 years no help diagnosed with pcos in January and on my 2nd cycle of Clomid really hoping for a BFP this month I am currently 1/2 dpo no scan this month just Opk's as clomid worked so well for me the first cycle I just go back if it hasn't worked for me after 3 cycles. X

AF finally over after 9 days of hell!

Not actively TTC this cycle as got our holiday to France coming up and I'm looking forward to the Brie & wine and i know it's stupid but I don't want to risk mc whilst I'm away, the last mc happened away from home which was distressing. Saying that I'm not going to prevent it from happening either.

Nice to hear from you @Shredtheevidence hope you catch the surge

Good luck all x

ladybirdno1 · 10/08/2017 04:35

Lisara79 so how far along does that make you and now you know are you noticing any symptoms? Try to stay relaxed as much as possible, sending you positive vibes x

lisara79 · 10/08/2017 08:11

Thanks @melodypond17. @ladybirdno1 that's makes me 4w5d today.... symptoms started about a week ago (I was denying it to myself) and included lots of wet cm, period type pain, mild headaches and a feeling of being really aware of my uterus as it felt like a ball in my abdomen. My boobs are not really sore, not more than normal anyway. I also got more spots about 10days to a week ago.

OP posts:
littlemimosa · 11/08/2017 19:54

Congratulations Lisara!!! So great to see a bfp on here.
Praying for a sticky one this time for you. How are you feeling today?

lisara79 · 11/08/2017 20:14

Thanks @littlemimosa!! I'm fine... still lots of period type cramps but nothing too serious... I'm feeling quite positive but crossing my fingers until Monday as then I will have passed where I was before. I've done another test since and is still dark... both tests have been much darker than they were last time so all looking positive. It's just so difficult not telling anyone! I'm going to tell DH next week (after date has passed) and family after iv e seen doctor - just want some reassurance. I worried a lot last time. I feel less vulnerable this time so hoping that's a good time. How are you doing?

OP posts:
littlemimosa · 13/08/2017 09:53

@lisara79 - wow you're so strong not to have told DH yet! Good on you. Glad to hear you're feeling a lot more positive this time.

I'm fine thanks. On about CD 22/23 so AF due middle/end of next week but i'm certain i'm not pregnant. Strange cos I'm usually full of hope at this stage but I think i didn't ovulate (AGAIN). I'm going to be brave and get my scan and blood results in the next week or two. Am dreading bad news but feel i need to know now. Sigh.

How's everyone else? Quiet on here...

lisara79 · 13/08/2017 10:08

do you temp @littlemimosa? it has been the most useful thing I do... told me when I ovulated and (turns out) when I conceived... you'd know if you'd ovulated at least and could give you piece of mind. x Tests are never a bad thing, results may be hard to take but IF they were worst case, that's no worse than monthly disappointment in the long run.... and the news could be positive!
