We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

ni DHEA is a pre-hormone which some believe can dramatically improve egg quality but it is not without controversy! As my consultant has prescribed it to me I am cautiously optimistic :) mine is from Health Aid - pure and 25mg.

moose I have definately not been looking after myself as well as I should - keep thinking I need to lose weight to help and then thinking I'm going to get fat anyway. I'm doing couch to 5km though and starting to really enjoy it, I'm at week 5 now. Good luck starting out!

Got inot a wierd habit of starting to plan what I will do next month when nothing happens this time again. Need to focus on being positive and just enjoying DTD!

Thanks for the congratulations. Still in shock! AF was due tomorrow so dont think it will be real until then. Worrying because i got bfp so early 5 days before AF but i think i must have O'd early??

Kathrino, today's learning was....don't wear red knickers when it's knicker checking time!! Very confusing! I seem to get cm discharge before AF. I have to remind myself that this happens to me every month. It is not a pg sign. It is my body fucking with me! Bloated as fck too but again that's probably just pms.

Stark I can't believe you're 11+ weeks!!! It may not feel it for you, but time is flying! You're almost a third way through!! Can't wait for the ball to get rolling for you from Friday!... I also can't believe how far behind you I am!

Thanks Kwick, Dr Google and I had a chat about it! I saw it should be prescribed by a consultant so figured it's probably beyond my novice ability...I'll leave that one! Read good things about it though...hope its helpful for you!!

Lovely that stuff is frustrating as fuck (I'm very sweary today!!) We had two incidences of that this FW. I had to massage his ego so much afterwards so that he didn't make it into a big deal and get stage fright the next time...Although really I wanted to throttle him!!

I looked at my apps and I could be anywhere from 10+6 to 11+5 because I don't know when I ovulated lol, I'm inclined to think Im closer to 11 weeks than 12 but as long as I can get the next week out of the way I can start focusing on fx a positive scan and the next few weeks.

And don't forget, in terms of pregnant I'm only really 7 and a bit weeks since bfp, two weeks from ovulation plus two weeks from start of cycle that they count, so I'm not that much ahead of y'all, you'll soon be catching me up!

Genuinely though, pleeeease have a glass of wine for me, it's weird as balls having to think "can I have that?" I'm not whinging honestly, I know I'm super blessed, and you will all be joining me being constipated as balls and uncomfortable soon!

Haha, Ni, I was wearing pink knickers today and had the same thought! We actually went out for the day and I didn't take any pads/tampons with me which I thought would probably make it show up but nothing so far.

I'm due to ovulate this Sunday which is ironically Mother's Day here. And af is due on my birthday. So I'm excited about a lovely birthday present or dreading getting another visit from af the witch. June I start Clomid and we do IUI alongside dtd.
Currently watching the news. Trump might actually be the next president. Ugh I'm going to persuade dh to move back to the uk!!!

kwick blood test Friday which should hopefully generate a scan date for the next couple of weeks time. Fingers crossed anyway, I'm not looking forward to blood test!

jem that's the worst bit, no drinking but the first few weeks I felt fine, just like I had a hangover, exhausted and slightly off colour! I've been VERY lucky so far though, with regards to symptoms. Get the opk's out, two a day job!

Your words of wisdom are doing wonders Stark! Not only do I not want to test pre AF due date, but I want to leave it as long as possible now so that the first trimester wait is not so long!!

Definetly leave it as long as you can ni it really is boring! First week or so i was sort of 'teehee, I've got a lovely secret' but it's mainly just the anxiety and tedious for me. You can't really buy anything or do anything to celebrate. Because we didn't do an early scan because we're both superstitious and agreed not to tell anyone until after 12 weeks it's just an albatross on my back, sat there, poking me with its beak and saying shush!

Of course this is mainly down to me and dh being completely odd, so any mention of any future things are shushed and not discussed as if in some way it's going to change anything! I suppose I'm just aware that nothing is a guarantee. Also I am, both figuratively and literally, full of shit, so my brain can't compute much currently!

But I am attempting a new blog post!
