Jodie I chart my temps. First you need a bbt thermometer, you can get the from eBay it has to be one of those not a fever thermometer as they don't give you points if a degree which bbt's do. You can start midcycle but it won't be as accurate. Test your temp at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up, before moving talking etc. I set my alarm for 7 every morning to take my temp even if I go back to sleep after. I use fertility friend, I start taking opk's from cd7 3 times a day, one at 10am, one at 2pm and one between 6 and 9 pm and stop when it goes back to neg after ov.
Normally you get a temp spike when ov occurs and it usually means you ov'd the day before your spike in the chart, the temps have to be higher for 3 consecutive days to confirm ov though. Hope this helps.
Elderberries faint or not it's still positive, congrats hope all goes well.
Mimi I have no advice sorry, used to live in Cambridge years ago when I had dd1 but moved back to Leicester during my pregnancy. Not sure what you should do, suppose it's what ever feels right for you.
