Hi everyone,

Here's our shiny new thread continuing from the old 'who wants to buddy up' thread (sorry, don't know how to link). I'm sure some regulars will be along in a minute and also anyone else who is ttc and would like some company is very welcome to join- we're very friendly!

**Violet, hence I need the opk.... Cant be dtd more than once a day for 7 days....need to find a smaller window!!

We are dtd everyday, morning and evening but I still haven't had a positive OPK but I have now decided that it was last week when there was a faint line and as I was testing every other day, I missed the dark line, I say this because now I have no line at all! (that's the theory anyway) :D

well I had 2 weeks of bleeding 2 weeks ago and then started again Monday but that was it...just one day so I'm bit confused as to where I am as not really been keeping major eye on things . I had cramping/achy pain on right side last night which was similar to ov pain so did to be on safe side lol x

Nicky after my positive opk last night I had left sided ovary pain, looks like we will be cycle buddies again Opk was still positive this morning, so dtd again this evening as we both had to be out early for work and opk is negative now. Still got a strong test line, but a bit lighter than the control line. So will be aiming to dtd the next two nights and then onto the waiting.

Issieglad your dd slept better last night. Hows the dtd-a-thon going? I've not had any coffee today but had a large glass of coke for my caffeine fix instead.

choc are you testing again or has AF arrived?

violet I got a solid smiley today so seem to have totally skipped the flashing smiley- weird. So going to try and dtd for the next 4 days now. Dtd Sunday and Wednesday so not doing too badly so far. (Tmi!!). Been having 1 coffee a day and the rest decaf...I'm not counting chocolate. Sounds like you've timed it really well this month Violet so fx for you!!

Wow pink twice a day is hardcore! Fx it does the trick and you get your bfp.

Issie solid smiley face yay !!!! Mine was Wednesday going to try for tonight and tomorrow, then give up and start the waiting! OH has agreed to tonight, think I might be pushing it for tomorrow as well, I think he's tired of it now really we haven't had a "night off" since monday! Pink I don't know how you can manage twice a day, you definitely deserve a bfp for the effort!!

Yeh but I'm on a hen do all weekend so not great timing- gahh! Going to dtd tonight, tomorrow morning before I leave, Sunday when I get back then mon, tues. Hope that's ok, that's a long gap between Saturday morning and Sunday evening. Not stressing though, I'm being totally zen and chilling out this cycle

Sorry all! Slightly mad in the choc household....bfp today!!!!!!! I was convinced that I would have problems conceiving due to poor health in my teens potentially ruining my organs. May be a tough 12 weeks ahead, but really happy. Keep shagging one and all. How are you all? Xx

Issie, when we were working on once a day, I thought it would be too much to ask for even spacing, so sometimes it was a morning followed by the evening the following day. That should still be plenty?!

Hello, forgot to ask if anyone else drinks herbal tea? I drink it a lot and hardly ever have normal tea, I'm reading mixed things about it effecting folic acid etc. has anyone else heard of this?

I am 7dpo and trying hard to ignore all the side effects of the progesterone cream which are just like those of early preg. Trying hard not to poas each morning. Because I KNOW it is crazy this early old enough to know better so i will be strong but the crazy obsessive ttc sickness has taken hold

Stay strong shoos! Took me until 3 days after af was due for the faintest line to appear. No amount of poas will change whatever the outcome will be for the month. (just so annoying, all the waiting!!!)

Pink, I drink licorice tea and 3 mint tea because I don't like water (!), and reuse the teabag so that the second cup is weaker. I have four cups a day, from 2 teabags.... I read online that 4 cups was ok...?
