Halloween POAS - anyone fancy joining me?

Just started ttc again, trying for number 2. Dd is 11 months, and we had 2 mc while trying for her.

So, I was completely relaxed about the whole situation, was going to try for a couple of months of 'we'll see what happens'. Then DH asked me when I could POAS. So now it is set in my head that I am on a countdown, thought I may see if anyone fancies joining me for the wait?

I think babies just send us crazy.
We drive ourselves mad trying to conceive. Then the hormones when pg make us crazy. This is then followed by the madness that results from sleep deprivation, once our little bundles of joy come along.

Flowers Tiggery It is mother natures cruel joke that pg and af symptoms are similar. Will keep my fingers crossed that you get the result that you want.

I'm going to try and hold out for Friday. It will still be early, but is my birthday, so I need to know how much wine I can drink!

I keep thinking what if I peed on it for too long, so I get a false + (which I know is ridiculous)...

I will be 11dpo. Too early I know, especially with my history of testing positive some time after af is due but I am supposed to be eating rare steak and drinking lots of wine that night.

Just thought ive got a right dilemma !!! I won't have cash to get a frer test until Friday.. My hubby is at work all day,I don't drive and I live in a village and my 2 ds's are on half term and the thought of getting on a bus with the pair of them to go into town and get one is quite frankly torturous lol so might not be able to test until Saturday !!! Omg omg omg Confused

I honestly would go with the digi one you did earlier as most ppl use those to confirm onece they've done a cheapie .. I know it won't make you feel any better though for the time being but I would be very very surprised if your earlier one was a false + .. Gl hun.. Everything crossed for you x

Virtual try not to worry. I don't think the supermarket cheapies are as sensitive as CB and FRER. I know tescos don't say anything on them about testing before your period is due. Also not only is it a cheapie, but it isn't FMU either. I am sure all will be fine Flowers

This not knowing is driving me crazy! I've just got home from work & spotted a half bottle of wine in the fridge & now I've got the whole can I? Can't I? argument going on in my head. Tempted to just pour it down the sink, but I just can't bring myself to do it Confused Argh!!!!

Welcome back to the Friday POAS party Kate. DH is an absolute star!

I know what you mean about the wine Tiggery. Not knowing and wondering makes you anxious. The anxiety then makes the temptation to have a glass or two stronger.
How about a nice warm bubble bath with a good book or magazine instead?
