Halloween POAS - anyone fancy joining me?

Just started ttc again, trying for number 2. Dd is 11 months, and we had 2 mc while trying for her.

So, I was completely relaxed about the whole situation, was going to try for a couple of months of 'we'll see what happens'. Then DH asked me when I could POAS. So now it is set in my head that I am on a countdown, thought I may see if anyone fancies joining me for the wait?

I know what you mean.. Even though I'm really impatient I think I'd like to wait until at least 12dpo or until AF is due mainly because I dont really want all the dissappointment that goes with seeing bfns and dont want to waste lots of £s in the run up to Xmas...I can't really say I've had anything to suggest I might have caught this month so not particularly hopeful lol

On the other hand fx for all of us that will be POAS soon... You never know

I'm due af on 28th October... Not sure if I ovulated or not tho on first cycle and have endometriosis. Ttc #2....I've been symptom spotting but now I'm pretty sure I'm imagining the symptoms lol. Poas this morning but there was defo no line... Hoping it's still too early... Gonna try and not test now until Tuesday and see if af comes or not... Dunno if I'll be able to manage it or not tho lol x

I am thinking of testing Sunday when I will be 12dpo. I hope it's not too early to test! Like you, I am finding it so difficult! I keep thinking it will be too good to be true if I get a bfp, I don't know why but I feel like it's just not going to happen, how weird is that? I am feeling tired and generally low today so that might be why I am being pessimistic. When are you planning on testing?!!

Oh sorry my computer is playing up and thought it hadn't sent my post so wrote another post!! grrr.

I feel the same Katewright, nothing is worse than that sinking feeling when you see a bfn. I really hope this is both our month!!!

Kellie we are pretty much due at the same time! My cycles are a little irregular since having ds 9 months ago so used the op.'s to find out when I should ovulate. So I think that means I am due Monday. I can't wait till then so testing Sunday and I refuse to test tomorrow!

I'm not even sure when I ovulated for sure as I got my peak at cd15 but had 3 days of positive opk's so could have been a day or two after that lol !! Confused

I'm going to try and hold out testing till 5th November! Unless AF rears its ugly head before then. I am due 32st Oct but i can have 28 to 32 day cycles!
Not feeling any symptoms today! Dont know if thats a good or bad thing!

Ooh testing already? good, I can live vicariously through your stick peeing, as it's waaaay too early for me to be testing! I think the 31st will be 12 dpo for me so I'd best wait til then....

I was using opks but I'm not sure whether I missed the surge or not lol.... I had them with faint lines got darker and darker around the time my app said I would ovulate but didn't get a darker than control line but they were defo almost there so I'm hoping I just missed the surge on them because I wasn't really doing a routine of testing them this month lol! I've had a constant headache for the past 2 days and I never ever get a headache and today I fell asleep in the middle of the day and nearly slept in for work! I start work at 5pm...this happened with my first son I slept in and my boss rang me an hour later to see where I was lol I didn't know I was pregnant at that time... Lol but I think I'm just imagining the symptoms now lol... I'll probably pee on a stick everyday now till af arrives lol I just can't not do it lol! Im at a hen party tomorrow night so would quite like to get a positive tomorrow because I'm not looking forward to going out so it would brighten uo my day lol x

I caved and poas. I got a bfp!!! It's a faint line as it's early but it's a line! And it's my birthday :)

No I think I am 11dpo today so I did test early, I just couldn't help myself! I am so happy! I thought I was pregnant as I was having a lot of symptoms, that's one of the reasons I thought I could probably test now. Good luck to you all and hope you get your bfp

This is our 2nd month of trying for baby number 2

First month using opk's. I figured out this month that I ovulate on a different day than I thought!

Wow !! Good going .. This is my first month using opk's as well so here's hoping !!
