I can't remember, but does anyone else on here have pcos? I'd just bought a huge tub of Inositol powder but can't use it now. It's unopened and ready for action. My friend had steroids after her transfer because of LPK issues, and was given a card to carry around with her that said 'WARNING, this person is taking steroids and must not stop the dose suddenly'
She wasn't told why, but we guessed it was probably in case she was arrested and deprived her stash while in custody, and the IVF journey had turned her from respectable girl into purveyor of many drugs who came with a police warning

Looks like my pom pom dance worked last night Lumen. We had a similar rate of fertilisation - 6 embies from 12 eggs. Go embies go!

NK = natural killer cells. I think increased levels of these can lead to miscarriage if I'm not mistaken.

Yet another polyp removal op Bunnie. Hopefully this will be the last but worried that I'll get another as soon as I start my FET drugs as they're very responsive to oestrogen. That's what happened last time. Between my last op in Dec to IVF in mid Feb, another pesky polyp grew. Grrrrr.

I know you said it might be later, but damnit! I am crossing everything so much it aches!

We have 6, one day embies in the freezer. When they know you will have a FET, they always freeze the embies as soon as they've fertilised as they tolerate the freezing process better.

When we started the IVF process the clinic gave us a success rate of 27%. Do you wise berries think that this has now increased because we've already got to a stage where some couples have failed? I'm just trying to cling onto as much positivity as possible here.

Now that I have finished work, I can now pick up my embie dividing pom poms for Lumen. Will try and keep the dividing dance going until Saturday...

Thanks for all the thoughts ladies. The scan went well! Measured just about right for the dates, strong heartbeat. I'm a little bit shocked as I'd tried so hard not to get my hopes up. I'm still trying to not get too carried away, but today I'm pregnant! We didn't get this far last time, surely a good sign?

Not much to report here. DP off again for the next couple of days, right in the middle of shag week. I'm exercising like crazy to do something with all the energy that should go into shag week (and still feel fat). I am trying to think less about ttc (nothing I can do, anyway) so I can focus better at work and on work. Got all my blood/ hormone results back. All good but if we don't have any swimmers, that's not going to matter much anyway.
